Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • BarbBrzezicki Barb Brzezicki (@BarbBrzezicki) reported

@Rogers customer service calls me, keeps me on hold for 27 ministers then the ‘customer service’ representative hangs up on me. This is why I’m leaving.

  • ak_square9 Alex K (@ak_square9) reported

@RogersHelps it just happens randomly and at odd times. Could it be a hard drive issue? I haven't had time to call in, but it is getting annoying and requires a reboot,

  • otosalex alexotos (@otosalex) reported

For reference, I was kicked out of a work call because the internet went down for 20 minutes and this issue has been ongoing for a month +. @rogers has not been helpful with this issue at all, and they also refuse to offer any sort of real help other than scripted responses.

  • MoebiusDave Mr. Furious (@MoebiusDave) reported

@TaniaFreedman @Rogers They waste your time on the phone to tell you to fix it yourself?

  • mikeoes mike levitsky (@mikeoes) reported

@Rogers 500 down seems great until you realize Rogers throttles speeds as they chose for reasons that benefit them and customers are left confused why speeds arn't as advertised. Stick to smaller providers who are honest and transparent.

  • BrickinNick BrickinNick (@BrickinNick) reported

@otosalex @Rogers Had TechSavvy for 2 yrs (who use Rogers) & there were multiple times I couldn’t stream to Twitch for 1-2 weeks periods (no other connection/speed issues). Tried everything they asked, insisted it wasn’t them. Switched to Bell Fibe, haven’t had a problem since (2+ years now). :)

  • OpaAlexander alexander (@OpaAlexander) reported

@RogersHelps hell with Rogers internet and cable box both down

  • hungree_mon HUNGREE (@hungree_mon) reported

@RogersHelps you guys decide to wait for NBA opener to go down?! Da faaaaaq!!!!!!!

  • XLR8NL Opposed Mechanic (@XLR8NL) reported

Wondering if @Rogers has anyone in fleet monitoring their GPS data. A service van doubling the speed limit through a school zone, using the side of the road to get around speed bumps, not stopping at stop signs says they don't #scarystuff

  • DeValera15 Alan Forde (@DeValera15) reported

@praneet_kataria @Rogers @RogersHelps Agree Praneet, am 2:13 into DM w them and hopeless. During call I went to Apple & confirmed that Rogers never registered my AppeCare. Sigh.
