    @RogersHelps Hi Rogers, can you explain this? Our office number is still showing previous business caller id after 4 years of us getting the number. Despite repeated calls and follow-ups, we have not got any resolution. What kind of business do you run?

    @cbcmarketplace @RogersHelps now being told it is 24 hours. Agent will not send me through the supervisors because there are “too many customers”. Sign of the times for Rogers Customer satisfaction?

    @RogersHelps How are you confident the FOURTH technician sent will resolve this when he first three could not? They said it was a line issue that needs to be fixed but rogers won't book a person to bury a new line. And what do I do about no internet all weekend? What reimbursement will I get?

    @georganneb @Rogers As much as I hate to admit it, Bell is far superior. It may be slightly more expensive, but their service is rock solid. YMMV.

    @Rogers customer service SUCKS! For over 2 months I have tried to get my billing corrected with zero success.

    @RogersHelps Was able to reach out to them; their/your offer is higher than what Bell gave me (and you don't offer/allow home phone service if I don't take the full package, including tv; which i don't need/want)
