Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reportedDoes the right hand know what the left hand is doing @Rogers. Tech support transfers me to customer care and they tell me tech support has to deal with the issue of a credit for lost service. After being on hold for an hour and then they want me to call back!

Pamela (@Plibra123) reported“The roofies…they’ll get you every time” But hockey doesn’t have a culture problem 😒 @rogers @cbc Ron McLean needs to go.

Cody Tilbury (@TilburyCody) reported@RogersHelps Issue stemmed from you increasing my internet bill by over 250% I’m on auto pay and wireless billing … I don’t look at my bill … until there are inconsistencies. Internet deal ended … charged an extra 100+ … I can they’re like oh ya we can renew it but it’ll be 5 more than before … ok whatever can you please reverse that charge last month … oh no that’s not Roger’s fault it’s impossible for them to credit me … shame on me for not paying enough attention while willfully handing my money over to you every month. I asked if the deal was available to renew when would they just automatically do it for me … we’ll be sure sir you may be unhappy with that deal … so the solution with me being unhappy with a $5 increase, is simply increasing the bill by over $100 ? 🤡 🌎 Wasted a ton of time there … then a couple days later… I get a new Xfinity box … this wasnt communicated to me … but I was told I have to send the old one back Well guess what the remote for the new one doesn’t work So I spend an hour requesting a new remote I get the new remote … they sent me a remote for the old box … perfect back to support I go Then I get this absolute buffoon depicted above the other day, Who I’m quite sure could be replaced by a chat bot from 5 years ago if we’re being completely honest. Wastes more of my time… I don’t have an hour every day to wait around in a chat Que or on hold So now I have an old box that works but needs to be returned or you’ll bill me as well as 2 remotes. And a new box that can’t be used because the remotes dead … and a lack of time / confidence to deal with an ungodly amount of incompetence

Judy Pickett (@JudyPickett1) reportedHey Rogers @Rogers Your wait time either online or phone is very poor! Looks like you need more human contacts to solve customer issues.
-
Marisa Allen (@marisaallen123) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers And so to be clear your service sucks! You say you aim - with nothing tangible to offer!
-
Rocco Signorile (@imthedarkknight) reported@RogersHelps Yes and the transfer fee of $80 is completely RIDICULOUS! How would I know if they did it by mistake. I CLEARLY asked him AND my son as well. He responded on more than one occasion “ YES NO PROBLEM” Yet he did. So he is now a @Bell customer & will be joining him. “Sorry 2cu go”

Curtis Martin (@CurtisMart32873) reported@Uncle_Jed_1 @RogersHelps reason i bring that up. its yet another issue where a lack of action led to the exact problem the report was supposed to prevent Canadians need to drop the party loyalty and push for candidates that put forward a plan that actually answers questions not bring more questions

morgan thomas (@myrgyn) reported@RogersHelps I was never restricted to the canned comments. Because I didn't need to be. However, I don't think you've addressed the issue. I have to so that you know, not even a near miss...

ghostwolfman (@ghostwolfman) reported@RogersHelps Ya that is brilliant people are without internet and your solution is for them to go to the internet to see what is happening? Did everyone there stop brain development in kindergarten?
