Andrew Potts (@pottsy1988) reported@alancross @Rogers online help is better! ask for home security specialist
-
Charles (@sizzdaddy486) reported@Rogers for a company that claims to be the best in country, the constant broadcast issues on a clear day for the baseball game is ridiculous. Be better #overpriced #ridculous
-
Ash (@ashkirk) reported@RogersHelps I have not been a Roger’s customer in well over 3 years and 14 days. But thank you for your response. Do you have a specific phone number or department I can contact?
-
Yaya Icy O ❄️❄️ (@YaYa_Icy) reported@RogersHelps No it doesn’t help. It was marketed as an employee discount with a code. When you put in code till you checkout, it doesn’t state there will be a charge. Till I got my bill, I didn’t know and the program provides no discounts!
-
Jon Russell (@jonruss58570719) reported@RogersHelps @CSintent71330 Simply terrible support from Rogers with MyRigers being hacked
-
Kriminalogic (@MidnightPopz) reported@FierySharky It's time to start streaming illegally. They lost thier damm minds. @Sportsnet @Rogers hope yall lose a lot of subs and customers across your services for this one. Can't wait for the "it was a typo" email, oh and we added some no name service for Barney's full cat.
-
Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reportedRevenue up 8%. EBITDA up just 3%. Wireless ARPU keeps sliding. Free cash flow looks better largely because capex was cut. Rogers is running harder just to stand still—and you can only squeeze investment for so long before the bill comes due. Reason why $RCI down 4.63% @Rogers
-
Jim (@italianshlong) reported@alancross @Rogers Their customer service is awful. They are lucky Canada lets them run a monopoly.
-
🇨🇦 Peter 🇨🇦 (@peter101s) reported@alancross @Rogers That’s what’s happens when you lay off your staff and hire 3rd world countries to run your customer service. After 45 years as a customer I cancelled all my services with Roger’s over their “new” customer service
-
East meets West (@KeeperOfSheep) reported@RogersHelps If you can definitively state it is or isn't a scam, that is the problem.. your processes should give clients a clear way of determimimg why @Rogers is calling. Or a log on our online account that shows When, How, and Why a rep tried to contact the customer.
