    @BlueJays POS systems are down at the @RogersCentre, (and they don’t accept cash?!) . Guess no souvenirs for kids…thanks again @rogers!

  • Dededacosta11 Dededacosta (@Dededacosta11) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    @RogersHelps is there an issue with Ignite TV? I cannot watch City, CTV etc.

  • RosyTersigni Rosy Tersigni (@RosyTersigni) reported

    @Rogers what happened to your commitment to customer service? Can't get any support today via internet, chat, telephone 🤷

  • RobMurray75 Rob Murray (@RobMurray75) reported

    @Rogers 1 hr on phone to try to exchange my current modem for the 6 wifi one only to be told I can’t get it and that it isn’t even compatible with my ignite tv because it isn’t 6wifi. Now if I was a NEW customer I’d get it no ? Asked. So as usual your 20+ year customer gets zero

  • yurkshirelad YurkshireLad (@yurkshirelad) reported

    @RogersHelps @Rogers They created a ticket for me because they admitted there’s a problem in my neighbourhood. But they didn’t bother to check the neighbourhood and create a ticket this morning. They only fix neighbourhood problems when enough people complain.

  • JProwess Juan Pablo V (@JProwess) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    @RogersHelps Roam like home is a scam. I stopped using it before midnight PT but apparently since it was already the next day in ET I got charged 12 dollars for 0.14 MB. We truly have one of the worst telecom industries in the developed world

  • PhotiosM PhotiosM (@PhotiosM) reported

    @LAOJoe @Rogers You’re assuming it was a network update … at least that’s what they’re calling it.

  • RobMurray75 Rob Murray (@RobMurray75) reported

    @RogersHelps I am in a supported area. But no go in getting the new modems because I’ve only been a customer for 20+ years and that doesn’t count as much as being a new customer I guess

  • harpd16 HarpD (@harpd16) reported

    @Rogers I’m just about to switch as i find the Network and coverage is so bad- is it the phone or network that is improving?

  • andy_utoronto Andy Fraser (@andy_utoronto) reported

    @RogersBiz …they said “go to Apple it’s their problem”. Apple say we we can do diagnostics on Thursday, but it’s really Rogers problem, they sold the phone. . So YOU sold ME a defective phone but it’s now my problem to get this fixed? Two solid days of this mess? Is this cool with you?
