    @RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps it appears your virtual agent only deals with cell phone issue and not internet. Why is the virtual agent promoted as a customer support. Communication skills need to be clear and precise. Work on it Rogers!

    @Rogers No thanks rogers. I've gotten tired of all your outages & just the other week you had another outage. I've switched to a more reliable network. Won't ever be a Rogers customer ever again. Your prices are to high for dealing with your outages all the time.

    @RogersHelps @FidoSolutions Rogers should have an review on how Fido treats their customers Customer service including sups are absolutely ridiculous. The one customer service rep who actually went out her way to fix an issues is getting punished cause sup can’t think straight
