So 11 days after installation was started, and 96 hours after I was last told it would take 48 hours to fix the problem, no update from @RogersHelps and no Ignite TV. Really tired of hearing that you understand how frustrating this is #ignitetv #rogersfail #rogersconcierge

  • PhotoMediaGuy 𝙹𝚊𝚜𝚘𝚗 𝙼𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚜 (@PhotoMediaGuy) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

Hey @RogersHelps any idea why we are down again (almost daily occurrence) at Parkview and Lawrence in Orangeville? L9W4H7 Can we please stop these mid-day outages?

  • PhotoMediaGuy Jason Miles (@PhotoMediaGuy) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

@RogersHelps The issue isn’t the internet at all. The cameras keep going offline.

  • SandyRStuckless Sandy 'Captain Typo' Stuckless (@SandyRStuckless) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

Sorry @IndyCar. Looks like you're losing a fan. Thanks to the horrible TV deal u made with @Rogers and @Sportsnet. I refuse to pay $30/mth for a specialty channel in which the only thing I'll ever watch on it is racing. What a horrible way to treat Canadian racing fans. #IndyCar

  • kriztoper1978 Kriztoper 🇨🇦 (@kriztoper1978) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

@RogersHelps @rogers sending slimy, rude, & aggressive sales people to my home is a shit way to keep costumers. Can’t wait until my cell phone contract is up.

@RogersHelps So uh does this mean that interact service has returned or is the country still screwed there thanks to you guys? Love how your updates involve wireless service and not the service you monopolize with interact. Corporate swine

  • HipatyHopity zak (@HipatyHopity) reported

@CityNewsTO This is not true. Home internet is down for the vast majority of people. @Rogers @RogersHelps

  • PohtentOsrs Pohtent (@PohtentOsrs) reported

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers You realize this happened because Rogers refuses to invest profits into new equipment? They made a good decision 14 years ago to go colex vs dsl. And have ran the same **** since. It happened twice this year because it’s being overloaded. This is their fault. Souly. For profits.

  • My_Own_Opinions My_Own_Opinions 🇨🇦 (@My_Own_Opinions) reported

@CP24 Has your service been restored? (Numbers may vary because some people won't see this) @RogersHelps

  • dkj_david David K Johnston (@dkj_david) reported

@RogersHelps Vast majority really ?? Guess I don’t fall into that category, customer since 1991 guess that doesn’t help , no internet in Mississauga

  • PohtentOsrs Pohtent (@PohtentOsrs) reported

@RogersHelps The question is though will you guys stop pinching profits and start updating lines and servers? You’re stuffs old. Your upload and ping at terrible. While bell is investing all theirs into full new lines for way faster speeds. This is twice now. Because you can’t handle it

  • Amanda_Parsons Amanda Parsons (M.ED) (@Amanda_Parsons) reported

@IronOmie @dm_tats @Rogers Things don't magically happen. There is a cause to what happened and more than likely, it was an innocent error that snowballed into something bad. It doesn't mean the person won't be blamed for it. Right now there's too many variables to say with certainty what happened.

  • ErikaPa25192492 Erika Patterson (@ErikaPa25192492) reported

@RogersHelps Still waiting for e-transfers to work!! What is the issue here ?????

  • Eezeetwitt eliz (@Eezeetwitt) reported

@RogersHelps cell service there but still NO INTERNET

  • redpillcanadian Logan White (@redpillcanadian) reported

After yesterday’s @Rogers outage, I’ve noticed a lot of Canadians calling for public (aka government) control of Canadian telecoms. I dislike Rogers as much as anyone but the government can’t even hand out passports or manage a mobile app, you really want them in charge of this?
