Most reliable service my A$$ @EdwardSRogers @Rogers you have no problem taking my money monthly yet I can't have relatively stable Internet services! Tired of calling, tired of having to ask for credits, just plain tired.. If nothing else I want to Run this mdm over with my car.

@RogersHelps They do have 2 nextbox’s a 1.0 and a 2.0 as well on the main floor but I have never in all my life since this box was brand new when we got it when it came out seen it do that normally like the nextboxes it will just say download.

@klrobson @RogersHelps This was my experience as well today. The agent would ask me a question and then disappear for 15 minutes. At one point he even started commenting on things that had nothing to do with my issue and then insisted that someone come to my house to fix the issue.

How does technical support see a problem, yet @Rogers tech comes out and says it's fine but I can't have connection most of the time.. Yet I have to jump thru hoops to get credit for services hummmm @EdwardSRogers

@RogersHelps my router crashed yet again this seems to be an everyday occurrence again what gives? It’s putting out signal but it’s not connecting to the internet. It was working just a minute ago. I am sick and tired of this unreliability.

I am very disappointed with @Rogers service, because I ordered a home wifi modem 5 days ago. They sent me a mail & mentioned 2or 3 days delivery time. But after 5 days modem has not shipped yet from warehouse even I haven’t received any confirmation email with tracking number👎.

@iamvabsie @AboutRogers @RogersHelps 2h+ ago south of ottawa the signal was up, the router could not establish a real connection without manually resetting it, and then going in the config settings once the thing actually booted to reset modules and the gateway.

So if you pay $60 month for cell service and if it takes 2 days to fix this issue, you will GET A MEASLY CREDIT OF $4.00 +HST WHICH IS A ****** JOKE ESPECIALLY IF YOU LOST BUSINESS REVENUE ETC.
