  Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

  @RogersHelps i waited online for a rep just to be disconnected after 2.5 hours as soon as i got to the front of the line. just send me the link to simply cancel it ONLINE without having to talk to anyone. i know this is possible because i’ve done it before. or did you remove that option??

  Just received another email asking me to pay $834.86 now on top of $333. New customer with 700+ credit score and solid payment history, yet @Rogers & @Redwireless keep asking for unexpected down payments.   @RogersHelps No but I've had an ongoing issue that hasnt been resolved and it's been 6 months and your company has done zero to remedy it. First yo I send me a faulty phone, then you lose it while being repaired. This has been going on since October. Absolutely ridiculous
