@RogersHelps You’re not getting it. If I waive the automatic withdrawal as a “preferred” customer, you add $5 to my monthly bill. As a consumer customer, if I waive the automatic withdrawal, there is NO $5 added to my monthly bill. Why?

@RogersHelps it’s odd why, as a “preferred customer” you require an additional $5 a month for waiving the automatic withdrawal but as a regular client, there is no such request to waive or fee.

@RogersHelps Honestly it's not going to help.. All you're going to tell me is that it's out and you don't have a clue when it'll be restored C176893148

@RogersHelps is doing everything possible to bring services back asap. Tip: If your neighbours have service but you do not – power off your modem for 2 mins then reconnect. That reset is sometimes really all that is needed! Reminder, free wifi at Navan arena/François Dupuis.

@Rogers @RogersHelps this is ridiculous! Mist of the city has power back and we have been without internet and as an extension cable since Saturday! Rogers provides no updates on when the service will be restored or explain what the issue is. I am switching my services, 🖕Rogers!

@RogersHelps Sounds like you're counting on individuals to ask questions instead of asking the masses to send damage information. Having single people DM you is slow. But a post requesting people to report physical infrastructure damage seems faster and more reliable for locating purposes
