J.R. Wideman (@jrwideman) reportedThinking about leaving that telecom monopoly player @RogersHelps for one of the smaller piggyback joints cause the whole experience is cooked. I'd rather buy my phone out than pay for the nonsensical plans. I've been a loyal customer 20+ years + a prev emp.
-
Ria Riaz (@RoastedKeyboard) reportedOut of all the telcos @Rogers by far has the worst customer service. Consistently
-
Rich (@GRichM77) reported@RogersHelps chatr is not receiving all messages and today a message was sent to a contract that I did not send. Chatr is **** #chatr #rogers

John Palmer π¨π¦ π (@Twillick10) reported@RobFai @Rogers Do you really think @rogers cares about customer service? None of them care... it's all about money to them and nothing else matters.
-
Darren Gudmundson (@BrianOakely) reported@RoastedKeyboard @Rogers Their actual product is also the worst. 20+ drops a day, Cable Internet, Winnipeg, for only $100 a month. They have stated their cable needs to be replaced, yet refuse to do so. "Screw you, we have regulatory capture!"- xoxo @Rogers
-
π¨π¦ Peter π¨π¦ (@peter101s) reported@dbhoops_ @RogersHelps @Rogers Donβt waste your time. Rogers has become useless after they contracted out to useless 3rd world countries their customer service. I cancelled all my services after 47 years with them.
-
Darren Gudmundson (@BrianOakely) reportedAt, that's it. Have been online either through dial-up @1200 bps through 100 Mbps, giving up on a home connection. @Rogers won't replace the line they say needs replacing and they run so much interference, Teksavvy doesn't even work. Off to cancel @rogers cell.
-
Sam Channon (@slchannon) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps My father passed away and I am trying to cancel his services. It can't be done with chat function and every time I call it tells me its too busy and to call back later. I cannot continue to keep trying to call multiple times a day. How else can this be done?

Shπ―tπisπ΄urber (@amatoudi) reported@krissiepoo72 @Rogers Correction. It's not a "customer service line". It's a "customer avoidance line".
