He screamed at me telepathically WHERE IS THE CAR??? as he gave me a peck good night. I never saw him again. We dined at The Diplomat in Fredericton that night. That was six years ago. I can't count how many times I've had to verify my identity with random security codes just to be put with a new CS agent where I have to spend another 10 mins re-explaining the problem. And then in the end they don't fix it and I wasted hrs
