@RogersHelps Service seems to have been restored, although I seem to reboot to connect to 5G instead of LTE.

  • coopmillard cooper (@coopmillard) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers a service discount would be nice for opportunities missed at work.

  • bradkrane Brad (@bradkrane) reported

@570NEWS I want the $2.50, the conversation I was supposed to have with my Doctor that morning, and the package I missed, and now, have to collect in during the worst part of this pandemic b/c my buzzer code failed 'cus it's on the cell. Could that be all refunded to me? @RogersHelps

  • CircularLogic89 CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

@TheRealDaitcher @wesbos @RogersHelps Wouldn't be surprised if they started cracking down on 'indefinite' roaming

@THEbroggy @AboutRogers @RogersHelps Let me clear this up 4 u. If u rely on a telephone for your business the responsible adult thing to do is make sure you have a back up just in case something like this happens. **** happens. They make this large complexed system run 24/7 everyday and 1 hickup & ur whining.

@Rogers One day’s credit is a joke in my opinion. Of course I shouldn’t have to pay for the day - I didn’t have any service. I should be compensated for the frustration and hassle I had to deal with from clients who couldn’t reach me. I expect more frankly. This is poor.

  • timstringer Tim Stringer (@timstringer) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps The compensation that Rogers is providing doesn’t acknowledge the seriousness of this outage. I strongly encourage Rogers to reconsider the offer of compensation and provide at least 14 days of free service (better yet, a month).

@Rogers also dont let us down when we visit rogers location. where recently in a location in etobicoke, i wasnt happy with the customer service 2 times. i am not going to raise an complaint but of late customer service has dropped.

  • SteveOliveira7 SteveO777 (@SteveOliveira7) reported

@Rogers When I signed up with you 4 months ago, I was sent an email confirming a rate plan of $60 per month, yet you keep charging me $75. Help me understand.

  • tahanmartins tahan (@tahanmartins) reported

@ahudani @Rogers @rogers The strange thing is that when my device shows full connection (all bars) there is 0 data. When it's down to low connection (1-2 bars) the data works.
