The Canadian TV/Internet/Phone market never ceases to shock and disappoint. My @RogersHelps bill jumps up $100 dollars without any warning and the “best they can do” is tack on an extra $30 to what I already overpay for.

@RogersHelps If it's not fixed by the end of the week I'm cancelling. You are charging for a service that is unusable.

@RogersHelps Seriously, things like cutting off Anyplace TV to digital subscribers is one reason so many cut the cord. Can't use Ignite TV since I'm digital. We're second-tier if we use a cable PVR box now? No solution here?

@dcmorrison @hockeyesque @Rogers I’m sorry to hear this is happening- try to adjust your box connection dial on the back of your unit, turn it down. Left is down. Set it to 1. Try that, thanks- Stephaneth

Hey @Sportsnet it's pretty bad when illegal streams are more reliable than your app. @Rogers @RogersHelps #SNNOW

Every time I have a @RogersHelps outage, the bot Anna tells me there’s no outage and then I connect with a rep who tells me there’s an outage LOL

@hockeyesque @Rogers Rogers is the ******* worst. The only reason I still have cable is to watch sports, and they've found a way package the channels in such a way that the one TSN or Sportsnet channel that is broadcasting Toronto Sportsball isn't included.
