    @RogersHelps please sort out your internet issues. Reading the frustrated tweets from the last two days is truly astounding, when I’m having the same issue with my internet. We WORK from home, this cannot happen. Yet keeps happening. We will be switching providers ASAP.

    Doesn’t inspire confidence that when I ask for a status update on the service outage from @RogersHelps they ask me to fill out forms. You call them & it’s an endless loop that connects to no one. @Bell_Business is looking mighty appealing now. Maybe @TELUS ???

    @Rogers Your pro on the go service promised to deliver my device in two days, however, on the day of delivery, the Enjoy Pro went silent for the whole day and sends me an email claiming they are not able to reach me. Not only I was not able to get my device, I was also falsely accused.

    @yurkshirelad @RogersHelps if you have a CODA 4582 modem, they had disabled OFDMA for 1 month. It was causing constant disconnects. They enabled it again today, so it's probably not coincidence. The Rogers techs know nothing about it. Go to the Rogers Community Support Forum on the Rogers website for info

    @Rogers Who literally died in my arms two days before Christmas friend in my own house all they say is sorry for your loss offered me $25 off of $1500 bill being a loyal customer for years there is no such thing as customer service anymore

    @RogersHelps Thanks for your help! This has absolutely nothing to do with SN/ CBC or TSN! In addition, Rogers sells an NHL Centre pkg that drops all the other games on channel 431-471 GTA! Detroit game was scheduled on this pkg , channel 462 but instead Rogers had another game on this channel

    @Bell Chriss at call center useless as is @Bell been 3 days no phone, no support, had manager onsite waiting for 3 techs NONE showed up Should move to @RogersBiz

    I love how @RogersHelps gives me a deal at 3:34pm - I decide to hang up and think about it, now they are saying that offer is gone. Roger has terrible customer service, as of now I’m about to port all three lines to a new company. I do not recommend @Rogers

    @Rogers STOP LYING TO CUSTOMERS!!!! THE CRTC HAS ALREADY STEPPED IN AND FOUND THAT NOT ONLY WERE YOU THROTTLING CUSTOMERS, BUT THAT YOU WERE DOING IT ILLEGALLY!!! THE PROBLEM IS THAT YOU IDIOTS AT ROGERS CANNOT PLAY BY THE F***ING RULES!!!
