@babiegiraffe @RogersHelps @FibeBell @babiegiraffe - we cant get @FibeBell on our ‘hood - hoping it’s available soon. I don’t know if one is better than the other, but #ignitetv is inconsistent - video and sounds quality issues today.

@Rogers Worst customer service from Rogers. They've messed up my account, and when I tried to discuss this on their online chat with a live specialist, she vanished partway through the conversation. They make it impossible to speak with an actual person by phone.

For the love of god @Rogers you HAVE to do better than 1 hr 58 min of non-stop hold just to get to the billing department. 2 DAYS IN A ROW. Hire some damn people! I can't take a day off work to fix your mistakes. It's gone beyond ridiculous. #rogers #wireless #CustomerService

@RogersHelps Here’s my issue…we have had Rogers on the phone almost daily. Why won’t someone come and fix this problem? Why do I have to use my Bell work phone while working from home to hotspot?? $600 I pay monthly is more than enough.
