    @orangefuzzz @OriginalGoove @Rogers The service agreement sections that covers outages is null and void by the CEO publicly taking responsibility for it and acknowledging it was their fault

    @AboutRogers @Rogers This is shame that rogers is offering one month credit.. I lost my whole day of work and they will compensate with $2.. what a shame.. What about the service guarantee? When will you be down again so we lost another day of work.. thank you for credit.. please keep the change

    @RogersHelps NO!! You haven’t restored ****!! Ignite TV and PVR doesn’t work at all. Half my channels are glitching and don’t load properly. Recordings don’t work at all. This is the third day and services are not working properly. This is pathetic. FIX IT!! Stop saying everything is fine.

    @E_R0z1E @OriginalGoove @Rogers That's not going to happen. Rogers' terms & conditions outline the policy for outages. Rogers is therefore protected. No judge would ever greenlight crediting a full month of service for a missed day. It would set a precedent that would snowball into something insane.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers Well thats not true as I had spotty service yesterday at best and no service on Vancouver Island again this morning. I use this phone for my business. Unacceptable service !
