    @RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

    @rogers acquisition of @ShawInfo is tantamount to a monopolistic control for 3 giants. They will not allow fresh blood in to make pricing and service more fair and affordable. The @CRTCeng should never have allowed this.

    @RogersHelps Been without Internet since Friday at 11am, I received a text that stated "We have resolved the issue that you reported".. Well You have not resolved this issue. FOUR DAYS without internet in a world where Internet means generating a livelihood.

    @Rogers your NHL Live and SN Now apps are horrible. Buffers and pauses on a strong network (Rogers). No such issues with DAZN and TSN.

    My phone was on airplane mode in a safe for 7 days and @RogersHelps charged me for roaming. Customer service didn’t want to help me and told me “I took a phone call too”. Actually bullshit service and a joke of a company
