@ShameenChris13 @Rogers I think you need to change phone companies. This is unacceptable that they continue to treat you like ****. You need to get them to refund your money ASAP. Don't let them get away with it.

@RogersHelps @Rogers again wifi down, tweeting just keep a track of outages... Brampton, L6X. There was an outage today 10-7pm and now again

  • NikkiAg8 Nikki Ag (@NikkiAg8) reported

@RogersHelps Need to know about the contract termination or phone exchange policy if the phone that I bought 4 months ago is giving health issues. I like the phone features However, I find its too too heavy to hold and my wrist started hurting now.

  • TheFollow42 The Follower (@TheFollow42) reported

@RogersHelps This is still sounding too complex. Basic/simple status is what is needed. No complex logic about trying to detect outage and redirecting.

@rogers can’t relay on you ******* RETARDS **** YOU DUMB ******* MORONS DO YOUR JOB

  • TheFollow42 The Follower (@TheFollow42) reported

@RogersHelps As stated above, tried 3 browsers. And it's certainly not quick when I can't find any information at all. I reiterate: you need a simple network status/outage report webpage that is quick to read and easy to find.

@Rogers comes over messes up my cables, ruined my thermostat and now doesn't want to take any responsibility!!!? WTF

  • browncoatali Ali H (@browncoatali) reported

@RogersHelps I'll be watching and all of a sudden it's like the signal cuts out and comes back. This morning the sound was cutting in and out and then everything cut out completely and there was a black screen. It's the only channel that does it. It's been doing it for months now.

  • NikkiAg8 Nikki Ag (@NikkiAg8) reported

@RogersHelps Rogers when the complaint is done via tweeting tries to move the conversation to DM where there agents do not make any sense.

  • JiXiaoHu JiXiaoHu (@JiXiaoHu) reported

@Rogers It is easy to say. I am having the third outage this week. And I can’t even find any agent to help except the useless machine replies. I don’t see how did you keep the commitment.
