But what you didnt do was increase your staff to match your accounts accumulation...to the point where, I heard "Sorry, we are too busy to take your call, goodbye" Over and over and over for more than a month. Pssst It's Business 101 to NEVER EVER let that happen. Oh and Ive switched to Telus. Am I one lost customer, or 1 of many? 🤔

Will it be as good as Prime this year? if no answer from either of you I do not think I will renew. as a NHL fan Rogers service for the app is(share and tag rogers)

Chat today transferred me 3x and the agent was beyond rude.. I've worked in chat for a major bank and could never chat like that. I'm still not satisfied. Likely cancelling all products.
