Same. Opened a chat window. 50th in the queue. Took an hour to get to No. 4. Then the window said "Your chat session has ended." @Rogers @RogersHelps (Rogers doesn't help)

For all the money you take from people you give your offshoot brands the bare damn minimum. I'm about to take my business elsewhere cause this is fuckry @chatrmobile @Rogers

@Rogers This is an ongoing issue. Rogers keeps raising their costs to customers but these harmful scam calls continue unabated!!! CRTC is not requiring more intervention by media companies on this issue. They should be!!!

@DobberHockey I have a wifi problem at home. Calling customer service. I have been on hold for more than 2 hours so far. Calling @Rogers is like being in a liferaft in the middle of the Atlantic with no flares left. Can’t understand how anyone can stand them.

@alancross @Rogers They absolutely have the worst customer service.

@RogersHelps Is there a way I can get a callback? Waiting 20 minutes without speaking with someone is unacceptable especially when calling after hours? This is very poor customer service. If I go to a store they direct me back to technical support so it’s a never ending cycle. Rogers FAIL

@RogersHelps I can watch the games on my TV, that’s not the issue. I’m just wondering why suddenly Blue Jays games are not on the Sportsnet app when they have been for the longest time. Who or what is Sportsnet+?

@alancross @Rogers Rogers is the worst. I was a loyal customer of theirs from 2007 up until four years ago. Bell is far superior.

@4everleaffan @Rogers Mario contact for better service @rogershelp

@Rogers @RogersHelps It "fixed itself" at 20:20 PDT because upstream rerouted to Cogent. Rogers did nothing. Second occurrence in one day means it's a pattern not a blip. Are you monitoring your PCCW peering at all, or is your outage detection just waiting for customers to tweet?
