    @KNugent4118 @Rogers @RogersHelps We have had Rogers for cell service for almost 24 years but left Bell for Cogeco for internet. I wish I could say I’m happy with either one. Make sure they credit you for time and services lost.

    @RogersHelps Telling a customer one thing and then adding to the cost of a bill is not a good business practice. A long time customer that you are willing to lose may work for you but if doesn't work for me

    @RogersHelps Only if they can answer calls, waiting in queue for over 20 mins is you strive for? Only to not getting your problem resolved and had to call again. It SUCKS!

    @Rogers why does your network time on my cell phone keep switching in Calgary to the incorrect time. Every 10 minutes or so all morning it is oscillating between Mountain time an pacific time. Do better.

    @Rogers It took 90 minutes to get a guy to submit a ticket because you charged me $48 for roaming when I never left the country. 90 MINUTES. And it’s not even resolved. Do better. That was ridiculous. And the guy was useless.
