    @RogersHelps I need help with registering my online account. I don't have access to my account number & I don't have any way of retrieving it from any of the online services. Also, when I insist on getting in touch with a customer service person, the AI assistant disconnects the call.

    @RogersHelps I did, and they sided with merchants TOS ( terms of service) and said I don’t have a dispute as the merchant doesn’t offer refunds.. if the merchant offered refunds then why was I disputing the charge

    @RodgmanPsych @Rogers They can remove schneider too who consistantly is making bad decisions. I do feel bad for seabold. He was put in a twrrible spot. Varland should have pitched both innings.

    @dhewlett @Rogers This sounds like it should be something simple to fix but if they are having this much trouble it might be time to find an alternative provider! Hope you get it sorted for your mum asap!
