    Broke down and ordered @rogers internet so the son could have a hardwired line for gaming. Got Ignite TV for me after 12 years w no cablePaid to have a technician come to install. He walks in and swaps the modem with no install for Max. Chat, calls and no resolution. #shocker

    @RogersHelps This was pathetic. I'm pretty bad about this. With all the technology that you guys advertise, the fact that you don't have a Call Back option is mind boggling.

    The problem with ordering services through companies like @RogersHelps is that when you want to cancel the services they make it very difficult to do. Have spent over an hour today trying to cancel services. I won’t give up though they clearly want me to.

    @RogersHelps : need billing support as you have overcharged me. I can’t get through to a live agent. Been on hold for 30 mins now. Extremely frustrating
