Geoffrey Trueman Falk (@geoffreyfalk) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers CRTC is a total "Old Boys' Club," controlled by ex-telecom industry executives. They are there to help their buddies and their stock portfolios, not consumers. That is why Canadians pay 3-4x more for cell phone and Internet service than consumers in the US.

not ali (@paigeslesb) reportedrogers is absolute dog **** rn. @Rogers FIX YOUR **** my service is so slow 😒
-
Ali Hasan (@AliHasa_n) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Yes, exactly. They make millions or billions, but their customer support is often outsourced or centralized, so the person handling your case may not understand the specific local rules, regulations, or problems in your country/province.

bobsuruncle (@bobisuruncle3) reported@Sportsnet @FAN590 Hey @Rogers go **** yourself
-
Mark Reagan (@MarkReaganBC) reported@LoveMy7Wood @Rogers @BlueJays Lack of offence and hitting for Jays is down pretty much across the board, I wonder if there is a correlation with Mattingly leaving as their hitting coach. As for Vladdy he can't hit anything into the air, it's always grounders plus his normal hustle to 1st base is diminished.

Lone Wolf (@bigones007) reported@LoveMy7Wood @Rogers @BlueJays Terrible contract
-
Stu 🇨🇦🏴 (@Evil__Empire) reported@RogersHelps I have numerous channels that haven’t worked for a week. Only 1 of the Sportsnet channels, only 1 of the TSN channels, MLB Network doesn’t work, plus a lot more. What’s the problem?
-
CDN_Footy (@TFCin110) reported@MikeDelpieroX @Rogers @RogersHelps Are they legally obligated to provide a human to address the complaint or my billing inquiry?
-
pXnEmerica (@pXnEmerica) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers They used to, many companies used to. The standard for those centers was call time. So everyone basically had a manager behind them bickering at them to get the call time down. It becomes competition between teams who can get the call time down. The service standard dropped to nothing, people accepted it or in our case, have no reasonable alternatives due to the regulation of media and infrastructure in the country. Once people accepted it it was cheaper to outsource and automate.

White Chick (@tokebekicittte) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Rogers called me earlier today, I’m an ex customer. It was an Indian guy. He said he’d like to offer me half of what I was paying for my cellphone bill then asked me how much I paid. I replied,no, I don’t care and don’t call me back. 😒
