    Decades with no issues with @ShawDirect. Less than 3 months after the @Rogers take-over and numerous recordings have stopped working and my receivers may need to be replaced! Time to consider cancelling after 20 years of service!

    @CAMarijuana2016 @ShawDirect @Rogers Do yourself a favour and check Bell Fibe deals. You will end up paying a bit more overall for the service but inthe last 10 years I’ve only had to change 4 boxes, once after 5 years Better than every few damn months And thousands of channel, 1080p/4k delivery if you opt up

    @bell, @bell_support great news!switching from @RogersHelps. 52 year customer at Rogers! 2 Rogers tech just arrived to my disabled mothers home in Ottawa to fix the 7th issue with ignite. Verbally abused her and left. I’m in Los Angeles. What kind of people work at Rogers?!

    @RogersHelps Hi my internet service has been in and out for the last 24 hours. The most current outage has been an over hour. We have a new modem from you and have restarted several times today. Please inform whether there is an outage in my area via DM.

    @Rogers might want to check their DNS servers .... AGAIN. When Google services - gMail, docs, etc. - can't "resolve properly", you KNOW there's a problem with the DNS stream...... Incompetent numpties!

    @Rogers @RogersHelps still trying to get internet installed, which was scheduled for Saturday 12-2. After being on hold for 8 hours on Saturday, speaking with 4 customer service reps, got an install for 8-10am this morning.
