    @TELUS @TELUSsupport after almost 2 hours on the phone again this week to correct my bill, my latest is once again over billed and missing discounts and promised credits. Awful service. I am disgusted with myself that I made the change from @RogersHelps.

    @RogersHelps There have been multiple tickets opened. What I’d like is for someone competent to actually fix the issue. But Rogers adequately demonstrated your competence with that Canada-wide outage this year so I’m not really holding out hope.

    @RogersHelps Me again, major outage in this area. Techs are being dispatched to change wifi boxes & that’s not the problem. Can’t make outgoing phone calls. How can this be escalated?

    @RogersHelps it's day 2 of unreliable sms and mms messaging for me in Edmonton Alberta and it's frustrating, I've rebooted my phone and everything but nothing fixed it. Now I'm forced to wait til tomorrow to get a signal refresh.
