    @babiegiraffe @RogersHelps @FibeBell @babiegiraffe - we cant get @FibeBell on our ‘hood - hoping it’s available soon. I don’t know if one is better than the other, but #ignitetv is inconsistent - video and sounds quality issues today.

    @RogersHelps This is happening again. If Rogers can’t provoide stable internet connectivity to customers in prime location then please let customer know to switch for better ISP than Rogers.

    @RogersHelps That’s definitely not an answer, you guys claim to be the best and have the best service and yet every other week there is something wrong. What is @Rogers doing to resolve that? You charge ridiculous prices for this kinda service?

    Hey @RogersHelps, you just lost a customer. Bell will install my new services before your tech will arrive to (maybe?) fix the issues the neighbourhood has had since last week.

    Meanwhile, attempting to get @Rogers customer service to help thru a LiveChat failed, because the connectivity from my tethered phone is having latency issues - b/c the internet is down. Which seems like a service problem a phone/cable company should possibly design around?
