-
Joel Adams (he/him) (@joelcadams) reported from London, Ontario@SherOnHealth @Rogers I've mostly used VOIP with mobile phones/tablets/computers over Wi-Fi/cellular. No issues with sound quality on either end. My experience with other VOIP providers (Vonage etc.) and HW is 10+ years out of date. There are adaptors that allow RJ11 phones to connect to VOIP routers.

Andy Pelipiak🇨🇦🦃🦃🌮 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps @homie__h This is definitely on your end Rogers, because I also live in London and am experiencing the same issues. If you can’t fix this, I will have to explore other options, and if I leave, I would take my tv and internet dollars with me too
-
Andy Pelipiak🦃🦃🌮 🖖🏻 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario@Chantelle200943 @vote4robgill @Rogers That was based on the AVERAGE customer. I’m not the average customer. 2 cell phones, Ignite internet, tv and home phone
-
Andy Pelipiak🦃🦃🌮 🖖🏻 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps what kind of customer service is that when I call tech support to report an issue with my tv, and the recording says they’re too busy to take my call right now?

-
Sue Hutchinson (@rangerwyld) reported from London, Ontario@Rogers @CRTC Promises you can't control, Mr. Staffieri. Canadians rely on Banking & Interac. I ask the CRTC to ensure that Interac is re-routed so we never face a Serious Shut down again.

Now 2 hours in and no one can say why or how I can change my cell phone plan!!! Time to look at another provider?? Anyone got suggestions for provider in Canada?
-
Andy Pelipiak🦃🦃🌮 🖖🏻 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps @c_lphillips Done that numerous times, not working. Honestly, you don’t think that’s the first thing we try? How stupid do you think we are? No, don’t answer that
-
Wendy Sanderson (@wendysland) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps @edjackman It still does not negate the fact that you will no longer offer your cable services as per my contract. You simply cannot force someone to upgrade because the company has decided they only want to offer digital services. What kind of customer service is that... ?
-
Chester Szypula (@ChesterSzypula) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps when is service expected to be back up?

-
Phillip denHollander (@PhillipdH) reported from London, Ontario@RogersHelps @meow173 Nice copy/paste response, but you don’t have the best deals out there. That’s exactly what was said to me when I switched from @virginmobilecan to Rogers, now I’m paying twice as much as I did with Virgin. Counting down the days until I can switch back.

-
Sharon Gregson (@sharongregson) reportedI'm aware that this is a trivial problem but why is it that @Rogers has men calling me every single day trying to sell me something when I am on the 'do not call' list and repeatedly demand they stop. #Rogers #Telemarketing
-
Zhenyu (@Zhenyubgaw) reported@RogersHelps I can't contact the customer support. After waiting on hold for several hours, my call was disconnected by their system
-
Mk_leds (@mk_leds) reported@JayGenXer @Rogers Do not choose Rogers it’s very hard to speak to anyone for service
-
CanuckArgento (@CanuckArgento) reported@JayGenXer @Rogers You’re gonna get an Indian that you won’t understand and can’t speak proper English anyway might as well hang up now
-
Oleksiy Kovyrin 🇺🇦🇨🇦 (@kovyrin) reported@RogersHelps, this may be one of the worst customer support experiences I've ever had. I ordered a SECOND internet service for a new house. Rogers shipped me an XB8. It wouldn't connect. Technical support eventually figured out that Rogers provisioned the new modem against the WRONG address. Great. Simple backend mistake. Should be easy to fix, right? Nope. Yesterday: 45 minutes waiting for phone support before giving up. Today: hours dealing with support. Technical Support diagnoses the problem, then transfers me to Customer Care. Customer Care tells me they can't access the account and sends me BACK to the same phone number. I ask for the account number I'll need when I call. They give me an old account number and tell me it's associated with an address in Surrey, BC. Except MyRogers shows that exact account number as my CURRENT internet service in Waterloo. Eventually they find another account ending in the same four digits as the new service agreement — but can't even confirm the service address and tell me to call the “specialist team.” All I need is for Rogers to associate the modem THEY SHIPPED with the internet service THEY CREATED at the address ON THEIR OWN SERVICE AGREEMENT. I've spent hours trying to find a human being with permission to fix what appears to be a Rogers provisioning error. How is this a reasonable customer experience in 2026?

Just me - Jamie (@JustMeJamie64) reported@JayGenXer @Rogers That sucks!! In spite of the wait, it was definitely worth my time…and my rate is not cheap!! So Rogers was able to retain this customer.
-
SirLuckHomes Real Estate Brokerage (@SirLuckHomes) reported@RogersHelps Your technical support confirmed that this is not even possible even with the EID and IMEI provided. It’s not an international device It was actually due to your company preventing e-sims from being emailed. I had to escalate to your customer care team to have the e-sim mailed
-
Daniel Grice, JD, BA. (Mr) (@dan_grice) reported@princessrica84 @Sportsnet @Rogers It sucks. On the flip side, we’ll have less media initiated trades.
-
Ria Riaz (@RoastedKeyboard) reportedAs much as people are relying on AI for help for customer success. Anytime you ask a question AI is like sorry we can’t help. And people are reducing front line staff Case in point @Rogers. Took me 5 hours to get in touch with a human. I tried live chat and I just got moved around 3 times and I am still waiting. AI simply isn’t there yet. Hire more people and train them or at least train your AI better please

Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reportedHi @Grok did @Rogers Fido let fraudsters access one customer’s account 5 times, even after he added a security PIN and secret questions? And did Canada’s Privacy Commissioner find employees bypassed authentication, exposing his personal info? Why so little attention? @RogersHelps
