    @paulsingh18 @RogersHelps Sorry to hear it. Was it related to a power outage or something else due to the weather?

  • DawgTitan Titan (@DawgTitan) reported

    @Rogers After waiting 60 minutes for a representative to politely ask to change my internet service plan, and was accidentally hung up on, I have now been on hold for over 2 hours on your phone line, I had to plug in the charger because its playing your elevator music this whole time..

  • saguli9 STACEY💫 (@saguli9) reported

    @RogersHelps can I assume that my internet is down due to the storm?? #WinterStorm #hamilton

  • Mak_a_mania Mak (@Mak_a_mania) reported

    @Rogers Everytime I call the customer care to cancel my services, they put me on hold for hours. There is no other way to cancel, no email, not thru app. How can anyone cancel? @CCTS_CPRST #canadaComplaints

  • DawgTitan Titan (@DawgTitan) reported

    @Rogers My monthly bill for internet on my desktop is $166 for 500 Mbps service when you are offering 2.5 Gbps for 141$ after tax. Currently 500 Mbps service costs $118 after tax not 166$. You should value our relationship enough to inform me of new services/plans /2

  • BartekCzerczak Bartek Czerczak (@BartekCzerczak) reported

    @rogers service out again.

  • DawgTitan Titan (@DawgTitan) reported

    @Rogers Charging me almost 40$ a month extra is enough of an insult but what bothered me the most is your customer service, as I spent more than 60 minutes awaiting a polite request online to simply change my service plan to the 2.5 Gbps version which I could provide screenshots of /4

    Gotta love @Rogers offers you a deal and takes it back even though you have it in writing. 20 years done- 0 customer service @JustinTrudeau it’s time to crush the monopoly that exists in Canada. F?@‘ing ridiculous.

  • reellifeem77 Em• (@reellifeem77) reported

    @RogersHelps Hi, i haven’t had service since 8am still nothing any idea?

  • DawgTitan Titan (@DawgTitan) reported

    @Rogers I feel like Oliver Twist over here. Charging your long time valued customer 166$ a month for 500mbps when 5x faster 2.5gbps plan is 141$ a month and 500mbps costs 118$. Please Sir, can I have some more bandwidth? Can you answer your phone? 2+ hours is a long time to be on hold.
