My call keeps getting transferred from 1 department to the other. I have a baby to take care. Please dont make it hard and hard for me. PATHETIC SERVICE

Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reported@myrnalambert @RogersHelps @Rogers Sounds like you’re stuck in their loop where support won’t solve it without the one person you can’t reach. At this point the only path that actually forces resolution is going through the CCTS complaint route (details on my page) otherwise it just gets bounced between agents.

Cross Fire (@BellaKissBanuta) reported@RogersHelps The quality of your services is decreasing from bad to worst. Kudos for achieving this milestone. I feel uncomfortable to look into a map or link to find out if there is an outage in my area. In 2026, with AI at your fingertips, there must be a smart solution to fix this.

Alexis Gee (@lexomatic) reported@RogersHelps The internet got fixed Tuesday afternoon. Monday I got notice that the issue I had reported was closed as resolved, 2 days after it was closed & not resolved. Today (Wednesday) I got notice that it apparently has been fixed because techs couldn't find the cause. Not impressed.

Amit Ranjan (@amitranjan2804) reported@Rogers extremely poor service. Internet down at 16 Cindy Ave Cambridge N3C3J2. Customer care is extremely unhelpful.
-
Bill Wellman (@bill_dub) reported@CoryJudson @Bell @Rogers I was having issues with Bell. They were finally resolved but I had mention to the Bell rep that i had investigated the option of switching to Rogers as they gave me a great offer. The Bell rep basically told me to go ahead and take the Rogers offer

Elizabeth Bryant (@wheelgirl77) reported@RogersHelps Service came back roughly 5:30 AM. Another four hour outage. Starting to feel intentional as if you’re throttling us on purpose trying to limit our usage for deliberate periods of time.

Alexis Gee (@lexomatic) reportedAnybody else have their @RogersHelps internet be completely unstable this weekend & require power cycling every few hours? #Toronto
