@RogersHelps Sometimes 4K channels but it’s less frequent and usually corrects itself with a reboot. This is constant on Sunday ticket and I’ve never had the issue until getting Ignite.
@RogersHelps It stutters and the frame rate is bad. It happens every week on Sunday ticket. My box is direct connected and it’s been reset. It’s just poor and a waste of 200$
Big shoutout to @Rogers for providing the worst service in the league. Brand new modem, I pay for the fastest internet they offer but my purchased legal NFL streams are buffering non-stop... absolute garbage. @Bell PLEASE get to old Bradford. Been asking for 5 years!!
Sunday Ticket is so poor on @RogersHelps ignite tv compared to the regular cable service. Makes me consider cord cutting all together. Internet and wifi are fine so those excuses won’t fly
@Rogers Had Rogers install ignite because it’s supposedly better. Funny thing is I don’t have internet and tv working for two days now. Been a loyal customer for 20yrs and Rogers can’t send tech over till next week. My next call is to Bell.... thank you @rogers
I dread calling @Rogers . Every time I call its a minimum of 1hr of my time I won’t get back. Its sad Canadians don’t really have much choice for wireless. Today marks the 3rd time I’ve had to call for the same issue. I’m a simple person, just asking for good sevice....
