His Divine Shadow (@ESchillup) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers The best way to get someone in canada is select French and then they answer go "shoot i thought I hit english, can you help me" and they basically all speak English anyways.
-
NoTimeToWaste (@NotMuchTime2Go) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Hmmm, what happened to all the "we're CANADIAN" patriotic bullshit? Oh, I guess 100% Canadian just means 'we're not using American products ' You do realize we live in a very very sick country. Oh, and "diversity is out strength " one of the absolutely stupidest slogans stupid people ever fell for. Utterly absolutely stupid.

AB_Girl (@thefringemin) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers That's precisely the problem for having a monopoly. I trifecta in CANADA. It needs to stop!
-
Donna (@iCruiseify) reported@cookiegigan @RogersHelps @Rogers They did, the call dropped twice and they called back, unfortunately when it dropped the third time... So one of two issues solved at least.
-
Parafok (@Parafok) reported@JustMeJamie64 @CognizantBeing @Rogers I have Starlink for more than 3 years now. No idea how their customer service is because I never had to call them.
-
Queens Fort (@Bellyhungry) reported@RogersHelps Sometimes I got the message: This service is currently not available. Please try again later. Sometimes, I just got a blank screen.
-
Kartz (@Lord_Kartz) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers When I have called in the past, support would say, “This is <name> from Rogers in <Canadian city>.” In some cases, it was true. Anyway, for Robbers to employ CS staff in Canada, they’d have to pay well which they (and others) don’t like to. Hence the outsourcing. Cheap labour.

Steve T.🇨🇦 (@Game_of_Thornes) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I was helping an elderly friend with her Bell service about 15 years ago. We were routed to India. At the end of the call I was asked the standard “anything else you need help with”. I answered “I could use help shoveling my driveway”. She didn’t seem to know what SNOW was.

Ali Hasan (@AliHasa_n) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Yes, exactly. They make millions or billions, but their customer support is often outsourced or centralized, so the person handling your case may not understand the specific local rules, regulations, or problems in your country/province.

Klutz Ottawa🇨🇦 (@klutz47) reportedSo @RogersHelps From June of 2025 to August of 2026 my cell bill has had two increases each one $5.00. A so called plan rate adjustment to better improve your service. Not acceptable . Four years of no increases and wham 2 quick ones. Time to move.
