    Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

    @RogersHelps I still struggle with incompetence of some of your associates as it relates to my concern. Ordered a phone.. did a credit check. Called to change the phone model (haven’t gotten the new phone yet).. told to cancel my order and complete a new credit check 1/2.

    Welp. Just about ready to cancel all of my @Rogers services. Just received a bill for over $600. They’ve somehow decided to double the price of all of my services without notice. Absolutely unacceptable. And of course getting ahold of anyone at @RogersHelps is impossible.

    @RogersHelps how on earth can you not mail a new touch pad for my smart home monitoring? Tech on phone confirms pad not working. Can mail new one...requires tech come to house to plug in new one.
