    @RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

    @Rogers pretty lame that I've been with Rogers for 18 years, then won't help out a long term customer with a week extension over 60 dollars. Definitely canceling services once I'm caught up.

    On my new phone with my new service provider. I've been with @Rogers for well over a decade but after several disappointments with them, I've moved over to @TELUS . @Bell wasn't in the running. They still need to apologize to #LisaLaFlamme .

    @rogers is the least reliable network😐 Think it’s about time to switch with all these outages. This is absolutely ridiculous. We can’t even go one month without interruption. I live with one, if i’m lucky, two bars of service. I get switched to rogers extended constantly.

    @1966_Fat_Tony @Rogers It's bullshit. Rogers doesn't even fix the phones, I would have to go to some place in oshawa called "you break it, we fix it"... like, what the actual hell? I'm so frustrated. Lol
