Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

@Rogers will mess up their customers bill every month and then have the nerve to tell you they’ll issue a cheque that will take 2-6 weeks to get to you?! Didn’t take y’all 2-6 to take my money?! Worst company ever.

@RogersHelps Thanks so much. Looks like there is an outage in the area which was not updated on Rogers site or chat bot and was discovered after my call. I was finally able to talk with an agent (via helpline number) after 45minutes.
