@RogersHelps @Bell we are unable to make calls to landlines here in St. John's, Newfoundland amongst other places. Mind you we aren't in the areas of infrastructure damage. I understand the backlash from the last outage, but you have a duty to inform your customers...@CBCNL

@RogersHelps Extra Data and Waiving long-distance calls that is a joke! Most customers in HRM (Halifax regional municipalities) of Nova Scotia CANNOT make any calls or Text. So...How is that going to help ? You are giving them something for free... that they cannot use.. Great PR.

Definitely checking out other cell providers after @Rogers performative gesture of promising Atlantic Canadians extra data to help with the power outage due to Fiona but not actually giving it to anyone I know on their network.

@Rogers. Relatives have no service. Website says "No Problems detected at Rogers"... Really... Have you checked with Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford and surrounding areas in Nova Scotia. No Cell service... Lousy customer service response. BTW I am with Bell Mobility.. No problems
