@RogersHelps Starting yesterday, my internet connection started dropping every few minutes. It’s only for 5-10 seconds at a time, but it drops me from Zoom calls etc. Watching Ignite TV is constantly interrupted. It was fine Sun-Thurs. What’s the best way to get help for this?

@Rogers Your network is the worst. I can’t make a phone call without having it drop a minimum of 3 times. Absolute garbage service. This issue happens EVERY time I’m on the phone.

Hey @Rogers We still haven't heard what you are doing for those non customer affected by the outage. Are we going to be forced into small claims court or do you have a plan?

@Rogers I'll add @DAZN_CA and @TD_Canada - not willing to correct problems they created at their end. I tried to work with them to sort and in the end had to drop both. Really disappointed with customer services at both orgs. this week.

@CapitaJim @Rogers @Bell_Aliant We lost Eastlink service last evening. No phone, internet or tv. Technology is great when it works but sucks when it doesn't.
