    @RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers This is absolutely a big lie..Being a CEO, we expect you to be honest in your communication with your customers. We understand that there can be problems which require time to resolve and we are ready to cooperate with you on that but we can not accept these false statements!!

    @MillennialStar2 @RogersHelps @iambeeker1 Still no internet in Markham . No update through chat agent , unable to get through to call centre - 45 mins and waiting , and can’t find any outage map . No internet understandable , no update not understandable !
