Horrible business practice. I’ll contact Executive Office.

You know how the adage, “It’s like a car crash — it’s awful, but you can’t look away.” That’s how I feel with bozo here. I couldn’t imagine having to have a dinner or spend some time in-person with him.

I have no reason to send back a broken phone we pay insurance to replace if damaged. Our phones live in an otterbox or Speigen cases with screen protectors.
