Hey @RogersHelps why does your network suck so much?!? 5G is garbage here in Manitoba. Data connections always dropping..5G fighting with LTE then dropping to 3G with no connection. For how much I pay. BE BETTER

@RogersHelps Our internet is slow, our cable is messed up...we can't get some channels that we normally get....our cable boxes are messed up. Ever since that "Issue" that knocked EVERYTHING out it's still been a mess

Dear @rogers… every time I start to forget about the outage, you send me another message or email apologizing for screwing up. It’s ok. We can move on.

@CP24 It's like @BellMediaPR is trying to out-horrible @Rogers . I bet a couple of old white guys in suits have a bet to see how badly they can piss off the public and still make millions upon millions of dollars.

  • preinheimer Paul Reinheimer (@preinheimer) reported

@RogersHelps You did a service call already, this is the result of the work. Your tech never should have left things in this state. Near 531 Leighland

  • EVAsKarma eva (she/her) (@EVAsKarma) reported from Whitby, Ontario

Got email from @Rogers CEO w many promises BUT service is unacceptable. Constant interruptions 2-3x/day at any & all hours of the day. Bounced between customer service and tech support until internet reconnects. The full bill arrives on time, with no interruptions.

  • thesyc66 Bear-ly getting by🧸💉 (@thesyc66) reported

Cat just got off the phone… apparently @rogers stopped our auto payments like SIX MONTHS AGO! And they’re just telling us about this NOW, when they’re about to cut our ******* service! WE NEVER AUTHORIZED ANY STOP PAYMENTS OR CHANGES TO THE ACCOUNT SO WTF HAPPENED?!

  • hudsonshuman Hudson’s Human (@hudsonshuman) reported

@robyndoolittle We cut our @Bell Internet and Fibe TV. And assuming there’s won’t be any nation-wide technical glitches in the future with @Rogers our internet has never been better.

  • rockinpessimism George Graham (@rockinpessimism) reported

Dear @RogersHelps : When I get sales calls from Rogers, I ask to be removed from the call list. Yet, the calls continue. You can call me fifty times a week. I will never be a Rogers customer. I'd like you to stop calling completely. How do I make that happen?
