    @rogers I demand to be reimbursed for the lack of service I have received. I'm absolutely disgusted that you crooked ***** have a monopoly on the industry. I want my ******* money back.

    @Canucks @Rogers Some Jedi ****. So sick.

  • MercurialMoose Grim Grinning Moose (Dan) 🇺🇦 (@MercurialMoose) reported

    Hey @RogersHelps I'd like to know why you have outbound sales agents that are harassing my wife to sign up for your cell service? She politely explained that I work for Shaw and that we already get a good discount with them, at which point they continued to harass her

  • bobatyork Michael C (@bobatyork) reported

    @RogersHelps It seems to be working now again. Not sure what the problem was

  • therealfazil Fazil (@therealfazil) reported

    So I haven’t even received my hardware yet and already my experience with @RogersHelps is on track to being one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. Lord only knows what’s in store once I’ve actually managed to set it up.

  • niall3215 niall@321 (@niall3215) reported

    @RogersHelps Hi it’s been 8hrs no wifi service near York university. Do you know when it will be fixed?

  • tiejamac Tieja MacLaughlin (@tiejamac) reported

    I recently spoke to someone at @RogersHelps who was by far the most helpful customer support I have ever spoken to & no doubt deserving of a promotion. She said I could show my appreciation via a survey, but I didn't receive it. Does anyone know how to give kudos to these folks?

  • bobatyork Michael C (@bobatyork) reported

    @RogersHelps we have had intermittent outages the last few days and now it is out. We are in Pickering ontario. Is it just us or is it a bigger outage?

  • therealfazil Fazil (@therealfazil) reported

    @RogersHelps Already tried talking to your chat agents. Among the numerous things I’ve been let down on and given wrong info about, I’ve hit another roadblock where my only option is to wait. For context this specific issue was about my tracking link for equipment delivery randomly expiring.

  • RoNsAuR Ronnie Morriss (@RoNsAuR) reported

    @Rogers I have cell service at my home address, yet am being told that the very same address isn't eligible for wireless home internet (using the very same signal). How come?
