Beadle Store (@beadlestore) reported from Napanee, OntarioWhats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

DNA does not lie! (@dnadoesnotlie) reported@Bell_Aliant @Rogers As an unusual homebase customer, I happen to have Rogers TV and Internet and cellular service and I love their cellular service and their TV service is excellent I also happen to have Bell TV service, Internet service and landline service I do not think you will ever find that many customers who have those services from both companies so I can honestly give you a true opinion on them both The one thing about Rogers is that the majority of their employees are Canadian that means that they keep the Canadian dollars that are paid for their services in Canada. Keep Canadians employed and paying Canadian taxes. Bell, on the other hand has a majority of their employed staff outside of Country. They are sending Canadian dollars that are paid for a service in Canada to other nations and other citizens and other countries and other countries taxes that means those two dollars away from Canadians and away from the Canadian taxpayers when most honest Canadian people have to keep paying, however, the companies get around it Also, very unacceptable

Brian (@basherjam) reported.@RogersHelps amazing that your contact centre just says “too busy, call back another time”. What kind of service is that?
-
Landon Creasy (@landoncreasy) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps you remain the impossible company to contact for help, which is odd for a communications company. I need some actual help as you have misplaced a phone I returned. Please contact me.

Randy (@randyvancity) reported@Millergram33 @Rogers Customer service sucks They got some stupid AI bullshit and when you ask for a live agent it says calls are at a all time high and please call back later. Then hangs up on me. It’s been 2 months now I can never get through 611. I can only get through the chat through the app

Chris Arnold (@ChrisArnold33) reported@RogersHelps It takes hours to get through tech support and days to get someone out. It just happened randomly and I’ve seen before when the outage detector says no outage when there is one.

Robert Jones (@robert12jones) reported@LeafsLose1967 @Sportsnet @Rogers I know the criminals increased the price from 24.99 to 29.99 per month as well. An absolute rip off based on the garbage on the field.
