    @RogersHelps due to the storm I now have connection issues: I have unplugged to reboot several times still not connecting "sorry we are having some trouble. Please try playing this program again...." XRE-03090 Thanks

    @RogersHelps CBS, NL XRE-03090 error. NO TV, Internet is fluctuating speed. No way to contact support (long waits now)

    Haven't had any service with @Rogers since the storm. Try calling @RogersHelps and the wait is greater than 3 hours. It should not take this long to fix an issue, never mind I still am having issues from 4 months ago and STILL have an open ticket for this to get fixed. Just nuts.
