@RogersHelps I had completed the upgrade yesterday online, and when I called customer service today after receiving the email I was told it was no problem, just go into store, they can see your profile, and pick them up. It sounded easy, but after trying two stores it was not :(

@OpenMediaOrg @Rogers @Fidomobile except rogers and fido both have a right-sizing policy. This allows your past bill to be retroactively assigned the rate of the new plan IF you change your plan to the appropriate level for your actual usage. 10:1 odds this is a customer who wanted to have the bill waived,

@RogersHelps please explain why when I got a new phone. The only return requirement was that it turns on but now it can’t have any damage and must be 10/10. I feel scammed!

@OpenMediaOrg @Rogers @Fidomobile and not give up their "grandfathered" plan. They misrepresented it as a heartless telco not caring about the customer. And when the media called about they offered the standard right-sizing offer.

@AboutRogers @Rogers @CWTAwireless Glad to see that rogers doesn't value customer loyalty and creates the endless yearly "well im going to bell for a year, since the retention rep doesn't care to match or a little higher than the bell offer" how cp24 is no longer considered basic cable and costs 10 is beyond me
