Hey @RogersHelps @Rogers Where's my new phone is? It's 2 weeks past the 2 weeks extra you said it was going to take to be delivered Again, an update wouldn't be, you know, the worst customer service ever Still noticing you're already billing me for the mandatory new plan tho

I can sustain a solid download but your upload is abysmal? It was PERFECTLY fine for two hours this morning and now we're back to inconsistent + drops. @RogersHelps sent out a tech and it made the problems worse, and now they're waiting me out by saying its a router problem.

@RogersHelps it's pathetic you are down and when called gave me appointment after 4 days. You expect me to take 4 days off of work and kids to skip online school for 4 freaking days. You kidding me????
