Julie (@JulieLynnBH) reportedSo @Rogers I followed this instruction & was looped through automated services that will not connect me to a person bc I'm not the customer. I'd like an actual call telling me when you'll remove the cable running across the front of my home. Unbelievable you didn't ask permission
-
Frederick Smith (@agooddoggyX10) reported@RogersHelps I am currently blocked out of my email account & can’t even reset the email password. Your AI says I have a security block and to call support… on hold for 4 hrs then disconnected. Do you have another security issue phone number?

Token 🏴☠️🖭 (@jnarai) reported@sameo416 @Rogers ******* gross of Rogers for trying to make the customer responsible for replacing equipment destroyed by a wildfire, the eqpt should be written-off by Rogers for all impacted. You're right, CRTC doesn't allow companies to charge a fee past when the service was accessible.
