Your choice may not be mine & that's ok! ๐๐๐ฌ (@jmw52) reported@RogersHelps Again I am not a tech person or tech support I have no idea what the equipment is you've provided me with. Pretty sure the little pucks or receivers or whatever they are or just connected HDMI and then a small pin for power

Irene-Irka๐บ๐บ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฆ (@Irene_NoKillTO) reported@RogersHelps Your customer care team are useless. I have wasted 5 hours talking to people in India. The connection is poor, calls drop, and escalation gives you another useless person who won't help. I need them to go through 2 years worth of bills on both accounts. Anna is useless too.

Sorry Eh ๐จ๐ฆ ๐ (@cdnsorryeh) reported@canmericanized @Rogers @CRTCeng try Bell, then Telus etc. They are relentless. If anyone ever calls claiming to be a company (utilities, bank etc), never call back the number they give you. Look at your bill or card & call that number. 2/2

Deborah Sanders (@SandersDebz) reportedWatching Global News tonight, I see that @Rogers is still allowing fraudsters to access customer accounts. In 2023, I called a supposed Rogers number and reached a fraudster who either worked for Rogers or had hacked their system. @Rogers didnโt care. Said it wasnโt fraud.
