  @LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers I got rid of Rogers YEARS ago for internet and TV.....way too expensive.....same service with other companies for a fraction of the cost

  @LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers TekSavvy....get their internet and then they have their own internet TV...no cable...TV is about $60 a month and internet is the same. And you choose what channels you want. Basic TV is $20, sports Pack (5 TSN/5Sportsnet plus others) $20 and a pick 10 pack is $20. Never an issue

  @RogersHelps I need help with registering my online account. I don't have access to my account number & I don't have any way of retrieving it from any of the online services. Also, when I insist on getting in touch with a customer service person, the AI assistant disconnects the call.

  @RogersHelps Nope. On hold for over 1 ½ hrs and I had to hang up because the battery on my phone was dying. Not ready to try it again. I just wanna know why my emails are so late incoming. I get emails that were sent to me at nine in the morning & I get them at 9 o’clock at night. NOT OK

  @dhewlett @Rogers I have big problems I have found here in Poland guy who can shapes shift etc and changing colour of eyes. I guess that Goulds and entire sci - fi saga is somehow true and this sick action about goulds too.

  @RogersHelps The outage page is working it says there isn’t one in my area or at my address but my service is down the modem is blinking yellow and I’ve done a complete reset my unplugging the modem from its power source and plugging it back in and it’s still down.

  As a country (Canada) I feel like we need to do something about how bad @Rogers customer service and tech support is. It is beyond unacceptably bad. I feel like this is practically a national issue.

  @RogersHelps @faisal_ I waited an hour and a half on support and never did get an answer. Had to hang up because my phone’s battery was drained. Still have no resolution to my issue. You’re not the only one Faisal.
