    Glad I’m not @Rogers customer. I dumped them long ago. They’ll give 2 days of credit to customers. Imagine running a retail store and loosing two days of business. How much is that compared to prorated 2 days of internet credit. @CRTCeng has to act. Wait! They were didn’t too lol

    @RogersHelps @rogers RE: Current forced username change. If my username is the same as my email would that not make it easier for ******* hacker to guess my username to get into my account? In the same way I need different passwords should my usernames not match?

    @RogersHelps I cancelled my wireless service july 13, 2021. Why am I still being charged a monthly bill?! There’s even notes on my account and I have an email confirming cancellation. Wtf!?😡

    @RogersHelps perhaps you should just change your name to RogersPR, just if you are content to just sit back and 'hope' the network is working properly, that is not much help. like I said, it's my parents account. And someone has already filed a ticket on Aug 17.

    On August 3rd a Rogers van got caught up in our basketball net and caused damage. My son bought this net for himself and the other kids on the street in June. Because I do not have a plate or van number (but have 2 witnesses) Rogers will not replace the net. Shame on @Rogers

    @Bell_Support How can I possibly spend 2 hours on the phone with tech support only to be hung up on and have to start again? For the same problem that’s been plaguing us since February. Time to give @rogers a try I suppose.

    @Rogers I will call and sort this out, I’m not sure why Rogers changed his number on him. That’s slimy and terrible business practice to just change someone’s phone number without them asking for a new one

    @Rogers Just fix your service so those of us paying exorbitant fees aren’t constantly frustrated by mini-outages and gear that doesn’t work properly half the time. And maybe stop promoting yourself as the most reliable. It’s far from that

    @Rogers I’ve tried that a dozen times or so and your people haven’t solved a single issue. Clearly, you guys have overwhelmed or faulty equipment, deliberate service cuts, for who knows what reason, or incompetent people. And I have to waste hours for no satisfactory result. No thanks
