@RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

@MrAlexBethke @Rogers Except Bell did an oops of their own a couple of months back when their internet was down for a day and flakey for weeks. Tech sometimes goes down when repaired. The problem in both cases - where was your back-up plan so you can take A down and have B still work…

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers Are you for real? Yes we can do without internet service but phone service, absolutely not. For people who have elderly family members and can't just jump in a car to go see if they are alright, this is totally inexcusable for the amount of money we pay for these services.

Nothing more annoying than the super slow @Rogers internet since they got the servers back up and running. It's ridiculous.

@RogersHelps I don't care if they say they are sorry...Rogers should be fined or sued as their company outage cost millions to be impacted without access to bank cards, etransfer, and even emergency services. I will NEVER use Rogers and if they take over Shaw, I will use Bell or Telus first

@sashaboersma @Rogers Internet being down is one thing. Total network outage including phones is a whole other level of mess up. I went on the street to borrow a neighbours phone to tell my work why I couldnt contact them yesterday. What if I needed to call 911 for my kids?

@5L4P57R4 @RogersHelps Bet you they were all dependant on Rogers service to communicate amongst themselves
