@Beebsbondy @RogersHelps I had the same problem. Corrected it by signing out then signing in again

  • mlnadler Michael Nadler (@mlnadler) reported

@RogersHelps can’t login to my NHL TV app this evening and also need to update my email address. Have been on hold close to an hour and am missing a good Leafs-Habs game. HELP!!!! Paying a lot for nothing right now.

  • ddb_db Derek Battams (@ddb_db) reported

@RogersHelps All good now. Thank you. But it would be very helpful if you posted this earlier somewhere to everyone. Instead I tried to call the help line and was on hold for 50+ minutes before hanging up after reading this. Anyways, 3rd period starting...

  • Nickharvey1985 Nick Harvey (@Nickharvey1985) reported

@RogersHelps I just want to cancel the NHL and already signed up for sportsnet plus. I read if I canceled within 5 days you will refund automatically is this true?

  • Zachm103 Zachm10 (@Zachm103) reported

@RogersNHLLive @RogersHelps Whoever is having problems it wouldnt let me sign in so i went to my app store updated my nhl app and now it works like a charm👍🏻

  • BustMyBuffers Strelnikov (@BustMyBuffers) reported

@RogersHelps why does your anyplacetv not work? By that I mean tonight’s @leafs game is juddery, stops completely, volume loss... Tried multiple devices same issue. Internet signal is fine as is network. No I don’t want to discuss this. Just fix your issue.

  • kwar041 kwar04 (@kwar041) reported

@RogersHelps my nhl login doesn’t work on ANYTHING

  • mlnadler Michael Nadler (@mlnadler) reported

@RogersHelps Finally able to login. But need to update my email. Also, why would a national telecast (Habs Leafs) be blacked out? My understanding, all out of market and national games are supposed to be included. $180 a lot to pay for no games and a shortened season.

  • adamecooper Adam E. Cooper (@adamecooper) reported

@RogersHelps Xbox one won’t accept my login to the NHL live app. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, rebooting my xbox and credentials and password won’t work when they do on other devices. Also changes my password with no luck.

  • adokis66 Al D (@adokis66) reported

@GillianBerger @RogersHelps Reinstalled everything and working now. Clearly an issue at Rogers end.
