Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

@Bell @Bell_Support day 213 dealing with your **** service with no fix. Might switch to rogers again because giving you a chance was a mistake. @Rogers service might go out for a while rarely but at least their service was reliable. Even their reduced speed data was usable

@Rogers been trying for an hour to get through to someone to cancel my internet. Been through 3 people got hung up on now calling back. Seriously your customer service is horrible.

I spent 2 hours on on phone today with @RogersHelps about my bill. A tech assistant did not know how to help, another one gave me the wrong info corrected by the third person who then gave more wrong info. Finally a management person got it right. Saved $100. Don’t trust them

@RogersHelps I want my internet restored and make sure this doesn't happen again and ensure there is enough competition to keep u guys on track cause obviously u don't give a damn for Ur costumers and Ur services, and infrastructure that we paid with our tsxes
