If u rely on a telephone for your business the responsible adult thing to do is make sure you have a back up just in case something like this happens. **** happens. They make this large complexed system run 24/7 everyday and 1 hickup & ur whining.

@AboutRogers @Rogers My ISP had an outage and gave customers credits without them needing to call in. This is the bare minimum I’m expecting from a large company like Rogers.
