    Glad I’m not @Rogers customer. I dumped them long ago. They’ll give 2 days of credit to customers. Imagine running a retail store and loosing two days of business. How much is that compared to prorated 2 days of internet credit. @CRTCeng has to act. Wait! They were didn’t too lol

    Just had to drive almost all the way to Perth from #CarletonPlace to send a MMS text because @rogers service here has been so consistently poor. 4 bars LTE & can't send MMS texts or use data! @CCTS_CPRST @RogersHelps

    Looks like @Rogers is having Cable TV & internet service problems today. Cable TV has been pixelating & stuttering for hours now. Internet modem DS LED intermittently switches from light to dark blue (3.1 to 3.0 mode) especially during larger Cable TV stutters. 😡🤬👎

    (3) who then turned out to not be trained for the job, after ALL of this crap we STILL don't have internet in our new home for now 3 days and counting. You've permanently lost customers in us @Rogers.

    @Rogers worst #customerservice experience! My elderly parents have had awful cable TV service for over a month. Your customer service rep was so rude and wanted to charge them for an extra box while they wait for you to replace it! Going to switch to @bell ASAP
