@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers I’ve been a Rogers customer on 2 separate occasions, not enough abuse 1st time around. I will go back to a string and 2 cans before I get abused a 3rd time if this merger goes thru.

@msjs2021 @RogersHelps It's ridiculous. I told the care rep I had that this is NOT customer service. Locking me into payments that as far as they know, I can't make. So instead of helping out, they offered more gigs for $5 more a month?! I told em politely to pound salt and I'm looking elsewhere

So not only did @Rogers have that massive outage but their response is now to increase cell phone plans BEFORE the contract ends/renewed? Check your bills because they're charging extra for no reason #rogersoutrage
