@RogersHelps You also gather unorthodox sensitive personal data and lie about the purpose and storage of it. So you’re illegally retaining personal customer data too, and not deleting it according to your communicated policies

@Rogers if you require broken nextbox to be mailed back, why not inform customer before sending new box? I would have opted for a tech visit, cause he can return old box himself. Being req to go to PO week before Christmas onerous.

@Rogers is ignoring the emails I sent them protesting the onerous burden of their surprise email demanding I mail back their broken equipment 7 days from Dec 17. I argued they ought to have included a notice & self-addressed stamped box w new equipment.

@VeenaPatel83 @Rogers Yes +1. I had to leave rogers for this reason that none of their customer service executives are actually helping. I think they are given training only on jow to transfer someone in wrong department. My husband got so fed up and we switched to other network now, very happy.

@RogersHelps is the worst! Get a device protection plan, have to deal with a 3rd party that couldnt give 1 **** about you because youre not their customer, make it impossible to get your phone repaired in a timely manner forcing you to get another phone #notgoingtobewithRogers
