@RogersBiz Billing issues for the four straight month. Bills are double after 12 months. Management office is providing a new answer every-time. Too many inconsistencies. No contract copy provided, unethical business practices.

@RogersHelps Hi @RogersHelps , it's been more than a week: have the "stability updates" been released? I ask because the issues have not been fixed yet. Constant buffering, not staying at 60fps, stuttering etc.

@RogersHelps Again, it is a universal issue, it's not the internet, it's not a specific device, it's not a specific household, it's only the new sportsnet now app launched in early October, so the question remains: are you working on a fix? It's been almost 2 months now

@Rogers Mailed 8 page letter to Rogers this am providing proof that a $344.00 charge was bogus. Should NOT have come to this. Due to pre-authorized payment, they just helped themselves to my $$. Am now “former” customer (since early 1980’s). Not expecting better from Bell.

@KellyAnneR_ @Rogers Spent a total of 12 hours on hold in 4 days last Saturday to Tuesday. Plus about 3 hours actually chatting trying to resolve an issue with our service. It’s a good thing I have patience…it’s finally resolved!!

Have you been to a @Rogers store lately? Before entering I had to scan QR code for my turn to enter, show ID, and was then asked to pull down my mask and look at the camera. WTF? I also wasn’t allowed to open the door on my own. All of this to return a modem.
