@Rogers is pathetic. I cancelled my cable/internet for Tuesday June 22. They “accidentally” cancelled it last night and are refusing to reactivate it for the remaining 4 days. Do yourself a favour and switch to @bell. Ignite sucks anyway.

It has been my issue with @Rogers for a long time but I think this will be the last to deal with this company but before anything else, I will escalate my concerns to CRTC for overcharging me with my phone bills despite my plan ended on May 3rd.

@RogersHelps Limiting my ability to communicate filtering my calls is crime. I switched the SIM cards yet all involved was able to call me like Cogeco, Wolkswagen ( service the van ) I assume because of the surveillance equipment installed in it. Yet when I try to call to I’m out of area

@RogersHelps Your company is blocking my data and calls, I sent you dm but it’s all filtered. You assist in criminal activity to federal agencies that operate unlawfully according to the 1931 Westminster agreement that has been never been ratified by any provinces. That is treason vs Ontario

@bblizak @Rogers I worked in corporate - if the customer service staff don't know the details/get confused it's because the C-suite changes their priorities every two weeks and therefore the plans. I worked on the business cases and *still* couldn't keep it all straight.

@Rogers UNPROFESSIONAL, IGNORANT and FRAUD I have been following up on 1 billing related issue for months now. They charged me and unable to provide bill, have spent more than 20 hours on phone with them and still no resolution, I have no other choice than taking the LEGAL route now.
