@RogersHelps @wwkuwl Mine Sens game keeps cutting to commercial in the middle of the game play. This looks so bad on rogers and sportsnet. Take nhl live away and can't even watch the game because it constantly goes to commercials.

@Rogers Tried with Edge and Chrome. Waited for 45min for customer support until it kicked me off the page and now can't log back in because "it is busy"... not busy enough to charge my CC however and now I can't watch the game

@Rogers @NHL @Sportsnet Hell no this is the worst app ever!!! Commercials randomly come on middle of game every 10 minutes! Middle of a 5-3 pp a commercial comes on are u serious. NO ONE pay for this garbage there better ways to stream for FREE

@RogersHelps Honestly, this is my experience day one. This is not a new service. You shouldn’t have these major issues regularly. I’m not going to fight with this service for the rest of the season - who do I contact about getting a refund?
