@RogersHelps Yes! I asked my rep several times what was needed for return and he never mentioned the phone needing to be in perfect condition. I would have bought a screen protector and Apple care then and there

@Rogers Lmao!!!!! Biggest mistake i made was switching to ignite tv. 2 3 times a day we get connection issues...laggy at times. Anyone seeing this PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT!!!! GET IGNITE TV

@jjchuu @RogersHelps Same happened to me. I recorded it as Harry Potter and the Philosopher Stone, but they aired the Sorcerers Stone instead, so the recording didn't adjust. Sucks they aren't airing the movie again. Usually they air the same movie multiple times, but this one aired once.
