@RogersHelps FYI, watching tv through Ignite is very choppy. Screen and sound keeps freezing every few minutes. And Wifi is still pretty slow, and so not 100% either. A lot l work still to do. #RogersOutage

@AboutRogers @Rogers Still not working on day 3. Two day credit on our bills? Two crippling outages a littler over a year apart both blamed on a "maintenance update". How many people DIED because they couldn't call 911? How much MONEY was lost? 200÷31x2=12.90. Big deal! 🤬

@AboutRogers @Rogers I’m reaching out to share to my provider that your service remains below par. My internet and Rogers Ignite, in particular, are intermittent at best. Audio and video break up repetitively. I’m already removing one cell from your services. Fibe is now available in my area.
