@Rogers what is up with your customer service? New client as October 17th, was signed up with the wrong financing that is WAY more expensive and it has been IMPOSSIBLE to have my account corrected. Truly in shock at how terrible client services is.

@Fosters_mom_14 @Rogers Before the 1st appmt, I asked the @Rogers inside tech person who arranged the service call if the person would be masked. He assured me he would be masked & would practice 6 ft. distancing. He didn't do either & looked totally annoyed to have to get his mask when I insisted.
