CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps Wireless plans and Wireless Home Phone plans are different services. They may both be 'mobile' services, but they are not the same nor interchangeable, hence the need to port the service over
-
Paul Sant (@YouPulseX) reported@tobi @Rogers If a carrier update can kill tethering in traffic, the rollout needs an owner and a rollback path, not a support ticket.
-
Peter 🇨🇦🇮🇹 (@PistolP50122591) reported@Rogers I’m sick and tired of my Roger’s Ignite ALWAYS going down. Wifi is working! WTF!!!! I guess it is time to call Bell
-
New World Investigations (@UFO_Investigate) reported@Rogers fix your data!
-
Peter 🇨🇦🇮🇹 (@PistolP50122591) reported@RogersHelps TV's are all fine. It happens on all the TV's I have. It is definitely a Rogers issue. To rectify the problem I have to unplug the ignite box and reconnect it and then it reloads and works. Sometimes I have to it multiple times.
-
telasalfonso (@tuputocreador) reported@Rogers your customer service is so confusing I've been on hold for more than 1 hour waiting for an agent to help me out, then I went to your website and the help chat says that you're talking with one person, but when they text you are three different names. How come?
-
Rtyu (@Rtyu1148534j) reported@RogersHelps @valzann0 Your outages are everywhere and your online chat sucks. Agents refuse to file an outage case. My internet has been out for 3 hours and it shows no outage. Outrageous service!
-
Poppins 🇨🇦 (@Poppins1971) reported@RogersHelps @suresh__cp When several people say they are in Ottawa are having issues, maybe it’s not our problem, but a Roger’s issue. Yes, I have restated my modem. No, it didn’t help. Thank you.
-
DidiH (@acethecat) reported@RogersHelps @uncut_jurist Neither wifi or cell service was working. Hard to check anything
-
Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@RogersHelps I have reported this issue to tech-support many times. They change my equipment, then they tell me everything in my unit is fine and that there’s a problem with Service into the building. Then they say they fixed that but it’s still happening. Why?
