    @RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

    @Rogers Over the course of the entire pandemic your wifi service has been horrible randomly losing connection constantly it wouldn’t be such a issue but the fact that I’m paying $100 a month for wifi connection that barely holds up doesn’t really scream number 1 in Canada to me.

    Got another Q, @RogersHelps : No longer receiving CNBC - U.S. programming. Switched to the “World” broadcast sometime between Friday & Monday. Did a carriage agreement expire/change? Just curious. Thanks. (In Ottawa. Ignite customer. Up earlier than most.)

    CNBC live has been down for two days @Rogers responded to @FrankSirianni that it is down for duration of the Olympics because of content rights. True or False? #RogersCNBC
