    @Bell_Support Placed a call to @Bell today about our internet Fibe service. It was down. After the typical questions and quick fix scenarios offered it was determined the issue was outside our house. I checked the exposed fibe line outside the house. No breaks. So we book a technician to come. No one available outside of normal work hours. Simply hilarious. Next move? @Rogers

    @RogersHelps nope..not one..just severe case of being rude and uncaring, which is known to be Rogers MO, according to most reviews online and even on x] after I waited over an hour on the phone, since you fired half your customer service staff..No one cared..no one offered any alternatives..NOTHING ..otherwise I would have no reason to post on here would I?

    @Rogers @RogersHelps I signed up for a $30 plan but have been charged $40 for 3+ months. I’ve tried multiple times to fix this with no resolution. I have proof of the agreed pricing. Please escalate this to a manager and correct the billing + apply credits.

    @RogersHelps have an iPhone 14 and upgraded to iOS26.3.1 .. when I try to add Yahoo Mail account, it won’t display the password screen .. just sits there on a blank Yahoo banner screen after I entered my username .. what is the fix?
