    @LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers I got rid of Rogers YEARS ago for internet and TV.....way too expensive.....same service with other companies for a fraction of the cost

    @LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers TekSavvy....get their internet and then they have their own internet TV...no cable...TV is about $60 a month and internet is the same. And you choose what channels you want. Basic TV is $20, sports Pack (5 TSN/5Sportsnet plus others) $20 and a pick 10 pack is $20. Never an issue

    @Michael_Brent55 @CheriDiNovo @Rogers There are no landlines anymore. Phone is IP based, VOIP- Voice Over IP. Goes down with internet. Only way to insure this doesn’t happen again is to build redundancies. There are many ways. Bell & Rogers needs share failed safe route in case of emergencies. Secure BGP better.

    @JaysgoBlue99 @RogersHelps It would be nice to at least have the issue addressed or reply to one of the many people having this problem. If they can't fix it I'll just go elsewhere for my expensive bundle....

    @AboutRogers @Rogers still claim that they have the issue fixed yet my mom is 95 years old and still without internet. As for me, I got back online only to go down again for 20 minute and now it's back up. Let's see how long it holds.

    @dave1agar @Rogers We live in Kingston. Our service came back, but my daughter was still not able to call as of yesterday. Same house

    @dylanblackradio Yes still internet down,in the Glebe Ottawa. 4 days with out service but @Rogers robot answer of "vast majority restored" is a lie and they know it.@RogersHelps without an outage map and ETA for fixing it how can you assure is just "some" users without service. #rogersoutage

    @RogersHelps My business is on Rogers internet and my phones through VOIP and Unison. I lost the day Friday with my warehouse unprotected. My security cameras worked, sure, but if it has been broken into, there was no way for the system to communicate that to the alarm monitoring center.

    @RogersHelps My @rogers wifi disconnected at 9:10 today in the middle of work. VA Anna and every other step has not helped. On customer service call in line for 40 mins+.

    @RogersHelps I tried 3 times via support chat. Twice you disconnected me (I was not rude) 3rd time I waited over an hour, you then closed my chat, resolved, emailed my transcript and there are no replies from you in it?

    @CheriDiNovo @Rogers Well been with @rogers very long. Had no cable or internet for 3 days. I am looking for two action. 1. Fair compensation 2. Service going forward. Government needs to setup independent enquiry to how Canadians won’t have information blackout again, security, monopoly and cost.
