    @Rogers at 10 Kensington Road theres a TV in the common laundry room which is compliments of Rogers but it never works. Could you send someone to fix it so we can watch the news while we wait?

    @bell how good is your internet? Better yet, how good is your support staff, just got told that the leds on my modem don’t have a meaning by @RogersHelps and when I look it up it’s because it can’t connect to the internet #timetoswitch

    waited 30 minutes for rogers to call me to ask about my data plan just for them to hang up after a minute and or call me back i ******* hate you @rogers

    @RogersHelps Sure but it's not like it will help or reduce my internet bill so it's really not worth my time. Theres a tech onsite, everything was working fine until he showed up and messed with the box and now he is just sitting in his van
