Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

@funlover1999 @RogersHelps If folks understood the scale of what went down at Rogers yesterday you’d be in awe of how quickly they got a majority of customers back online. I work in BCDR and yesterday was borderline miraculous. A needless break, but an inspired fix.

@ChaosCharmer @RogersHelps @Rogers Yeah silly me for relying on a company who's logo is "the most fastest, reliable network ever" Maybe they should have acknowledged the issue at onset instead of waiting til late morning to announce it. Where would I have gone? An overcrowded library who cannot take more clients?

@RogersHelps No explanation for the outage is completely unacceptable. This was WAY more than a regular service outage, this has damaged the broader economy and more than just your “customers”…. WE NEED ANSWERS!!

@R_CaTT @RogersHelps @Rogers It's the cost per month divided by the time of the outage. It's pathetic, really.

@RogersHelps @Rogers What was the reason for the outage? Two major disruptions in the past year, customers need more than a "sorry about that"

@katiewatt1992 @Faweezy @RogersHelps Would like to know your response when you break a leg and need 911 but can’t call. Or a heart attack. Or someone breaking into your home. What a stupid ******* take.

@stopthetelusph @FictionalDiary @RogersHelps BGP is a mechanism to exchange routing information between networks on the Internet. The big routers that make the Internet work have huge, constantly updated lists of the possible routes that can be used to deliver each network packet to its final destination.
