Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

Tale of 2 companies customer service today: I couldn't figure out how to do something, called @scotiabank 70min got a human (i think) 30min to resolve. Internet issue~called @RogersHelps , 2min on hold, less than 10-12 to resolve issue. #ThankYouRogers #NoThankYouScotiabank

@Rogers my internet has been down for 48 hours. It went down the minute I switched my bundle. Raised so many tickets but no resolution. This is so frustrating and makes me think if I should continue with such a lousy customer service and support

@RogersHelps Quite sad when third party websites have to indicate that your service is experiencing an outage meanwhile your own website/chatbot reports nothing wrong.

On hold....again with @RogersHelps It's been about 50 minutes with, so far, 2 different people that have been unable to help me. I definitely have NO regrets about canceling Rogers now.

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps Thanks for the reply, I have been in touch with them for the past 4 days now, but still they are unable to resolve the issue. The wait times are 3 hours for the calls and I have been waiting for the internet to be installed now 4 days in a row.
