@RogersHelps Got a good deal from @Bell they're coming Monday..Truth is you guys never upgraded anything for years never offered any deals to keep a long time customer... Let this be a warning to all TV companies if you don't offer your existing customers tv promos too.. they will leave!!!

@rogershelps Is there an issue in downtown #LdnOnt ? My service is down and after restarting my modem twice, the light was solid blue when I left my house this morning. I have to be in my office today - and I have wi-fi enable A/C with a temp of 30C this afternoon!

Our internet was cut today. Called @RogersHelps @AboutRogers for someone to come out and help! They can’t send someone to fix it for days! Then the tech manager goes on to say that it’s their service they provide and I have to wait! Last I checked I pay Rogers for service!

@Rogers i have been using ignite 50u for a year now! Was talking to an agent in live chat. I felt he was forcing me to get the promotion even though it was expensive for me. Then he left the room all of a sudden intentionally. Please improve your customer support!

@Rogers Your customer service people suck, this girl, just totally disregarded everything we said, and talked over us and interrupted us. Just was extremely rude and had a huge attitude problem. Switching providers tmr, terrible service and customer service.
