@babiegiraffe @RogersHelps @FibeBell @babiegiraffe - we cant get @FibeBell on our ‘hood - hoping it’s available soon. I don’t know if one is better than the other, but #ignitetv is inconsistent - video and sounds quality issues today.

@RogersHelps It is an issue with all calls displaying with No Caller ID. Not something I can fix with self help. Still on hold. 2.5 hours and will now be speaking to a 3rd agent.

@RogersHelps I did try to get an earlier time. I was told nothing was available. Quite honestly, technical support wasn’t much help. Again, when it was just Shaw and not some conglomerate telecom company, things were better.
