@RogersHelps can you confirm if there is an outage in the finch/bayview area for internet and cable (Ignite)? Seems to be happening around the same time (btw 8-10pm) every night for the past two weeks….

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps And that it’s a known network issue. But there is no estimate on when will be fixed. This has been going on FOR 3 YEARS. Multiple open tickets for over a MONTH. Am told will be kept updated. Doesn’t happen. This is foul and repugnant treatment.

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps We haven’t had reliable service for three years. And kept paying you. Now we are in an unending circle of referral back and forth between FIdo and Rogers for a KNOWN ROGERS ISSUE. Tickets open. Nobody will do anything. /2

They are biggest chitter, when you will take connection they will say there is no contract, but when you will disconnect they will say there was verbal contract and you need to pay cancelation charges. biggest chitter company
