@T18121837 @Rogers @RogersHelps I called them this morning to advise them of the issue, as although the recording while on hold says they're aware, they don't know exactly who is still having the issue so best to call if you can and wait on hold to advise them of your location...#RogersOutage2022

@CRTCeng How is the @CRTCeng going to evaluate @Rogers disaster recovery plan? Does the CRTC have IT specialists on hand to say whether Rogers or Bells ability to recover is adequate? The answer is No so you need a better solution

@RogersHelps I’ve been a cell customer since I had a car phone installed in 1989. Was Rogers Cantel back then. I’m a cellular and broadband customer now, but I think that’ll soon end. Service, both system and customer, has been poor for months… heading into retirement, I just can’t justify

@markblei @andyboyce2404 @RogersHelps Respectfully ROGERS should have set up a fail over connection. Don't blame the consumer, they are paying for a service, it's the providers responsibility to provide what is promised "Canada's most reliable connection"
