@xm_muva @RogersBiz BET was never owned by blacks. It was a problematic station at best. MTV (another Viacom product) has faced a similar demise, but relies on reality tv to keep it afloat (jersey shore)

C'mon @Rogers! Every 30 - 120 minutes my internet goes down at least for a moment, but 5 times tonight it's gone down such that I had to walk across the house and into the sub-basement to physically reboot the modem. I honestly can't wait for @Bell to roll out a true fibre!

Been on hold for 7+ total hours over two days and counting JUST to cancel our service as we are moving. How in this day and age we are not allowed to go into our own protected account to cancel is beyond me. Making people go through this should be illegal. @Rogers @RogersHelps
