Well, Rogers TV service continues to suck! the audio dropouts have worsened to the point of making it unwatchable. @Rogers @RogersHelps Thank goodness Bell almost has their fibre work done

@BrianG416 @Rogers And worst of all, Rogers had provided commercial software for running the 911 phone system and other critical govt phone systems…and that failed. So even if your neighbour with a landline tried to call 911, that (depending on location) failed.

@BrianG416 @Rogers But in the case of the Rogers outage, failed consumer access to 911, because elderly people or disabled have a terrible time trying to remove the teeny physical SIM (and even my engineer kid didn’t know how to remove a virtual SIM at first, so how would a consumer look it up?)

On hold for over an hour with @Rogers just to cancel my internet that hasn't worked for FOUR months, is this really the only way?? What a trash company. Once this is over with I'm literally never touching their services again

@Rogers tech messes up and knocks out our internet while working on another line in the bldg. Then cancels our service request. Schedules another for nearly a week later. Normally really like our @TekSavvyNetwork service but sometimes a 3rd party vendor is kinda the worst. (1/2)

@RogersHelps This is the 2nd day we don't have internet, TV & phone. I have called support many times with no resolution in sight. We desperately need to get connected today. The only option I have right now is to sign up with Bell. My neighbor is with Bell he has internet.
