Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • AdaminskyTTV Adaminsky (@AdaminskyTTV) reported

@RogersHelps It's pretty ridiculous since it's been down since 1 am PST. Especially for it to affect small businesses, and people who rely on the service daily.

  • authordanh Dan M Hampton (@authordanh) reported

@RogersHelps Do better. The amount of money you make from your customers, we deserve better. Especially when our livelihoods rely on your service. You should be embarrassed. Make this right.

  • AmandaBarnard14 Amanda Barnard (@AmandaBarnard14) reported

@adolwyn @RogersHelps And charging those extra for roaming charges because I live in a border town and my phone can't find a signal. I'm basically being charged extra for their problem.

  • jeterfan28 cara (@jeterfan28) reported

@RogersHelps Wow this is the first message I have seen. While I have you here you can pay my bill for the month and cancel my contract so I can find a better provider. Thanks, bye

@RogersHelps Typical Rogers high rates poor service. Typical Ted Rogers bs

  • Zoskales3 Zoskales (@Zoskales3) reported

@RogersHelps I know Rogers will never admit to their lack of cyber security team but in most probability the cause of this outrage is that Rogers service has been outraged with some highly skilled hackers and are having a very difficult time securing their network! I don't see this resolved

  • northtron54 northtron (@northtron54) reported

@RogersHelps is there anyway to roam on another carrier's network while we wait for a fix?

  • mmasarah Sarah Kaufman (@mmasarah) reported

Not only is the camera and flash not working on my phone, now @Rogers network is down and I can't make any kind of communication on it...

  • IRHuman1 Michael Jager (@IRHuman1) reported

@RogersHelps This is a long time for this to be down. How about letting us know why it is down. Software update that failed? Hardware in the CO that went (and apparently has not redundancy)? I little more information would go a long way for some of us to understand the situation.

  • SergeiDratchev Sergei Dratchev (@SergeiDratchev) reported

Lost all Internet and wasn't able to start the Hotspot feature on my Canadian #Rogers iPhone 11 Max. Turns out the entire network was (still is) DOWN. What's funny is just this morning I called them to double the data I have... ;) @Rogers
