🤍♐️ (@barrosxo) reported@RogersHelps worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Kept me on hold for over two hours to just hang up on me and tell me your closed and to call again tomorrow? After over 10 years of loyal service this is ridiculous..

Shan Kumar 🇨🇦🍁🇨🇦 (@rraj2k12) reported@RogersHelps The app kept buffering or freezing for most the game. And it wasn't my internet (BW and latency were fine) or the Smart TV I have the app on. All the other streaming apps like Netflix, Prime were perfectly fine. This is a constant problem I have with your Sportsnet app.
-
Cross Fire (@BellaKissBanuta) reported@RogersHelps I noticed that you keep saying sorry to customers for not honouring your services. It doesn't make any sense because a customer cannot say sorry for not paying your bills, even if the quality of services is poor. Unfortunately, there is no incentive for that.

Trizent (@Wizalters) reported@RogersHelps currently 84 minutes into a call with internet down in my area not just my residence. Wants to charge me a fee to have a tech come out? Huh? It's at least the block (others on block no internet). St Albert, AB. No insight, no solutions, just eat up my time.

Jasmine Kaur G (@jgarcha) reportedWell. @Rogers Shaw, whoever they are doesn’t seem to keen on fighting to keep a 20+ year customer so let’s play the what do people got to offer game? Internet, TV, Home Phone. DM me your best plans @TELUS @FreedomMobile and whoever else.

Betty Rubble (@dakiduck) reported@RogersHelps Hello, today my husband and I went in-store to upgrade our phones as they were eligible to be done. The employees in store were great, but we spent 4 hours there to upgrade 2 phones. The poor employees were met with errors at every turn on line.

MustangShow (@MustangShow) reported@RogersHelps You're not Sorry, as if you were sorry, you'd fix it. As of today's date, the functionality of your website is still broken. #Rogers Sucks
-
Expos4ever (@Expos4ever10) reported@TDotResident That’s a pretty low bar though. I trust anyone over @rogers, who is one the worst companies anyone.

Jesse Connell (@Conman_09) reported@RogersHelps is there an outage in Winnipeg? The website is sending me in circles

staz (@zzleepyguy) reported@RogersHelps I got told to split my internet connections from 2.4 to 5g and that didn't help, It has to be a problem on your end especially with multiple people dealing with it. Especially on down detector there's plenty of reports of internet issues
