Never switched over. Wen they tell you there service call could be 8 hrs.Well no thanks. Plus the ripped up my front lawn missed their target ripped up more

@RogersHelps ignite tv not working. Either keeps replaying the same 10 secs or cuts out completely. Restarted modem, unplugged box, still not working. We were told it would be much more reliable than cable, we are extremely disappointed. Been happening for a couple months....

@Rogers is letting me down AGAIN says I’m fully connected to WiFi however simple videos won’t load.... their website won’t even load. Bell is looking fantastic right now tbh. Over this company and their lousy WiFi

@jacklynthinks @RogersHelps @FreedomMobile @Rogers Wrong, Skippy. You said they RUN on the same network, not that their owned by those telcos. PC Mobile runs off Bell's network but is owned by Loaws. Petro Canada has service but its run off Rogers. Their own company tho.

@rogershelps I just heard the most bizarre story about @Rogers refusing to add an @Apple watch for an existing customer because your mailroom lost a @BlackBerry return in 2006. They are cancelling their service (cable/internet/family of 5 cell phones)tomorrow if you can’t fix it.

@RogersHelps @rogers stop sending your door-to-door sales people to my house at 8pm at night trying to tell me my internet keeps cutting out and to buy yours. Felt bad for the kid because I know he needs the commission, but c’mon these are some sleezy sales tactics. #rogers

Beware @bell promotions, this is the fifth time coming back with an offer. Down to 210+ taxes, for the first 5 months then back to 220 not even close to @rogers $169.41+taxes or even Bell’s new client offers, this is comical, certainly not customer friendly

@RogersHelps Ok so Friday all day…. Can’t work, can’t watch tv, moms in LC no cell so they can’t reach me. Starts working Sat.well the phone Ignite sucks freezes every 2seconds. It’s Mon.night still the same.Better get more than 1day rebate,all I have to say. I need to go buy more books!!!!!
