I’m really starting to hate @Rogers- they mislead you, break promises, and treat you like you’re trying to get things you were not promised. #unfair

@crtsdsnkrs @Rogers How is it unlimited when you limit it? I have an “unlimited” plan but they cap and slow down my data at 15gb.

@RogersHelps The question relates to both of you. When I signed up for my Fido service, it updated my rogers contact info. I go in my rogers account and update my contact info and it updates my Fido info and vice versa.

@RogersHelps Don’t even cap we both know more than half of your Toronto customers don’t have service rn. No wifi no cell. Everyone’s experiencing issues right now, stop capping and fix the internet or don’t charge ppl for it.

@mcmanus17 @RogersHelps Check to see if there is an “add-on” on your plan. I don’t have a 5G supported iPhone yet but I looked into it and with bell you had to do it through the bell app to get in the 5G network. No fees.

@Rogers Ahhhh I get it. I was clicking on "sign in" and not the option below. My sincere apologies. Seems to work fine now. Thank you for getting back to me

@RogersHelps @johnny4646utah @MjrPerrella Does this apply to all customers? My wifi is down AGAIN and no resetting will fix it😡 what is this?? It’s like at EXACTLY 6am y’all just flipped the switch

@RogersHelps when do you expect cable services to be restored? Your offering has deteriorated and it seems that it is time to consider other more efficient options. You need to clean up your crappy service for which you charge an arm and a leg.
