@Rogers has the worst company ever. The fraud management team is slow. Someone added two lines in my account without my knowledge and I have been calling customer care past week, no action from their side. They charged me for four lines, when I only have two. Don’t go for ROGERS!

  • xterminator_24 Scott (@xterminator_24) reported

@RogersHelps Interaction on DM was great. Appreciate the time. I can only hope that us @NHL fans can convince Rogers and @Sportsnet to do better with this service.

  • GaleWarrior Shikoru ♑ (@GaleWarrior) reported

@Rogers Hey. I haven't had cell service since Tuesday. What's up?

  • penmen44 You be You (@penmen44) reported

@Rogers Instead of emails about "rebuilding our trust" Shoppers Drug Mart - "Cash Only Today - credit/debit DOWN" ... Rogers Strikes Again - talk/emails are cheap - actions speak! @ShopprsDrugMart

  • SlutsOfBabylon Dutch Wheeler (@SlutsOfBabylon) reported

@RogersHelps See, the thing about that is, I DM you with similar error messages from multiple different allegedly supported devices every few days, and despite your team’s expert advice to ‘just delete and reinstall the app’, the issues keep rolling in. Crazy idea, maybe just fix your app?

  • YMeag Meagan (@YMeag) reported

@RogersHelps Internet is very bad In Cambridge Area!! Any idea when this will be resolved?

  • SJSorcerer Social Distancing Sorcerer (@SJSorcerer) reported

I'm trying to help my brother, is @RogersHelps the only #internet provider in Ontario that offers subsidized internet for people on #ODSP? They aren't in #ThunderBay and @ShawInfo and @Tbaytel don't seem to. $100+/ month internet as a minimum is kind of brutal for low income.

  • mattdominici Matt Dominici (@mattdominici) reported

@PierreVLeBrun I have tried and tried and tried to get @rogers @Sportsnet to cancel and refund my subscription due to the board ads, and they just refuse. I guess they’re happy to take the last $200 they will ever get from me. It’s a shame. The games are unwatchable.

  • SlutsOfBabylon Dutch Wheeler (@SlutsOfBabylon) reported

@RogersHelps Oh and pay raises / kudos to all of the support team who have been thrown under the bus having to answer for all of the above of course!

  • Snoop__P AP (@Snoop__P) reported

@RogersHelps Just responded with an address of the issue. You can evaluate but any solution that doesn't include moving this line is not acceptable. Im not a Rogers customer and do no appreciate this intrusion on my property. This is complete bs because it's your technician that ran this line
