    @RogersHelps You're expecting me to be more anxious for 24 hours off line, I was giving you enough time to figure it out, and the next day after none of your crew is coming to our area to fix your problems, until i called in! Only to find out that the issue has been escalated 1 day b4 I call

    @Rogers when can I expect to have a new line added to my account! Already visited store twice and talked with 4 customer representatives AND sent a DM yesterday. Still no resolution #badcustomerservice so far!

    Dear @Rogers My home services is not working due to the modem need to be change which I can't get in the store I have to wait till tomorrow evening for a tech to come by .. why not have these equipment available at the stores

    @Videotron Well #Videotron needs to take a cue from #Rogers because they have the exact same remote and modem and we were able to ffwd with their service no problem. @RogersHelps
