He screamed at me telepathically WHERE IS THE CAR??? as he gave me a peck good night. I never saw him again. We dined at The Diplomat in Fredericton that night. That was six years ago. Being on hold literally for hours is the worst customer service ever. Customers don’t need new packages, deals offers, advertising. Investment in customer support.
