    Glad I’m not @Rogers customer. I dumped them long ago. They’ll give 2 days of credit to customers. Imagine running a retail store and loosing two days of business. How much is that compared to prorated 2 days of internet credit. @CRTCeng has to act. Wait! They were didn’t too lol

    @RogersHelps bottom line is your service has been bloody awful. It's always been bad but since the outage it's been downright disgusting. Not enough you charge crazy amounts of money even for roam like home that doesn't even work, ridiculous

    @RogersHelps my spouse went to Vegas on business trip in October for a week, we couldn't even call one another and I called Rogers 3 times that week and heard every excuse in the book why it wasn't working and yet you sure had no problem charging me for the 5 days

    Another @Rogers outage. Since last night WiFi on & off. Now it's gone. November 10 had no WiFi for most of the day & then had to reinstall the drivers and what not after they came back on with different settings 🤬 @Rogers is the absolute WORST. DO NOT APPROVE THEIR SHAW MERGER!

    @Sportsnet @RogersHelps I am having a billing issue with sportsnet now and the agent I was chatting with ended the chat without resolving the issue or answering my inquiry. Now I’m stuck on the que again. How can I get someone to resolve my issue? I am being double charged
