Howard Knopf (@howardknopf) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps new AI interface is WORSE THAN HORRIBLE. The online support is also AWFUL.
-
kakes (@kerrykakes) reported@Loveataurus @Rogers Drives me nuts. If I block a number why would they let it still leave a vm? Like make it make sense. So aggravating. Im thinking of changing carriers. I have 3 phones with "unlimited" data. The highest internet which seriously sucks *** goes out more than its on 1/2
-
quaffer (@quaffer) reportedI have not been able to get to @rogers for tec support in 4 days. I hang on the phone for almost two hours on two occasions and then the call hangs up. Why should any paying customer wait 2 hours for a call to he answered? Obviously not enough people working there. 1/

🥢⟭⟬ Into the ☀️ (@HOT7forever) reportedI just noticed they increased all my phone lines by $5 so they could invest in providing better service. @Rogers charging ppl more when your service continues to get worse is just ridiculous.

🥢⟭⟬ Into the ☀️ (@HOT7forever) reported@RogersHelps There are multiple ppl in my family and all of house work in different areas and are experience issues. Doesn’t matter if it’s barraheven or Orleans yhe connection is horrible. The phones range from iPhone 11, 15 and 16. We can’t all be having device issues.

Abdelrhman Shoieb (@AbdelrhmanShoi1) reported@RogersHelps I need help I need customer services to reach me as soon as possible I need to stop my Sim and finish services it is charging bills and I am not using it since 3 months since I left
-
Simos (@CMAK_R) reported@Rogers your AI phone response system is incredibly frustrating to get help. Rather than making more efficient and quicker it’s become a method of torture for anyone that needs to get a hold of a Custer service rep for assistance. Your system sucks and go back to real humans.
-
Cristina Aiello (@caiello2) reported@RogersHelps There was no outrage just a technical employee who didn’t want to go the extra mile to help me. TV is fine once I rebooted. Thanks
-
Lindsay I.R Wiebe (@LindsayWiebeRD) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers never got back to me in a week, so I am canceling my services with them this weekend unless they offer me a cheaper plan. Oxio is looking good right now.
