@Rogers DM sent. At least the internet and WIFI continued working. I'm so disappointed in the level of service from Rogers. I feel bad for the Shaw customers who will be subjected to this IF the takeover gets approved.

@RogersHelps @alexand36802662 The credits are pathetic and don't help the customer in any way when they lose thousands a day due to bad service.

Anyone else in Waterloo Region not able to get channels on @Rogers Cable right now? I have reset the cable box twice and nothing. Called for support and was quoted between a 60-90 minute wait.

Hey @RogersHelps your technician just told me to go **** myself after he had us looking up and down the street for him and determining he was at a completely different city. You guys really need to get your act together.

@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Bell. Other than that outage, Rogers had been a fair provider to us (while recognizing that they are part of an oligarchy). Bell is ridiculously incompetent.

@RogersHelps Your credits aren't worth anything. Your pathetic service is responsible for the loss of thousands of dollars over the course of the last year. Your company should be nailed to the wall when services go down. New flash Rogers! The internet isn't just for music anymore.

@ItsDeanBlundell @MerlinofCanada @Rogers I moved to Canada in 2003 and signed up with Telus. We've used them for our landline, cellphones, and internet since then without a complaint.

@jbernoff @Rogers Great article. As a Rogers business customer for many years, I also found their communications response insufficient—on the crisis that day, and the later apology. I'll check my bill next month for that refund but I doubt it'll afford me a pint of beer.

@Rogers why is your customer service rep asking me for proof of internet service interruptions when they have no way of receiving emails from their customers. It's 2022! And you should be able to confirm if your are tracking emails to customers
