@LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers TekSavvy....get their internet and then they have their own internet TV...no cable...TV is about $60 a month and internet is the same. And you choose what channels you want. Basic TV is $20, sports Pack (5 TSN/5Sportsnet plus others) $20 and a pick 10 pack is $20. Never an issue

@LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers I got rid of Rogers YEARS ago for internet and TV.....way too expensive.....same service with other companies for a fraction of the cost

Dear @RogersHelps I was teaching a class for @TorontoMet when my broadband landline internet cut out, for hours during class, leaving me using my phone to run a class. I asked for mobile backup and your response was “that’s another Dept?”

@RogersHelps I doubt escalating it would do anything it just something built into the app that's kind of weird in my opinion how can you block out a feature that you're allowing in another app.. it's just like Rogers to lack in features like WWE Network on demand that is extremely lacking

@RogersHelps why is it I sign up for receiving texts from someone in the normal sense but to read them I have to subscribe to another service to read them isn't texting the normal way usual practice?!?

@RogersHelps I was at @vaughan_mills location to return equipment and received terrible customer service. You sales rep literally threw a pen and paper at me when I asked to write something down. Is it true that stores cannot call head office anymore? Please DM for details 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

@Rogers Why is Rogers store closed at younge and dundas all the time when I go there I think it's time to switch to Bell Canada at least they help there customer. And there cheeper.
