I cancelled @Rogers for issues half this bad. Worked great for a week. $149 a month gets you 4 work days of access and 2 hours with Support.

Itβs still freezing every so often. Iβve tried unplugging the box multiple times today & itβs still happening. Issue is on your end, not mine.
