    @RogersHelps I hope Rogers will waive data overage for people like us forced to use our phoneโ€™s personal hotspot to get work and school done. The worst thing is, even that is intermittent. Cโ€™mon!

    @RogersBiz you should be ashamed of yourselves, a $2.50 credit for a full day of service lost. Your customers lost money, we use your service for our business... so no business that day but only a $2.50 credit SMH do better

    @sbojj2 @RogersHelps Itโ€™s not fixed here in Mississauga either. Canโ€™t even get most of the channels. The ones we get are choppy & cut out constantly. Not sure how you think this is resolved!! Hope you are doing more than crediting one day of service. Going to take more to keep your customers.

    @MapleLeafs @Rogers CRICKETS...!!! The service SUCKS with 100% of Rogers employees, just imagine what it's going to be like when 50% are left??๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ I swore I'd never renew, but did, because Rogers made THAT, very easy...lesson learned when this contract runs out.. ROGERS SUCKS...they know it. Our area is reported to be operating at 50%..too many customers not enough infrastructure..full charge every month.

    @Rogers ported 2 numbers in on a promotion and itโ€™s been a nightmare since. Cant speak to anyone. Live agents canโ€™t help. People transfer , hang up. Still havenโ€™t gotten my numbers back I was promised I could keep. Should have stayed with Chatr!

    @RogersHelps ..Seems like an oxymoron..'Rogers helps' ya ..ok..well I am trying to rent an extra box [AND GIVE YOU MORE MONEY..as my bill will now be well over 200 a month for my phone , email and tv..but obviously they do not need the money hence their customer service is such **** as you can't do so many things online as their tech is antiquated and waiting for hours to speak to someone is what they want you to do....My time is worth more than that ..Last time when I got messed around on here by them..I simply sent a message to some VP of Rogers who is on Linkedin, told him what I needed and he had someone call me within 20 minutes and I had the new box couriered to me in 2 days..at no cost to me...[for the shipping]...So tips to all that continue to get the horrid Rogers experience..go to linkedin and send messages to every Rogers employee listed, regardless of what their title or where they are..I guarantee within minutes you will be contacted and your concern will be taken care of....

    @RogersHelps In a garbage bag. I canโ€™t believe how Rogerโ€™s has treated me. Bad enough I have my dadโ€™s death to deal with but I have Rogerโ€™s on top of things. I was told his balance would be written off after we return the equipment. I have spoken to people on the phone and online and given up
