Babak Morshedizadeh (@iambmorsh) reported from North Bay, OntarioGlad I’m not @Rogers customer. I dumped them long ago. They’ll give 2 days of credit to customers. Imagine running a retail store and loosing two days of business. How much is that compared to prorated 2 days of internet credit. @CRTCeng has to act. Wait! They were didn’t too lol

Deny Sullivan 🇨🇦 (@DenySully) reportedTrying to cancel @Rogers plan and the agents keep dropping the call before it can be completed. Always after they pitch counter-offers. Extremely shady
-
A very Unbiased Leaf Fan (@PhilSwifty2) reported@MapleLeafs @Rogers This franchise, these players, and the people all within don’t deserve a class act like Joe and all the fan support. 44 years and couldn’t provide a cup call or anything relatively close. One of the most wealthy organizations ran as a clown show for a majority of it. Embarrassing

Michael Konikoff 🇮🇱🎗️🧡🧡🧡 (@loyaltybuff) reported@RogersHelps Sorry there is no easy way to get help. You are understaffed, you underserve your customers by making it so hard to get help so folks end up here to get quicker responses. I see so many people here with the same complaints. Perhaps @Rogers should pay attention more!
-
Michele L Renaud (@MicheleLReiw) reported@RogersHelps Oh don’t worry, he will cancel our account with Rogers. Enough is enough, our money is good but not enough to give us service, got it.

🇨🇦 Peter 🇨🇦 (@peter101s) reported@RogersHelps In a garbage bag. I can’t believe how Roger’s has treated me. Bad enough I have my dad’s death to deal with but I have Roger’s on top of things. I was told his balance would be written off after we return the equipment. I have spoken to people on the phone and online and given up

Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reported@RogersHelps 28 hours of no service, and only now has it just come back. How can I get a service credit from @Rogers for the down time?
-
Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reportedSo it has now been almost a full 24 hours that @Rogers has been down and every time they have given for service restoration has come, only to see that they have extended the deadline. This is NOT a way to make a good first impression with a new customer. I want service credits!

Liza (Leeza) (@MendoncaLiza) reported@RogersHelps my home internet and cellular data are not working properly. Home internet connection is weak. I have checked all connections and restarted the modem numerous times using the app and unplugging. Any other suggestions?
