Canadian telecoms is great because: @RogersHelps forces me to change digital cable for their ignite cable. Then they end up charging me for both services. Then I have to call and be on hold for 19 minutes and counting for the privilege of only being charged for 1 service.

I did make the suggestion that Rogers operational practices change so that clients can modifying basic services online, without employee intervention, regardless of the revenue impact.
