Every other day you have outage issues. I've had to call a tech to my house 3 times in the last month, And still nothing but dropped frames.

Khaled (@khaled2reza) reported@Rogers i have been using ignite 50u for a year now! Was talking to an agent in live chat. I felt he was forcing me to get the promotion even though it was expensive for me. Then he left the room all of a sudden intentionally. Please improve your customer support!
