@RogersHelps That link provided is useless 🙄You're the internet & you can't provide better more accurate info? Like who's area is still without service. If hydro can, so can you. Post the map of outage areas, please & I shouldn't have had to ask.

  • ShesTheRealRedd r e d d ✨ (@ShesTheRealRedd) reported

@RogersHelps why am I paying bills for service that doesn’t work? How do you restore internet only for it to go back down the next day. Cmon bro.

@CheriDiNovo @Rogers I think everyone has to stop whining about the outage but the pricing is another issue altogether.

  • Cthwilson1 Tom Wilson 🇨🇦 (not hockey player) (@Cthwilson1) reported

@rogers is totally responsible for their outage. however, what is Interac doing using only one provider? how can 911 services also depend on one company? and airlines & etc. the greatest advantage of the internet is redundancy the number of ways a signal can travel A to B.

  • GerrieBoulet Gerrie Boulet (@GerrieBoulet) reported

@Rogers I still cannot log in to my work email snd main website, and I start at 8 am tomorrow. I was unable to work from home on Friday, and you will credit me about $4? After years of outages, spotty service, and overcharging «errors», I have finally hit my limit. Bye, Rogers.

And don’t bother thinking I’m just saying all this about the @Rogers #outage because I’m looking for $ - I’m not even one of their customers.. my mobile is with @Bell… my home internet & cable, yes they are with #ROGERS, but PROVIDED for by my landlord!

@CBCAlerts We need action and not words. Canada needs to increase competition amongst our wireless network companies, end the oligopoly, utilize the CRTC to better protect consumers, lower rates and penalize companies like @Rogers accordingly.
