@RogersHelps 7 hours over two days with a dozen people from your support team only to be told that the plan I had for a year was actually not supposed to be available. Ended up canceling two lines. Very disappointed.

I am curious to know the root cause of #rogersoutage. If you are telling me that it is because of an upgrade, you have the most incompetent networking team in the world. It is utterly baffling to see this kind of outage without extreme external factors. @Rogers

@RogersHelps This is the most unprofessional unreliable company ever. How can you say we are doing our best to restore service and not provide an approximate time this will be resolved. I swear I'm leaving Rogers if they don't compensate me. I'm losing money today because if this.
