@RogersHelps outage Kingston Rd and Victoria Park any ETA? No productivity. Will Rogers reimburse for the time down? My daughter was to be on a virtual grad act that cost us $15 but she can't participate now.

@Rogers My biggest issue is why I do have to be the bad person and get upset when you provided me with wrong information and then when I tell you are going to have to pay me for my time, you offer me $40 ...they did offer to replace phone for free but I could be charged $500 so no thanks

@Rogers I will take the $40 in and 11 months, I will find a new carrier. I have been a Rogers cell customer for over a decade and while he did offer to replace the phone, I could be charged $500 if the phone has damage which I imagine you would find regardless

@rogers ... worst customer service EVER! I've spent almost SIX hours on the phone with them over the last two days. They are the epitome of Conway's Law. Who do I send my invoice to for the service I'm providing of "Wasting my time!"

@RogersHelps My internet is down, while paying for Gigabit internet. I need this in order to work. This is the second time this week it has been down for over 2 hours DURING working hours. I was told the issue was resolved when it is NOT. #RogersSucks #PoorService #unreliable
