    @RogersHelps You’re not getting it…are you a bot? They restored my services for 1 ****** day…if a customer breaks an agreement what happens? Services suspended…what happens when it’s YOU guys breaking the agreement?…”we’re sorry, you’ll have to take it up with that department

    @Rogers you guys can’t let your clients know when there will be internet interruptions? I work from home.. all week the internet has been down… I’m super annoyed !!!

    @tbx10425225 @RogersHelps Yea I know but man it’s so frustrating. They are saying it’s going to be quite a while until this is resolved. I am at a point that I want to start sending bills to them for my non-working time because of this service

    @Rogers is there an update as to how long the Whitby area will be down? Working from home is impossible with no internet.

    @RogersHelps how in the world can you think to charge people $200+ a month for tv and internet and then have massive intermittent service issues. This hugely impacts peoples ability to work from home and not a single word from you all on the terrible service.

    @jessiithemama @Shannon33632558 @Rogers Im in North York too. Hotspotting was too slow, im at my neighbours using Bell to work. We were away last week during the day for March Break. Didnt notice until Sunday. So frustrating!!

    @RogersHelps 3 incident numbers later; 2 technician visits and issues still persists. Rogers confirms provisioning issues. How long do we have to wait? You can pay my next Rogers bill thanks.
