@LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers I got rid of Rogers YEARS ago for internet and TV.....way too expensive.....same service with other companies for a fraction of the cost

@LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers TekSavvy....get their internet and then they have their own internet TV...no cable...TV is about $60 a month and internet is the same. And you choose what channels you want. Basic TV is $20, sports Pack (5 TSN/5Sportsnet plus others) $20 and a pick 10 pack is $20. Never an issue

@CRTCeng Service outage 05/06/21.Rogers should automatically refund their customers when there is a lapse in service. On hold, which included 5 representatives and one disconnection, for more than one hour in an attempt to receive a credit. @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps How about automatically refunding customers when your systems are down? You know it happened, yet you do nothing. I shouldn't have to be on hold for an hour to request a credit.
