    @RogersHelps DMโ€™d you my a/c#. My cellular and home internet is restored BUT Ignite TV is freezing and lagging with error messages, as good as not watching. I followed all troubleshooting instructions in your support faq but no yield. May be still a signal issue from your end.

    @RogersHelps we got Ignite and it came with a new tv controller. Do you have one that is disability friendly? The new one is very hard to press the buttons on for people with joint or connective tissue issues. The old one was easy. We want the old type back. This sucks

    Well @RogersHelps the internet service in my downtown Brampton office has been down for 10+ hours now & crappy last few days. I have a business to run. I have had two texts saying it is back up only to find it not working when I go to log in. Why?

    @Rogers why is your internet so overpriced and service is so poor. Your customer service process requires me to do all the work to troubleshoot and get refunds...it's almost like you have a monopoly & u hate your customers..#rogers @CRTCeng how about stepping in for once.

    @RogersHelps Do you have an update on when ignite tv will be working properly in L5N area? Itโ€™s still choppy & the internet is also running a little slow when trying to watch the LiveTv app in iPads. All I see is you saying everything is resolved & working when itโ€™s clearly not.

    @RogersHelps not sure what is going on with customer service at Roger's BUT my other half was put on hold for half an hour then disconnected. Second time 46 mins on hold disconnected. Both times they said BRB. Time to look into it Rogers.

    @RogersHelps Oh thank goodness. Iโ€™m a Rogers/Shaw internet customer. Was on the phone with a rep about a month ago. Weโ€™d agreed that I need a tech to come out and look at the installation. The service to the router is about 60% of what it should be. I was told a call was coming to schedule.

    Wow. @Rogers is really trying to out-@Rogers themselves today. Up for 5 minutes then down 20-60 minutes. And no issues during the actual storm yesterday. But merging with Shaw was going to makes things betterโ€ฆ
