Glad I’m not @Rogers customer. I dumped them long ago. They’ll give 2 days of credit to customers. Imagine running a retail store and loosing two days of business. How much is that compared to prorated 2 days of internet credit. @CRTCeng has to act. Wait! They were didn’t too lol

Called @RogersHelps for the umteenth time about a #visualvoicemail issue that has persisted since 2020. And for the first time I was told it is a known @Apple issue and that @AppleSupport have been troubleshooting it all along. Bonkers to hear that.

@RogersHelps Also your internet and phone outage utilities are useless. They’re hard to find and apparently always say “everything is okay” even if all your phone, internet and cable services are down.

Unsure why @AppleSupport is taking so long to fix. Apparently it’s widely known as an issue. Kinda feel bad for @RogersHelps - if only they had said this months ago I wouldn’t be frustrated with them.
