Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

Despite recent promises to do better, @RogersHelps is still spectacularly bad at maintaining and repairing their network infrastructure. So far it's been three weeks of utterly abysmal Internet service (for my entire neighbourhood). 😠

@rogers I cannot believe how many hours I’ve spent on phone calls and live chat trying to sort out how screwed over I’ve been when I cancelled a phone line because my partner died. Shockingly bad.

@RogersHelps There's no need to 'troubleshoot the connection' since your technician has identified the problem impacting the neighborhood. You're just not sending the crew to fix it.

@linwood_barclay @Rogers It took them what, two months to come up with an ad saying how dedicated they are to improvements. Did they mention “sorry” for the big outage? Or offer any compensation….?

@linwood_barclay @Rogers Recently got back from Iceland where we had WiFi in the car. We toured the entire island 🏝 n some very desolate places. There was only 2 minutes during our entire 10 day road trip where we didn’t have cell service. WiFi no issues.

@RogersBiz I would like to request a refund on the Bill Number 2530652758 for the account 906663513 This for the Roam Like Home - International charge of 15 CAD that was charged just because we arrived into a Foreign Country, but the service was never used or requested Thanks
