    I get that big storms are tricky but my work phone from @TELUS has intermittent service while my @Rogers phone is completely useless.

    @a_cass4 @Rogers @EdmontonOilers I have a rogers cell phone and haven’t been able to make a basic phone call west of ottawa. Thank god I have bell internet or I would of been living like the Amish since 3pm yesterday. Terrible customer service

    @RogersHelps can I get a bit of transparency as to what the security is in my area Ottawa-Carlingwood? Obvs the storm but is is a dead node? Not looking for an eta just curious about what is causing the outage.

    @Rogers @EdmontonOilers It would be nice to watch, but @rogers ignite TV/internet is down and cell tower service is always spotty in Barrhaven, ON. Maybe you could tweet some status updates on when service might be back up?

    @RogersHelps @NordoftheNorth That is not an update. At this point with the information given, we can only assume gross incompetence or the worse network design ever seen. The storm was not that bad. What is the real story @RogersHelps?
