@RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

@kabalguy @RogersHelps Nice empathy. My work has me travelling in town all day and this outage meant I couldn’t contact my clients, I couldn’t contact the office or my boss, and I wouldn’t have been able to contact anyone if something had happened to me.

@RogersHelps My business IS impatced as I am sure many others are. There has been NO updates, timelines or anything. Communication is definatly lacking. I see each post " we will continue to update.. " continue to??? I have seen NO updates. I know it's down, but why and estimate time line?
