Anne Marie Quinn (@ANNEQUINN) reported@RogersHelps @bpelman Your ETA for service to be restored was 11:00 pm for most of the day but then updated to 6:00 pm. Since then it has added an hour at the top of each hour and we’re back to 11:00 pm. Is this actively being worked on?

Chevy Guy (@chevy__guy) reported@Rogers i’ve been trying your customer service line for three days. Only to be told that you were too busy to answer my call to try again later.
-
Jeff Barclay (@JeffBarclayCPA) reported@Rogers @CRTCHearings @nflnetwork why are the preseason games on NFL network being preempted when the game isn’t available on any other channel?
-
Rob Meekel (@RobMeekel) reportedOMG @Rogers is such a piece of **** company. They completely changed their 611 dial in system to pay an account to AI to make things exponentially more difficult. Previously I could type in a few Numbers baddy bing baddy boom done finito get on with my day. Nope now I gotta AI

Sweet Tooth (@sweet_tooth19) reported@JustMeJamie64 @mike_kozar @Rogers They outsourced all their call centers to be in Casablanca and also India. So much for them promoting 100% Canadian call centers. Back in the day, they used to answer the phone with “you’ve reached Jane in Moncton, how can I help you?” Notice how that is gone?
-
Karen (@karenfamily1) reported@ColtKo @Rogers Same problem here. Did you finally get through?
-
gLoRiA sChWaRtZ (@SchwartzTime) reported@georganneb @Rogers Our old home alarm stopped working. We wanted Rogers to quote us a price for a new alarm system and monthly service fee for new system. Took weeks of calls with different people at Rogers. They don’t know what they are doing. Finally got it done.

ConsciousCreation Inspired CH. (@CognizantBeing) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I guess we've lowered our standards for good customer service after waiting the length of time you did. That's unacceptable.
-
Wheezus (@itswheezus) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I KNEW WE WERE ******* LYING WHEN I WAS DOING DOOR TO DOOR! We were told to tell people that they brought all their customer service to Canada. I KNEW IT! I KNEW IT!

Shannon Boschy: Candidate for School Trustee OCDSB (@ShannonBDouglas) reported@georganneb @Rogers Oh, but when you’re no longer a customer they will call you endlessly with offers, sometimes I’ll get three calls in a hour. @rogers ignores CASL laws and refuses to take me off their unsolicited phone call lists. No matter how many times I ask to be taken off their list, they keep calling. If you ask to speak with a supervisor, their telemarketers, like Peter from Mumbai, just hang up.
