@Rogers is by FAR, the worst company to deal with Canada in terms of Customer Service. I am on DAY FOUR of trying to get in contact with someone there with zero luck including waiting on hold for 1.5 hours yesterday. SMH

@RogersHelps @jame69956 If you’re saddened, do something about it. I don’t know…maybe answer our calls for starters? I’ve never had 24/7 tech support ask me to “just call back later”

@RogersHelps I keep getting phone calls from what I’m finding out is your “ambassador team”. But when I pick up the phone and say hello, there is never anybody there. That’s not much of an ambassador if they don’t actually speak.

@kate1woods @Rogers Just waited 2 hours to have Yassine misunderstand my issue and when I tried to correct her say it was outside her scope and end the chat. Good to know tech support is so caring and useful.

@Rogers does this text read correctly to you? Rogers Msg: The Rogers Wireless issue you contacted us about on July 22, 2026 may be resolved as we were unable to pinpoint the cause of it. We're sorry for any trouble you experienced. Need help? Just ask Anna, our virtual assistant

@alancross @Rogers Not to mention Rogers had an unacknowledged service outage in the GTA. Lots of calls dropping or data simply not working. All on Monday afternoon... but "no outage in your area". BS.

Dear @Rogers I do not not want to switch to you, but everyday I get a phone call and they hang up when I ask them to stop calling. Please fix your **** and stop bothering people.

@Canucks @Rogers Damn Canucks really proud to post a video that shows they’re dissapointed about who they had to take…. And his dad is the coach. Yikes

@alancross @Rogers Rogers is the worst. I was a loyal customer of theirs from 2007 up until four years ago. Bell is far superior.

@Rogers This is an ongoing issue. Rogers keeps raising their costs to customers but these harmful scam calls continue unabated!!! CRTC is not requiring more intervention by media companies on this issue. They should be!!!
