@LeafsLindsay After rebooting my computer and modem several times and then disconnecting a few times and even trying to connect via an Ethernet cable I stumbled on this thread. Damn it @RogersHelps what the hell?!

I am so incredibly disappointed with service experience and the amount of time I wasted with the Rogers sales team. @RogersHelps
