    @RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

    @Rogers @aredlight1 You should really refund people for this ****. We get bent over by your phone prices to actually WORK! We pay around $260 a month for 2 phones and I have to use Tim hortons wifi to send a text to boss. Lol come on

    @charityjkeller @RogersHelps My favourite part is paying over $300 monthly for something that’s been down for 8 hours. With customer service that’s conveniently unavailable.
