@AboutRogers @Rogers Nice try.. Your power outage has affected emergency services, first responders and the globe.. Customers will be switching

  • mishd27 Mish (@mishd27) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps is there another service interruption???

  • JuniorBalvinn JR Balvin (@JuniorBalvinn) reported

@CP24 Just got the bogus email from @Rogers CEO saying it was a "maintenance issue" absolutely no one buys this BS. 2 similar issues in 2 years? Time to leave this dysfunctional company as a customer

  • yousafihsan Yousaf Ihsan (@yousafihsan) reported

@Rogers FYI. 3rd world countries have better maintainence and software update plans and recovery back ups. Apology accepted but poor service network not. They have more connections and churn out than Canada.

  • karenlimusic Karen (@karenlimusic) reported

@joeymanuguid @RogersHelps Some channels aren't working though since the outage. I wonder if those stations are reliant on the network. 😬

  • guycole Guy Cole (@guycole) reported

@petermorin123 @Rogers OK, you caught us. Remember those aliens from "Independence Day" who were defeated by a computer virus? Well... they have patched, they are back, and they took down the network.

  • len_spencer *** Spencer 🌻 (@len_spencer) reported

OK @Rogers time to get your **** together. I got two of my mom‘s friends, elderly we’re talking they’re in their 80s and their phone/net service has been out for three days what the f*ck.

  • MillennialStar2 Millennial_Fairy (Sarah) 🇨🇦🏳️‍🌈✊🏿✊🏾🇦🇫🇺🇦 (@MillennialStar2) reported

@RogersHelps Granted, I realized that this massive outage wasn't the fault of tech or customer support. But still the higher up should do more to ensure that the tech teams Cruise are able to restore other customers services ASAP and at least minimalize the chances of something like this

  • quickshutterguy Scott Grant Photography 🇨🇦 (@quickshutterguy) reported

Dear CEO @Rogers that's a great "update" was it to improve service to your loyal customers or drive them away? Hope your board is enjoying the $1billion plus profit from last year. This is ridiculous.

  • gckonrath G CHRIS KONRATH (@gckonrath) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Not too bright, customers will be switching, your power outage has affected emergency services, first responders, and the globe
