    @RogersHelps My advice to others is to request a written copy of the contract OR a recording of the customer acknowledging that there is a contract given the inexperience of the call center.

    @RogersHelps long standing disconnection issues, have reset countless times now remote wont work or pair. changed batteries and reset this morning already. your data from your end will show how mamy times ive fought with this

    @Canucks @Rogers If you guys hire Dorion I'm done with this team forever. I've supported this team all my life, even during the bad times like 2011 and 2016, but I still supported the team. If you hire Dorion I'm done. I wont buy tickets, I won't buy merch, I will stop being a fan period

    @RogersHelps All you do is push people to an online chat bot why don't you actually call me with a human being so we can figure it out sending me to chat bots with zero customer service proves my point in court
