@RogersHelps I already pay for the channel that is airing the game. Why would you try & squeeze more money out of your customers this way? No way Im spending $20-$50/mnth to get 1 channel. A better solution is to get a VPN & stream for free while canceling my Rogers subscription!

@RogersHelps We purchased the NHL Live Subscription for $200+ last week and have been unable to login or access the subscription since. We would like to cancel our subscription and receive a refund. I have been unable to get ahold of a representative via phone or the chat feature

@RogersHelps *UPDATE* The monitoring service has indeed caught something suspicious happening and they will be looking into it and fixing the issue this week. We will be ending stream early again today as we experienced another spike but am happy they have found the issue. 🙌🙌

@Rogers I have your ignite service. It works ok most of the time. It goes out almost once a day though. I was wondering if you could notify me when it will be down so that I won't waste my time with the cable or internet. Just asking.

@Rogers I get an insane amount of spam calls on my work phone. I notice that the area code & the first 3 digits are identical to mine. I get at least 7 per day. I cant block because not every coworker/client's number is saved. I notice my personal Bell line has no such issue.
