    @RogersHelps why is it that my internet drops like 5 times a day? The internet has dropped twice in not even the past 20 minutes. Even when getting a technician to “help” nothing changes! This is unbelievable

    .@RogersHelps Just spent 3 hours trying to upgrade husband's phone. Rep couldn't get new phone to "connect" - meanwhile, watched other people walking out with their new phones (different rep). Then told there was a "problem with the system" - um, how were the other folks...1/3

    @Rogers I have spent 6 hours on the phone yesterday and 4 hours so far today to resolve my internet disruption. If this is not lack of customer service, what is?
