@RogersHelps everyone in our Yaletown neighborhood group is talking about no Rogers service in a 4-block radius for the last 5 days. Why do you keep telling me it’s just me? It’s almost like you don’t actually care…

@Rogers Eric. Thank you for the cut and paste reply. I'm nit going to provide information on a publicly accessible platform. How about you schedule a call back from a manager to discuss the issue today?

@djlaela @RogersHelps That's disappointing. If they have a known issue or outage, they should turn off their AI agent and send a mass notification to users so they know without looping in the AI bot.

@Rogers you are a horrible service. We’re trying to cancel our account and we’ve been on hold 3 hours, re-directed by 4 different reps, and have been told it’s not possible to cancel. You’re now stealing from us. Awful customer service. Awful company.

Hey @Rogers @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions You can't just change the monthly phone plan prices whenever you want. We agreed on a set price that doesn't change for as long as we have It. We don't care about your investment in 5G network that you've trained your reps to tell us.

@RogersHelps I called that number 15 times where no one replied to me, anything else that will actually help me?

@RogersHelps This is ridiculous. I just got through to a chat specialist, and they ended the chat immediately when I tried to report the fraud. It was 2.5 hours just to contact them and they immediately ended the chat. Absolutely rude.

Hey @Rogers you need to do a much better job at dealing with your customers! I’ve been waiting for more than 15 minutes today to be transferred to talk to a supervisor after dealing with a customer service representative for more than 30 minutes that couldn’t understand my request for a service upgrade! You can’t put customers on hold for that long without resolution so I had to drop the call! Train your employees and train them how to properly help customers meet their needs! I know I’ve been working in this industry for over 15 years! I’ve started in customer service however it’s not what it used to be! Now it seems you want to get rid of customers as fast as possible instead of helping them and ensuring they remain loyal to your business!

@RogersHelps It took over an hour at 10 pm to get help it’s normally 25-30 minutes
