    @Rogers So phone broke; looking for a new one. TWENTY PLUS year Customer and they suggest there's a $50 activation fee - did say i could avoid by upgrading on line but still ....Happy nickle and diming even loyal clients.... NOTHING EXTRA, Even after an extended national outage.

    @rogers internet is down AGAIN for 4 hours. Unacceptable. So many small businesses rely on this terrible service. #CRTC needs to stop protecting these vendors from competition.

    @RogersHelps Technician says it’s an area outage because there’s no connection from the cable box on the street. He said ETA for maintenance would be 2-3 days which is ridiculous — how can I escalate this?

    @RogersHelps @ONconsumer @JustinTrudeau What can we do If Rogers senior manager, their staff, their junior technician, their senior technician all and each each each of them Lie to their customer. Where can we raise this issue. Can we file a complaint on Consumer protection?
