@howllr @Rogers I feel your pain. Businesses that were already understaffed are much worse now. They blame the pandemic even though they've had months to increase staffing. I spent over 3 hrs on hold for BMO earlier this week. Dreadful customer service.

@RogersHelps Why does your online technical support say there’s a defective modem, then the tech arrives and tries to find any solution except the modem, doesn’t replace modem and the problem persists the next day ? Are you charging them penalty for new modems? Whats the deal?

@eric_habs @Rogers I'm fine with Bell Fibe as a service. It's just the company that's making me sick

@TORHABSFAN @Rogers I had zero problems with the service but between the price always jumping up and all the drama around bell I’m happy with my switch. Plus I’m saving 77 dollars a month for two years.

@Rogers ...Then you get connected to person, they have you fill in ANOTHER form to ID yourself (despite 2 sign ins) then schedule a call where the tech doesn’t do what they told you he would after 2 days of problems. Sound about right?

@Rogers The process for chat support is sign into rogers, click on contact us, scroll through nonesense, click on contact is again, click on type, click on chat, a bot auto fills replies you need to select a bunch of replies, bot asks you to sign in AGAIN then connects you with agent...
