@daverooneyca @Rogers I'm trying a chat thing. The people are friendly once I got past the auto attendant, but I'm being bounced around, so far Toronto and Moncton. Wonder how much of my day is going to be blown on this problem caused by a company I'd rather not deal with. :(

Once again our home internet is down. This has been happening daily. You call and they tweak something in the background and say you are good to go. The cost of internet alone would make you think you could count on the service provided. @RogersHelps

@RogersBiz Why do I have to call your customer service to correct your mistakes and stay on the phone for an hour only to be told I am wrong 10+ times and wait for a callback (within 72 hours??)
