    @RogersHelps heyyy Iโ€™ve had a couple of outrages where my router is connected but the internet service is down, anything going on over there? Resets seem to work for now but I canโ€™t keep doing that while Iโ€™m working :s

    @RogersHelps Old iphone and old ios system works fine,only iPhone 17 series ios 26.4.2+rogers newest version have issues with hotspot dns error.

    @Garnet_2203 @CanadianCoffey @Rogers Rogers can go to Hell. They charge their customers $80 to have in person help at the store location. The only reason to punish your clients is to train them to use online services and robots. Theyโ€™re definitely looking to replace humans.

    @RogersHelps Very helpful - I already held for over 2 hours only for the agent to not fix the matter, despite assuring me it was fixed. Then I waited for 2 hours for chat support online only to be cut off. Loyal customer since 2000 and have 5 lines. But Iโ€™m done with this.

    @RogersHelps I did that on my first call that took almost 3hrs. Then it was escalated on Sunday and there was a case number. All I know is right now, I am not paying my bill until this is resolved. BTW I am a 25yr customer.
