@Ricard0Rodrig0 @Rogers Any update on this? I’ve been having the same issue with Visual Voicemail on @Rogers not showing up for days at a time, if at all. Except when I let them know of the problem weeks ago, they told me it was my phone and not their problem!

@RogersHelps @Rogers I have spent the last two days trying to cancel my Ignite Services. It has been impossible whenever I ask to cancel my acct from your Customer Reps I have to be transferred because they can not handle Ignite Accounts and then I am put on hold!!! Get it done!

@RogersHelps I apologize for the disbelief and don't mean to be rude - but that is the expected corporate response to issues that aren't important enough. These calls don't just appear out of nowhere. There are established channels and routing that forms the basis of calls from the outside.
