@RogersHelps I encourage EVERYONE to drop these corrupt douchebag and go somewhere else for mobile service. Sure, THEY ALL SUCK - oligopolies are like that, but at least it will send a message to rogers that their lame credit pittance is unacceptable!

@Rogers is going to prorate a credit bases on the service lost for that national outrage a couple days ago. So I pay $202 and some change for 2 plans. Here's some math for you all. 202 / 31 = $6.52 that's per day 6.52 / 24 = $0.27 per hour 20 hour outtage $5.40 Keep the coffee

@Rogers CEO sent out an email to Rogers customers saying a credit for Fridays outage will be applied to your next bill. HOW MUCH? Our internet bill divided by 30? That’s bullshit. Most people lost several hundred dollars by not being able to work. 1/2
