    @Rogers I have been very patient with this outage. I have no cell coverage, and this destroys my ability to communicate and do business. I am missing meetings and unable to connect with clients. This has been going on for several hours. When will this system be back online?

  • nick_hayward42 nick hayward (@nick_hayward42) reported

    @RogersHelps Don’t know what your definition of “Regular Updates” but over 9 hours is a bit of a stretch. Also I haven’t had cell service all day

    @RogersHelps This is insane, it's been all day. Wtf am I paying for

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Business relies on taking customer orders by phone & haven't been able to make or receive calls all day. Which department should I send an invoice to for todays loss of income?

  • shiftysheryl Sheryl (@shiftysheryl) reported

    @DegaustKirk @RogersHelps Yes, exactly. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I have no land line anymore so what happens in the case of an emergency, Rogers?

  • kewl_beer KSM (@kewl_beer) reported

    @RogersHelps Can you provide exact timeline by when will the service be restored? Its almost been 12 hours in my area. And please stop asking customers to have their email updated on MyRogers... mine is up to date and didn't receive a single email. Things are getting more than ridiculous now.

  • JKerby_88 🅹🅾🅷🅽 🅺🅴🆁🅱🆈 (@JKerby_88) reported

    @RogersHelps my service is back

  • TeethStrange StrangeTeeth_ (@TeethStrange) reported

    @RogersHelps @Rogers If you’re unhappy with this terrible service, now is the time to find a new carrier. We pay the highest wireless prices in the world. Canadians demand and expect much better from a company dead set on keeping competitors out of the market. @CRTCeng needs to take action now.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers So your outage has cost your customers millions of dollars. Many of us rely on your network to conduct business and now a whole day has gone by and none of us made any money. How do you plan I. Repaying your customers for their lost income?
