@AboutRogers @Rogers And you’re down again, the latest of many such failures since the Friday screw up. This has become a regular occurrence. My only connection right now is via Fido mobile, and that’s not sufficient for working at home.

@alanbeemer @RogersHelps So we just switched but I believe our new provider runs on the Rogers lines so might not help you. But it’s quite a bit cheaper

@David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps There is a good chance there’s some signal problem on your line. It might be a filter or lack thereof. Rogers aggressively doesn’t help 3rd parties on its infrastructure IME. One $ answer is to install another line (prob DSL) and failover automatically.

@David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps How old is your modem? If it’s been more than three years since you got it from Rogers it’s probably needing replacement. I had the same problem a while back and Telus sent out a newer modem. Problem solved.
