@Rogers @aredlight1 Wonder what compensation @Rogers will do for us now.Last wk. I had 2 fight just to reverse a 1 day late charge worth $2. Paid it on time but it was processed a day late. They wer willing to lose a customer paying monthly over $2. Only until I went on Twitter that they reversed it

@RogersHelps Felt like the response was pretty timid for such an impactful problem. People are remote working, no way to communicate in emergency, in my case no vpn token for half a day
