@RogersHelps I am having a horrible time getting any kind of customer service. Anytime I call I’m on hold forever or if I try and chat I’m usually start at 99 and I don’t have that kind of time.. I was supposed to get a $200 credit and it never appeared and I’m pissed

@Rogers I truly hope that you're compastating the customers effected by your service issue. Not just $5 like I was told on the phone. Lost out on 3 hrs of work and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Look at that 11:28 pm services restored since being out since 2 pm. 9 1/2 hrs out

@RogersHelps Thanks. I have the super sports package, and on Saturday night the broadcast of the Barrie Colts playoff game ended after 3 periods. I missed the whole overtime. I know nothing can be done now, but wanted to call attention to it so it hopefully never happens again.

@RogersHelps I disconnected my tv from my wifi network and reconnected it. The signal is apparently better according to my app from Rogers so we'll see if this issue stops happening. It has happened a few times during baseball games in 4K!
