@RogersHelps It is 2x the price to change my plan while staying with you. If I canceled my service and started from scratch it’s half the price. What a travesty of a company.

@RogersHelps Hey! It's an apple 14 pro max. I've tried restarting it, switching to airplane mode and back on as well as switching to LTE. All my screen shows is the bars for service and my battery life. The celular internet has been very slow the last few days.

@RogersHelps I requested to terminate my account permanently as I moved out of Canada permanently. Now you have resume billing.

@RogersHelps i know you want to make it frustrating/difficult to remove a channel because you’ll lose my $3 a month or whatever it costs, but if i can add a channel with two clicks of a button, it should be JUST as easy to remove it. cancel channel. confirm. done. how can i do it myself??

@Rogers Trying to remove a “Unison-add on” as I have no need for it & no idea why it’s on my bills. Try it online and get a “sorry something went wrong and we’re working as quickly as we can” message, so try online chat to wait 2 hrs in queue only to be dropped. Brutal “service”
