@pandersen @AlsoKnownAs_AA @Rogers I think its a feature that not many people are aware of and don't ask for. But apparently not many handsets support this either! Maybe we piggy back on stir/shaken and sign our own outgoing calls as individuals?

So @Bell_Policy says network already segmented; however, segments likely have huge numbers of custs. @Rogers is going to segment. Still so little talk of how to better train to recover quickly. Was the anger at #RogersOutage the scale or the length to recover? I think latter.
