He screamed at me telepathically WHERE IS THE CAR??? as he gave me a peck good night. I never saw him again. We dined at The Diplomat in Fredericton that night. That was six years ago. The poor guy on the phone did everything he could to fix it, but like times previous, it failed. Now we have to go through the same routine on the phone, to get what we should have in the first place, a visit from a tech to replace the box!!! Rogers makes it as DIFFICULT AND TIME CONSUMING AS POSSIBLE to get service..why don't you have a call back feature? This is 2026, you're a communicatins company..I don't get it.

Imagine you are at the grocery store or the bank and the cashier line is an hour long. Are you going to come back to that store. Are you going to be angry when it’s your turn.
