Hey @Rogers stop calling me everyday in an attempt to rip me off. Offering me 5gb LESS a month on my plan for the same price I’m paying PLUS ADDING $60 a month for an iPhone 12 Pro Max that’ll be discounted in 3 months when the new one comes out is horrible business practice.

@Rogers After almost 30 years as a Rogers customer, I will be moving on to any option that treats its customer better than you. All over an Ignite box that I returned 2 months ago through @CanadaPosthelps that THEY lost but Rogers is charging me $109.99.

@RogersHelps no help here ! Day 4 no internet and no HELP from @RogersHelps my son has missed college midterm exam and 2 days of work for me. Who pays for that? I guess I’m paying all the way around. Working from home and college from home, don’t count on rogers to help!

@shlz @RogersHelps Same thing in Toronto but Rogers keeps acting like everyone is having little individual issues and wont post publicly about this massive outtage. Trying to hide the extent of it like they did in April when they left us all hanging in silence for the better part of a day.

@RogersHelps As soon as a lose my house wifi, it should shift to cellular. I have four bars, I have toggled to use cell service, but all it does is show ‘no internet connection’. I have toggled cellular on and off, I have switched off wifi. No dice

I'm ******* done. I'll have a new ISP with @Bell starting Tuesday and will hopfully have stable internet now. Been with @Rogers for about 20 years and have had the WORST experience personally over the past 2 years. Finally happy to find a good offer and move on man

@Rogers I spent 1 1/2 hrs on the phone with Rogers today, yes they’ve issued a team to search for it, etc… that isn’t the point here, it’s been 2 months and I’ve paid $109.99 for it and demand a credit, this is now between Rogers & Canada Post, this is NOT how you treat customers

@Rogers As a customer of 30 years and for example, from Feb 1, 2020 to Jan 31, 2021, I paid Rogers $5,716.44 and this is how I’m treated???
