@RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

Hey @Rogers: I'm potentially interested in GB home #Internet service, but your cable infrastructure used to be horrible in my area. How can I look up if and when it was upgraded in my neighborhood? I don't want to switch if the infrastructure hasn't been fixed.

Dear @Rogers, Took an hour and forty minutes to finally speak with a customer representative and, in the end, there was nothing she could do. Apparently, there’s no customer loyalty for loyal customers. Guess I’ll start looking elsewhere.
