@RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

@charityjkeller @RogersHelps My favourite part is paying over $300 monthly for something that’s been down for 8 hours. With customer service that’s conveniently unavailable.
