Well, my mum is hella upset and unable to use her new phone thanks to T.J. at the Simcoe @Rogers location. I'm furious that she was treated so rudely & that I couldn't be there. He made up rules & wouldn't let me help/confirm info over the phone.

Public service announcement: @RogersHelps cell service is absolute garbage. I’m live in Whistler and I’m frequently in Squamish. I would be better off communicating with string and paper cups. I pay $100+ each month. Almost always one bar or less. Brutal.
