@RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

@RogersHelps has been suspending my account once a month or more, resulting in hours of my time wasted, costing on average almost $100 extra in fees per month even tho I was up to date on my payment plan. Fantastic customer service, Rogers. We've been loyal customers for 10 yrs

@Rogers @YMCAGTA I have this on going chat with myself. Why do they call different shades of Brown people Black? Really they are various browns. I guess just saying Brown doesn't sound mean enough. You gotta say Black. Even though it's stupid. I'm different shades of colours, really not White.

@Rogers extremely disappointed with your internet/cable services. As someone who works from home (and as a paying customer) it’s frustrating for service interruptions to occur on a weekly basis. This our second interruption today. Not good enough.

@Fidomobile, I've been a customer since you began. Just had the WORST customer service experience ever WITH A SUPERVISOR. Misleading sales agents and website info. Will be looking for other options after 28 years. @FidoSolutions @Rogers #fidomobile #fidosolutions
