    @RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

    Technical difficulties making it impossible to stream fluently without lag interruptions and skipping frames or dropping stream entirely for just a millisecond but just enough to grief a majority of gameplay. Really unmotivating and @rogers has pretty much done nothing to help

    Stream cancelled. You can blame @Rogers for it again. Upload is tanking and I contacted support, and they couldn't do anything other then send a tech out tomorrow. Couldn't even tell me what was wrong. I guess I only have myself to blame for sticking with them...

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Hey Rogers, how many more times you are letting your customers down again? Markham L3R area has no Rogers internet today since 12pm, called CSR no ETA. Can I have the internet connection back so I can continue to work? @CRTCHearings
