Glad I’m not @Rogers customer. I dumped them long ago. They’ll give 2 days of credit to customers. Imagine running a retail store and loosing two days of business. How much is that compared to prorated 2 days of internet credit. @CRTCeng has to act. Wait! They were didn’t too lol

@ChemicalHolly @Rogers In my experience dealing with Shaw was far superior than Telus. Now having to deal with Rogers for an issue it was hell. Gaslighting, trouble understanding and speaking English. Escalation leading nowhere. This take over did them no favours in my opinion.

@RogersHelps @P_Can01044 Your outages are everywhere and your online chat sucks. Agents refuse to file an outage case. My internet has been out for 3 hours and it shows no outage. Outrageous service!

@RogersBiz @Rogers @RogersMediaPR Please secure your buildings - this is so terrible. I hope it’s not real but it looks very real!

@RogersHelps @uncut_jurist Your outage page you keep linking is ALSO not working. Please stop directing people there and to customer service - both don’t work.

Have a problem with your Internet provider? #Rogers @Rogers Contact: The CCTS helps customers and small businesses in Canada resolve complaints related to mobile, home phone, Internet and television services. I'll let you know if this works.

@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps While a regular mobile SIM might work in a Wireless Home Phone device, that would still be using its original mobile plan. If you wished the WHP service, you would need a new SIM dedicated for that service. It isn't possible to change the SIM's service type.

@RogersHelps Fix the problem or I am going to dig the gravel out myself and leave your wires exposed if I don’t cut them
