    @RogersHelps Nope. Sorry but I want nothing to do with a tool that is going to give me more runaround and being bounced around more that I have been over several hours. I have a service appointment but they made a mistake and keyed in June 3rd instead of June 2.

    @RogersHelps I’ve been without home phone, TV, or internet service for over 17hrs. Customer service isn’t available through phone support. This length of downtime is unacceptable without proactive contact or an easy way to connect to support. Forcing people online while home internet is down

    @RogersHelps is there any issues involving poor audio quality right now.?When I switch over to apps available (ie. YouTube/ Prime/ Netflix) the sound quality is awful

    @RogersHelps @CCTS_CPRST I have already restarted my phone. I have reset the network. We have reset our network router. None of it works. I believe your provisioning group needs to make a change to allow wi-fi calling on my line. Why don't you ask them to do that

    @RogersHelps having issues with the Jays Winning inning whether lower case or upper case is used. My family is also having the same issue for the last two weeks. Doesn't seem isolated based on tweets I've seen. Can you please help. #jayswinninginning

    @RogersHelps Would you PLEASE hire more people to answer customer β€œ service β€œ lines??? 3 freaking days of trying to reach an operator, not sure why you guys think we have hours to wait on hold to speak a person , absolutely the worst company I deal with

    @RogersHelps I need help with registering my online account. I don't have access to my account number & I don't have any way of retrieving it from any of the online services. Also, when I insist on getting in touch with a customer service person, the AI assistant disconnects the call.
