Glad I’m not @Rogers customer. I dumped them long ago. They’ll give 2 days of credit to customers. Imagine running a retail store and loosing two days of business. How much is that compared to prorated 2 days of internet credit. @CRTCeng has to act. Wait! They were didn’t too lol

@RogersHelps No TV no WiFi but there is land line. What's going on? It's getting worse than better. This is the second day. Why not change the modem. Maybe it will fix the problem. Remember I'm using my data.

@RogersHelps Alright, so 32 hours of no service, no inet, tv or phone… all because of one cable.. you would think an entire company’s infrastructure for one city wouldn’t rely on one single cable… this is crazy

@RogersHelps ETA was changed from 2 AM from 12. It’s now after 6 AM..and nothing. Outage is now going on 32 hours.

@Rogers & @Fidomobile internet has been down for a week. Both technicians seen at the building and nothing is fixed, no credit has been given to anyone affected in the building and our work disrupted for days for those who work from home. What kind of service am I paying for ?

@RogersHelps Not on the West mountain, my parents are seniors and rely on the phone for reaching out, living independently except living in the stone ages. If anything happens while you take your time fixing the problem. I see that you have no problem taking the customers money.

@RogersHelps Still nothing. Seriously who designed your network that one Fiberline causes such a long outage. Definitely switching to Bell since they just installed Fiber in my neighborhood

Day two of a fire taking out a whole area on a network. Thank you #rogersoutage. How the hell did I make it through the early 90's. I mean I went for a walk and found no bikes last night. Thank you @RogersHelps for showing me I have no friends and you still suck 30 years later
