Comes back on its own without intervention. Rogers says nothing. Got them coming to the house tomorrow. MASSIVE INCONVENIENCE! LOST CONFIDENCE.

Imagine something being escalated and was promised a call back but they close the case w/o returning a call!! I’m a long standing Rogers customer. Time to leave!!

It has been choppy, laggy, system reboots constantly everyday to everyday. Fix it or the CRTC be contacted.
