@RogersHelps Hey Rogers. I'm in the US and I cant seem to make any calls? Calls just drop. Can you help??

  • Chilli_Momma Kim 🇨🇦🏎️💨 (@Chilli_Momma) reported

So frustrating to be doing an online chat with @RogersHelps rep only to have the session time out after rep leaves for 2 mins. That was after a 25 mins conversation where he wasn’t even listening to my issue. An issue that their credit dept caused. 🤬

  • vikasmann Vikas Mann (@vikasmann) reported

@Rogers. internet outage at guelph again. 😡 Any estimation on when the services will be resumed?

  • airportopsman Dan Riddle (@airportopsman) reported

3/ They just keep billing us ridiculous high amounts for a service we aren’t even able to use. @Rogers clearly doesn’t care. Kids can’t do their schooling. I’m paying more having to use cell data for work. Hoping maybe the media can help! #rogersscrewingus #the6ix #breakingnews

@RogersHelps is there service outages AGAIN!?

  • danishcanadian Leah Christensen (@danishcanadian) reported

@nxrthluvsyou @Bell_Support @Rogers That sucks. Is it at least on radio? I’m lucky one of my TV’s still works, but paying for Bell means I can’t afford to go anywhere. I would rather not be confined to one room to watch CTV Primetime.

  • partialtomusic Jack Troughton (@partialtomusic) reported

Hey @Rogers it looks like wireless data is down, in Kingston at least.

  • CherylFull Cheryl Fullerton 🇨🇦🏳️‍🌈⚾️🇺🇦 (@CherylFull) reported

@RogersHelps Thanks but no need. @Rogers knows the issue - says that for some reason ours is an area where they experience problems for an unknown reason. In Toronto. Not in a rural area. #EpicFail

  • shitposteur1 Vesa Toskala Fan Club (@shitposteur1) reported

Hi @RogersHelps I have been a subscriber for a coupe years now but your Sportsnet Now Premium app has me looking to do a chargeback on my credit card for the first time in my life. You are not delivering a viable streaming service. I will go back to pirating games.

@RogersBiz @caliber_comms Which is awesome, until your next major network outage... It is incomprehensible to me how you guys so utterly and completely fell flat on your face. No software change control, no network redundancy or even resiliency, no back-out plan, no back-up plan. No plan what-so-ever. F-!
