Jennifer Leigh (@WriteLinesInk) reported@RogersHelps 10 gigs in 18 days and you want to charge me more. And the plan that you sucked me into is not one offered by connecting families. Yet another case where Rogers decides to run roughshod over Canadians. Not this time. The garbage phone I have will be left with one of your stores.

creative (@CreaTiv_thinkeR) reported@RogersHelps My location doesn't show in any of scheduled outage areas. I live at 2450 watercolours way, K2J7B1. Basically waiting since 70 minutes for someone to pickup call and 40 minutes to your chat agent but none is responding. Your services have become very bad

Elizabeth Bryant (@wheelgirl77) reported@RogersHelps Outage at 90 Waller St. in Whitby again where there are many vulnerable disabled people. Since 1:30 AM. Second time in a week. For what we pay for your service you need to do better Rogers. Last time it was out for over four hours and you offered us $2 credit!

Jewel (@Jewel__n3) reported@RogersHelps is there an outage in southwestern Ontario? I work overnight and can’t get connected.

Jey (@Slxmjimmy69) reported@RogersHelps And sometimes I’ll lose service at home close to square one area

Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reported@_berg618_ @RogersHelps You've already explained the issue. They know what you need. A representative could simply call you and resolve it in a few minutes, but they won't. Instead they're asking you to spend more hours waiting on hold. Google "AI chatbot" and learn what they do. @Rogers #Rogers

Andrew (@PCWAndrew) reported@Rogers calls me so often to sell cell service I don’t want that it’s making me reconsider the services I do have. You should be able to remove me from marketing calls (and your third party marketing calls too).
