@Rogers as soon as my contract is done I will never deal with you again over your treatment of the radio stations like @Sportsnet960 discussed

@3DInPhil @RogersBiz @Bell With so many companies competing in the same spaces these days, customer service will really determine which will succeed and which will fail.

Really hope @SadClubCommish and @MikeHalford604 come back soon. Been a big part of my mornings for years and feels awful that they are gone. So happy that my household is free of any @Rogers connections. Wonder how much it costs to start a radio station? #canucks

Shame on @Rogers @Sportsnet for shutting down CKNW and Sportsnet Radio in Vancouver. Not many radio stations left and these were two of the last good ones on AM.

@RogersHelps Hi Eric. I spoke with two different Technical Support reps and both told me they could not help me because I wasn’t a customer. I have already been on hold for 2.5 hours, I am not calling back to wait on hold again. If someone can contact me, I will speak to them.

@steeletalk @Rogers if you're that poor, I have $10 I can lend you to keep the lights on?

@Rogers how brutal can your service get? Tried the tech bot chat Anna & got nowhere. Tried calling only to have a VM TELL ME go ask Anna!, but, I stay on the line to be told too long a wait; call back. I pay my bills, it ain’t cheap to get ultimate Automated FU. BE BETTER.

@broseke @MichelleRempel @Rogers Yes, the economy is so bad that Rogers had to fire those people to stay afloat. We see layoffs from Bell and Roger's regardless of the state of the economy. It'll get worse as they make use of Ai to further pad their profit margins. Don't make excuses for these companies.

KItchener area @KellyDeRidderMP issues a statement on @Rogers radio station closures in her community. It's insane that companies like Rogers get extreme preferential treatment from the federal government, and then do stuff like this.
