@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I called for tech support, talked to a gentleman who spoke decent English with a semi-heavy accent, however the other gentleman in the background weren’t speaking English at all. I asked what all the background noise was and he said he was driving, using a car phone. 😭

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I had to pay for an RDS subscription that I didn't use for 8 months. 1st time, l hung up because I waited 30 mins & no one picked up. 2nd time, some idiot couldn't verify my credentials despite calling from the verified phone # on the account. 3rd time, finally lucked out.

Worst customer service from @Rogers @RogersHelps . On hold for 90 mins. First person had mo clue and the second person makes up a outage to explain my issue. When asked where the outage is posted he disconnected the call. Absolutely shameful how Rogers treats their customers

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers AirCanada tried this in the early 2000's for the AirCanada Website Technical support services We trained them the quality of the service was really bad but they were extrêmely polite, With customers complaints high they brought it back to Canadian Call Centers

@Rogers has offshored their customer service since last time I needed service. Was on hold for about 2 hrs. Not pleased at all!!! Raising prices across the board for media they provide. Loss of Canadian jobs! @CRTCeng @MarkJCarney

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Our call centres have been managed for decades this way. It was always a long hold on the phone for technical support. All the best on hold. It can be frustrating but help awaits...

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers CRTC is a total "Old Boys' Club," controlled by ex-telecom industry executives. They are there to help their buddies and their stock portfolios, not consumers. That is why Canadians pay 3-4x more for cell phone and Internet service than consumers in the US.
