Hurry ******** up and fix your trash @RogersHelps . I feel like it's 1994 and I'm using a dialup modem

  • Carolin64444945 Whinging Brit failing as Positive Canadian (@Carolin64444945) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers As a customer I would like an explanation for the prolonged outage please? I don't know who your PR people are but they need sacking. It is insulting to give shallow apologies with no factual details.

  • JadBatal Jad Batal (@JadBatal) reported

@RogersHelps Stupid company all your team should be fired

  • mh1982_1982 Matt (@mh1982_1982) reported

@narchematics @andreamcrae @Rogers Go **** yourself you condescending *******. You were mocking people for not being able to use ATM or debit. People have work, kids, emergencies. Just because you don’t think it was a big deal, doesn’t mean it wasn’t. You weren’t suggesting you were talking down to people.

  • mcdoherty1 Mark Doherty (@mcdoherty1) reported

@EnaJay1 @duncandee @Rogers Ya. That’s it. Make it the consumers problem! Basically makes my point.

  • NanceW64 Nancy Wallace (@NanceW64) reported

    First World problems: @Rogers

  • bhlevca Bogdan Hlevca (@bhlevca) reported

@thevivafrei @Rogers I disagree. Even though outage was not directly caused by lack of competition, the prices and the state of communication in Canada suffers from the lack of it. More choice would have led to fewer people being affected. Competition would lower the prices and increase the quality.

  • centrist_ok Centrist (@centrist_ok) reported

@VioletAutumn16 @jtobinbartlett @RogersHelps Mid-town Toronto got cell service back late last night. Still no cable (Internet/home phone).

  • MeanMrWolf MstrWolf (@MeanMrWolf) reported

@RogersHelps Approaching 31 hours with out service.

  • Laura_Canada Laura Mingail (@Laura_Canada) reported

@CP24 @CP24 I’m being told by @Rogers customer service that their standard service response will be compensation for “two days of lost service” regardless of any loss to revenue, any need to buy a backup phone with a competitor to do work or access emergency services etc.
