@RogersHelps Your service has been out for more than 12 hours disrupting personal and business life And you haven’t been able to fix it yet. If we are late paying our bills by due date you slap us with interest penalty right away. Is Rogers going to offer discounts to customers on next bill?

@RogersHelps Some of our contracts are almost up and have been unhappy with the service for years. This may be the star that send me to Telus or bell. Wonder what will be done to keep us around?

@RogersHelps I need to know when this outage is going to be dealt with, I am a disabled person who relies on communication to keep me cared for and safe. I don’t think Rogers is going to want the bad publicity due to harm coming to people because of your shortfalls.
