Loving the frequent outages (currently happening!) from @Rogers Internet and the inconsistent speeds not worth the price! It's so great that once a month my building loses all Rogers service! I'm so lucky that none of my music software is web based cause then I'd be ******!

  • YyzMarko MarkoYYZ (@YyzMarko) reported

@613muttsu @RogersBiz @caliber_comms In fairness, construction sites are frequently robbed, so *temporary* surveillance there is needed. But yeah, they can **** right off when going "beyond crime" and into mass surveillance just because.

  • monicanoy Monica Noy (@monicanoy) reported

@Rogers So you offer an emergency data add-on for those rare overages, yet it automatically becomes monthly until the customer finally figures it out. Seems like a scam. So far that’s cost more and seems shiftier than the increases Bell systematically added without notice.

  • mousetr60103174 mousetrap (@mousetr60103174) reported

More than 2 hours - TWO HOURS - over the phone with @Rogers to setup a NEW Internet/TV/Home Phone account! I'm still over the phone thinking on giving up! If Rogers treat a new customer like that...I cannot even imagine when I need help going forward!

  • neurdygirl α (@neurdygirl) reported

@Rogers it is absolutely ridiculous how horrible the signal is in the M2N area. I can’t connect and it’s driving me crazy. Such a waste of my time and money.

  • Toronto_Chad AZ Moderna Pfizer trifecta 🇨🇦 (@Toronto_Chad) reported

@RogersHelps Since the incident reported here a couple of weeks ago with Ignite TV issues, every time I change the input on the TV, the Ignite remote stops working and the only way to restore is pull the power on the Ignite box. This is very frustrating.

  • bluecloth Art (@bluecloth) reported

@RogersBiz Another example how Roger Ignite blows! Monday night trying to watch the Leafs on TSN? Picture freezes every 5-10 seconds for roughly 3-5 seconds. But unlike other times, at least the audio is not affected like it normally would. Rogers suck so bad and over priced. 💩

  • safestassets SA (@safestassets) reported

@Rogers My internet is currently down, again, for the second time this month. This is routine for you guys. Get your sh!t together!

  • sandou32 Sandra Murray (@sandou32) reported

@RogersHelps this is insane. There is always issues with internet, tv with Rogers. I am not sure where you spent the money to fix things, but I think is it time to change services.

  • DavidTucciarone David (@DavidTucciarone) reported

@RogersHelps I am facing huge connections issued and total drops from the brand new router in the Square One Mississauga area. Others in my building reporting the same issue. Any ideas?
