@LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers TekSavvy....get their internet and then they have their own internet TV...no cable...TV is about $60 a month and internet is the same. And you choose what channels you want. Basic TV is $20, sports Pack (5 TSN/5Sportsnet plus others) $20 and a pick 10 pack is $20. Never an issue

Hey @RogersHelps, I'm in London, southeast quarter and have been getting intermittent latency issues for the past few hours. I'll call it in tomorrow if the issue persists and prevents me from working, but thought you might want to notify the techs in case its a wider outage.

@RogersHelps You really should be doing something. People are going over on data just to be connected to help, or to work, or anything. As I understand it, Bell is offering to waive some data costs. That’s the least you can do.

@Rogersdonthelp @RogersHelps @Rogers They would have kept me as a customer if their agents were honest and said something other than “we understand how you feel” ummm no you don’t, because you are WORKING with internet. It’s the fact that attempt to pacify adults like children that is beyond frustrating.
