@CanadasLeafs @Rogers I Waited online for over 2 hours wanting help with a move… and was disconnected. I have been a Roger’s customer for over 35 years and this the peak of horrible customer service. #rogers

@CanadasLeafs @Rogers I've been on the phone with Bell several times for a week trying to get a new tv receiver to replace the one that's not working....they sent me cables by mistake. No receiver. Just cables.

@RogersHelps So I didn’t get a call at 3 PM from tech support. I can’t say that I am surprised. Who can help me? I’m not spending another 5 hours on the phone. Please DM me and I’ll give you my number.

@Darth_Pingu @Rogers Labour (customer service staff included) is not cheap in Canada. They also require benefits, pensions, and so on and so on. A lot of costs to have employees in Canada. A business needs to make money beyond what their costs are.

@RogersHelps Yes but we believe it’s is an issue with our coax cable outlet and need a technician to come in, could you help with that?

@CCTS_CPRST @Rogers Is their tech department on strike. Why do they always blame it customers saying high call volume. It seems their customer care is calling each other because real customers are definitely not getting the response from them.

@RogersHelps What a disgrace you are. Charging me 210 bucks for an internet service that I haven’t used and your customer service tells me “Nothing we can do” I haven’t used rogers internet in almost a year. Completely useless and unacceptable customer service!!!

Rogers is making me pay for. Service I haven’t had or used because they lifted the suspension on it. (I get that) but they can clearly see that I haven’t used their service for over a year and now they want to charge me 210 bucks for it @RogersHelps 1/2
