    @PhilBaileyRLP @Rogers They won't announce s*** because this is not your typical unusual intermittent outages It's a massive security breach and just wait until the full scale of the damage is leaked It happened last night around midnight Our personal info is at RISK!

    @RogersHelps Thanks for telling us, but you gotta work on your customer service portal. The only option is "call us" (doesn't work) and "live chat" which just times out and doesn't even load the page. I don't want to have to go to twitter to find out about this.
