Glad I’m not @Rogers customer. I dumped them long ago. They’ll give 2 days of credit to customers. Imagine running a retail store and loosing two days of business. How much is that compared to prorated 2 days of internet credit. @CRTCeng has to act. Wait! They were didn’t too lol

@RogersHelps how on earth can you not mail a new touch pad for my smart home monitoring? Tech on phone confirms pad not working. Can mail new one...requires tech come to house to plug in new one.

@RogersHelps @Rogers Care to tell me why my entire neighbourhoods Wifi, Home Phone, Ignite Tv and Internet are out the second weekend in a row at Bur Oak/16th in Markham? They don’t know when it started or estimated time to fix. Epic fail. We pay a boatload.

@RogersHelps I watch the same hockey game on an iPad streaming with NHL Live and at the same time on RDS on Rogers Ignite in the same room. Both are on the same wifi. So it is not a wifi problem. The latter glitches constantly today. The former is fine. Rogers has no quality monitoring.

@Rogers They said they’re working on it and it will come back on its own like last weekend. The whole Bur Oak/16th Avenue Markham, ON are us out AGAIN. Sure makes me want to switch to Bell. Please escalate Neighborhood issue and make Rogers fully aware of how big.
