@Rogers Hahaha.. first learn to provide uninterrupted service in Toronto then post about your commitments. After countless efforts to solve internet issue with Rogers pathetic internet connection, Rogers.. your service is no longer required. Please pack your wires and leave my place.

Hey @RogersHelps (and subsequently @TekSavvyCSR and @startca) - an entire neighbourhood in London, On has been having their internet drop intermittently for DAYS. A bunch of us have techs coming or have had them out already. PLEASE help us! This is an infrastructure issue.

  • ShannonR709 Shannon Reardon (@ShannonR709) reported

Anyone else having spotty @Rogers home internet service right now? Been like it here since at least this morning.

  • mattmmkay Matt (@mattmmkay) reported

Nice that @Rogers and Bell are the only two cable/internet companies regulated by the CRTC and @Rogers internet/cable service is constantly spotty. Thanks. I love having to use my data every single day

  • eva_scully Eva (@eva_scully) reported

@RogersBiz I find it super comical that you’re so quick to reply to a Twitter post but for some reason not quick to actually fix my problem with my Internet

  • Csertl1 Csertl (@Csertl1) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps after 43 years as Customer, you lost me. There is no loyalty. How can you justify over $100 year increase for the same product and tell me it's the best deal you have. I'm done.

  • JGKeogh John G. Keogh (@JGKeogh) reported

@Rogers My wish is that someone at Rogers will take time to view your organization from a customer viewpoint. I am hours on the phone now (and yesterday) and being passed from dept to dept. Your agents need training.

@RogersHelps Internet is down in M4X since this morning. Come to this tweet, then to a forum that has ZERO info or updates. Working from home. Wonderful. 🙄

  • rayissap rayissa palmer (@rayissap) reported from Caledon East, Ontario

@RogersHelps Your Rogers worker was on our street, climbed up a pole, did something to the wire, and the wire is now hanging about 10 feet off the road. Pls advise - how do we report this. Technical support is 45-60 min wait on the phone.

  • eva_scully Eva (@eva_scully) reported

If you work from home I highly recommend not relying on @RogersBiz whenever I really need my internet to work, for work, the same issue I’ve been suffering with for over a year tends to boil over. Y don’t they just fix it instead of wasting money sending ppl over to put a bandaid
