    @RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

    @RogersHelps road construction has cut service to multiple houses on our street including my elderly neighbours. What is the fastest way to get multiple houses serviced? There is a technician onsite right now for my house but he indicates there is no way to service anyone else.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers One of the most unprofessional ways to get in contact with customer service. I need to talk to customer service to discuss a few things about my account. And they decided to hang up on me, because they said, there's high volume calls at this time.

    We all feel her pain! @Rogers never takes ownership for their poor service. We have had nothing but problems on our street. There were 3 repair technicians on our street today. Still issues!!

    @RogersHelps 2+ hours on hold and the call is dropped. Called today several times and they don't even connect you due to high volume of calls. Arrangements were made but not honored. Absolute Garbage Service!
