@RogersHelps Every customer should have a day credited for all products on their bills. Alot of business that depend on debit machines was also at a loss. One day credit would help for everyone's trouble I think.

@R_CaTT @RogersHelps @Rogers $5 would be an improvement as it is calculated as the cost per month, divided by the time of the outage. So in my case, about $2.50. But they will increase rates, add a new service fee .. all to get it back, and more.

@Grewal2P @RogersHelps You'll get 10 bucks off your bill lol, or whatever 1.5 days prorated is worth on your total monthly bill. The credit should be people's last concern, be more concerned with the vital services (i.e. hospitals, banking, data centres, etc) that went dark because of this outage.

@OGCryptoWizard Missed it due to @ROGERS telecommunication being down. I will be speaking to their manager today. I have to play it back WIZ 💪
