    @Rogers @RogersHelps there has been an outage for almost 3 days now, and no one in your company has any updates on it. I have been paying for 1gb internet almost a year and never have I seen speeds more that 500mbps. So, one pay extra and also experience outage issues. nice!

    @RogersHelps If that is the case all @Vonage calls will use your network which I am using it for the last 10 years. Why suddenly few calls from @Vonage uses rogers network . Also customer care told me today that if the app uses data plan of rogers to make call ( ex what’s app ) still rogers.

    @Rogers absolutely pathetic service, cancelled with you and told by a CSR that my account would be closed and the bill I received would be adjusted. I hear nothing and then a month later you send me a collections notice for the full amount? Shame on you.
