@RogersHelps According to other users feedback on here I am not the only one experiencing issue with my ignite tv. It’s still freezing every so often. I’ve tried unplugging the box multiple times today & it’s still happening. Issue is on your end, not mine.

@RogersHelps I am in Ayr. Got an email from Rogers today telling me we are impacted by a service interruption. Our Ignite TV has been freezing, and blacking out since this whole fiasco began. This is ridiculous

@markblevis @RogersHelps Couple of things to be aware of. Wifi is shared among all your devices including things like Ecobee thermostats, Ring doorbells, chromecast, smart TVs & smart light bulbs. Wifi will slow down to slowest device on your network which may at anytime to do a software update.
