    @Rogers hi, I am very disappointed as we escalated a concern to Rogers around billing pertaining to camera installations since we were told these would be at no charge. However, I see a charge of over $600 on the bill. I spoke to your customer service regarding this 2 days ago

    @RogersHelps @Rogers I live chat and am put on hold for 1 hour due to horrible internet issues x 1 week. No update on wait times, get disconnected due to.poor internet. Now told I'm.priority and next tech will be right with me. Hour 2 is clocking in. #worstCustomerServiceEver
