Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

@Rogers I want to pay my bill! Waited on the phone for 1 hour and 9 minutes and got cut off. I can't use the online services because for some reason, my account is not recognized. I can't believe the trouble I am going to just to GIVE you money! First, I need to know how much!

@RogersHelps nearly 4 hours wasted being transferred multiple times to have cable service restored to my account thanks to some incompetent individual who deactivated the service. I wonder if it's time to switch to @bell

@DennielleL @RogersHelps I am not impressed with the customer service either. I am incredibly disappointed that such a huge company would add $3.40 “service fee” to all existing customers in the middle of a pandemic.

@RogersHelps It took 4 hours and 4 agents to find someone to solve my issue. It took the last agent I spoke to all of 3 minutes to unlock my phone. I cancelled all my services with Rogers today because it has been painful to deal with your company. Never again.

@RogersHelps I have been trying to resolve an issue since 2pm today. I need to unlock a phone and that department says its not a Rogers phone which is a lie. The phone is my moms who is a senior and needs it for safety reasons. Rogers is the most painful company to deal with.
