@KevinFrankish @RogersHelps @RogersHelps continue to toe the line that service has restored to most customers. I'm 3 days w/o internet & have a spotty LTE connection. My friends & family with Rogers saying the same - there's been no communication updates. When will service be restored? Nothing but silence.

@CTVToronto We had service again late afternoon Saturday then this morning in Oshawa @Rogers Ignite is back down again. I called and there is a 3 hour wait time. 🤦🏻

@RogersHelps You may want to tell customers to unplug and plug their modems back in to regain internet access. That's what I did this morning. Your phone customer service person didn't tell us to do that yesterday. He told us to be patient. Better training needed.
