Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

@RogersHelps sort your God damn internet services out. For over 3 weeks it's been patchy and constantly slow and disconnecting. Yet I bet you refuse to show any of your customers any sort of compensation.

  • alvisjaime Jaime Alvis (@alvisjaime) reported

@RogersHelps Hello, not internet service for almost 3 hours in Barrie (Silver Maple Crescent). Is there an ETR to solve this issue? Hope I’ll see a credit in my Rogers bill for this time without internet service, right? Thank you

  • nigelwallis Nigel Wallis (@nigelwallis) reported

Meanwhile, attempting to get @Rogers customer service to help thru a LiveChat failed, because the connectivity from my tethered phone is having latency issues - b/c the internet is down. Which seems like a service problem a phone/cable company should possibly design around?

  • musgrove_mark Mark Musgrove (@musgrove_mark) reported

@Dudgee @RogersHelps I regularly call Fido to fine tune our pans at work. Ive brought costs down over $250.00 per month but you gotta call.

  • autothink1 automotivethink (@autothink1) reported

@RogersHelps Rogers continually sends private account information to an unauthorized #. I have tried repeatedly to resolve, if it continues I will need to forward to Privacy Commisioner as a formal complaint.

  • MzDaviis La Jefa (@MzDaviis) reported

@RogersHelps That’s definitely not an answer, you guys claim to be the best and have the best service and yet every other week there is something wrong. What is @Rogers doing to resolve that? You charge ridiculous prices for this kinda service?

  • nadine_adourian Nadine Adourian (@nadine_adourian) reported

@RogersHelps What is happening in Markham?!? Service keeps going in and out since this morning. Victoria Park and Steeles

  • krystalknopf Krystal Knopf (@krystalknopf) reported

@RogersHelps this is the second time in 2 weeks that my internet/cable has gone down. I’m working from home, and this is really inconvenient. We just switched to ignite too.. not a good experience so far.

  • TirthDave10 Tirth Dave (@TirthDave10) reported

@RogersHelps This is happening again. If Rogers can’t provoide stable internet connectivity to customers in prime location then please let customer know to switch for better ISP than Rogers.

  • ndmorrison Neil Morrison (@ndmorrison) reported

@RogersHelps Thanks but after devoting 60 mins to a simple issue with no resolution, I am reluctant to start again from scratch. My suggestion: don't worry about the exact issue, look at the broad issue that interactions with Rogers tend to be difficult and disappointing.
