@RogersBiz Rogers store service isn’t helpful. I went 3 times, the staff couldn’t know how to solve the problems.

Well, Rogers store tried to make me upgrade my service package rather than replace a possibly defective modem after I was assured by phone that they would . Problem was poor speed and it was resolved once I returned home with original hardware @RogersHelps

Well, Rogers continues to show that QoS is something foreign to them. Speed inconsistencies and poor video signal continue to plague the customer community @RogersHelps

Well, Rogers continues to be unreliable as a service provider. Internet speed tanked. Called them and was advised that it HAD to be my modem. Advised to take it to nearest store and exchange for up grade and assured that they had one on hand. Store refused @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps how can you and your product be this awful, every night there is a disruption, tv, internet, alarm, phone. It all goes down and forces a reset, and tonight even the reset didnt work. Why is your service this terrible, even after such a breakdown as days ago
