@RogersHelps I am in Barrhaven. My 1G ignite internet speed is only 170m down and 30m up now. It happened since yesterday. Used to be very fast above 900m down. What's the problem? Any interruption here in Barrhaven? Thank you.

@Rogers Hey Rogers—how is it taking over 2 hours with your reps just to transfer a number from one Rogers plan to another Rogers plan? You should set the expectation with customers from the get go that they should cancel their plans for the day to get anything done with you.

@RogersHelps Anna is useless. 3rd time today trying and saying no representative available so terminates the already bad automated chat. I have an interaction ID to upgrade my phone done with an agent just last night who couldn’t submit and said connect via live chat today
