Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

Geez Louise @RogersHelps what a disaster. I have spoken with Kyle, Crystal, some guy that put me back into the queue instead of hold, Susan, and now I am calling back as you have messed it up again. 3 weeks & your team can’t get a damn internal phone port completed properly?

@RogersBiz I think I have the issue resolved. Still on the line for 3.5 hours just today. Lost the whole day speaking to Rogers. Lots of fun. Would you be able to look into giving me a one month credit for the issue?

@Rogers you suck. I have ignite and internet service goes down every 5-10 minutes when only 2 people are using zoom. People are trying to work, and go to class, from home. Fix your ****. Also, spend some of the ******* money you're robbing from your customers on the jays.

@RogersHelps what would my next step be to get my internet latency issues fixed after a month of talking to a number of tier one techs, a teir two tech, 2 in home techs and still have issues? 90% of why we have the internet in our home is for online gaming that we can't us.

@RogersHelps Thank you for your concern. However, I am not without service due to an update. I *was* out of service due to an update that Rogers did not even attempt to notify customers. You have my gateway hardware ID, you have my email, you have my phone #, whats the issue over there?

@RogersHelps It’s baffling that work crews have been out multiple times a week for several weeks. Service is always fine until they show up, so whatever they’re fixing is messing up connectivity for the rest of the neighbourhood.

@Rogers Unbelievable. I receive at least 6 calls a day from Rogers soliciting services from their third party vendor. If this continues I am filing a complaint with CRTC for harassment. I did not give permission to Rogers to third party release my cell number.
