@RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

@RogersHelps To prevent further confusion to the customer (me) you need to update the bills that I look at online. The one that has the total of $211.40 should be $99.71. Who would change that in my account to reflect an accurate payment?

@RogersHelps I’ve been trying to cancel my service for two days! First guy says he’s having “technical difficulties” and can’t do it right now and to call back…second guy puts me through to department not open! You’re stalling to charge me more!! CANCEL NOW!!

@RogersHelps I’m not with Rogers directly but use a third party that is using Rogers network. What is the ETA for the current service disruption to be resolved? I have service in Ajax and Pickering and both are down. Thank you.

@RogersHelps Yes I just spoke to billing and you can't change the bill online for the customer to see the accurate amount which caused me more stress, more calculations, less sleep, 5 phone calls. It was called "a snapshot in time". Too bad a customer can't view their actual bill online.

@RogersHelps had to pwc mdm 10 times, coax tight, no changes made. Mdm light stays solid white but no internet on hard wired pc, android or iPhone wirelessly. Works for ½ to 1hr then can't surf again. Spoke to Rog tech sup hardzapped,reset, stays cntd to network but no internet.

@RogersHelps @rogers took away visual vmail for android users and didn't even tell them. Service I relied on for years disappears. Well done. Too fat, lazy, overpaid to repair a problem. Also too in bed with apple to fix it. 0 acctability, just more crap service. #rogerssucks
