tonich (@tonich50244573) reportedI’ve been calling since Monday regarding a refund that was supposed to be in my account by now. I already canceled my service due to poor customer service, but being on hold for over 40 min without an answer is a total lack of respect for consumers. Resolve this @RogersHelps

TimeTraveleRuss (@Noeticwanderer) reported@RogersHelps Calling again. I did end my account with Roger's last August... an account I had since 1987 when I got my first mobile phone. How come?
