@RogersHelps cancelled my SMH on March 5; nearly 2 months later, there’s still an open case to close my service. How does it take 2 months to cancel a service?! Zero accountability from any Rogers agent throughout the process. Cancelling all services with Rogers.

Major issue that came out of @rogers #rogersfail debacle. Both of my parents are on a family plan wireless and internet & They dont have a home phone. What if they needed to call 911? #rogers
