    So @AppleSupport @RogersHelps is telling me to not use 5g on my new iPhone 12 Pro Max. Why did I buy a 5g iPhone again? They’re blaming Apple. My iPhones never had a issue with Telus. Seems convenient.

    @Rogers You need to add more transparency here. Deceitful sales practices & terrible customer service included. If you cared about more joy or moments that matter, you wouldn’t waste 3+ hrs of my time w/ no resolution, only to have phone call dropped and your agent not call or email back
