    @Rogers @RogersHelps I expect some sort of compensation for this ridiculous service outage. The funny thing is like clockwork you guys sent me my bill this morning. Pull my number, see I don’t miss payments and how you POS’s charge me monthly. Fix up you snakes.

    @RogersHelps Rogers could of done a better job informing their clients such as emailing blast, automated system notification on the issues, easing their clients frustration, similar ways Toronto Hydro has been doing. It’s time to teach the executives how to conduct business

Intermittent means "occurring in irregular intervals" and my signal bar disappeared at 9:00AM EST today and has been very consistent at that. It is not intermittent. This is exactly what your customer service does. Clients aren't idiots 101 Rogers 😐
