    Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

    @Rogers Considering how often your service is down..why do you not include reimbursement for outages in your contract? You’re basically stealing from the Canadian population

    @JanetWordsmith @RogersHelps Yrs ago, I had *incredible* internet & cable outages w/ them. Their CSR said, "if you read the agreement, you're not guaranteed service" & then said he'd report the previous CSR for trying to figure the issue. I cut TV and switched Internet providers, and am happier for it.

    @RogersBiz Seems like nothing can fix the delayed remote, it seems the product was rushed to the public and not properly tested, As for the connection issue, the burden was fixed at one of the many costumer support groups made by dissatisfied costumers

    @RogersHelps isn't it ironic that I can't cancel my service because of a technical issue on your end, when the reason that I am trying to cancel because of endless technical problems on your end?
