@RogersHelps Not only that he mentioned that he can't do anything because the agent didn't put any relevant "notes"...sorry I didn't realize it's a customer's responsibility to make sure the agent updates their notes.

Twice you were to come to the home and ensure the new account was set up, twice you failed to call and advise of changes to that plan. @Rogers support of their Third Party vendor customers (and indirectly yours) is a joke.

@RogersHelps Support agent tells me I can go into store if they have iPhone 13 in stock, and they’ll cancel my online order (before it ships). Go into store and all the phone agents are telling each other complete different things. Spent 1h30mins in store for absolutely nothing.

@kittywas @RogersHelps seriously - it's was daily calls/chats and all I got was someone is working on your issue. "it should be fixed tomorrow". I was pissed and ready to cancel. That's was when I finally got progress!

@Rogers Firstly, you need to make your customer service preferably decent. Was tricked into buying a 1500$ phone with a misleading plan that doesn't exist but yet promised. Manager on top of that instead of being understanding and making up for agent error doesn't even try to help.

@_rallycap @RogersHelps This is where I say “play back the call you say you’re recording for quality assurance purposes”. It never works but I like to throw that in there.
