@Rogers you have to be shitting me. I ordered new phone in Apr30th. Your dingdongs sent the wrong phone May 5th, I spent 3hrs on the 5,6 & 7th on hold while you organized to send the correct phone. I found out today, you didn’t actually send it? Wtf? I’m sorry isn’t cutting it.

@Rogers I’m on hold with them. It’s been two hours. They have offered to refund me the activation fee. This is the fourth refund for that. 🙄 getting close to twelve hours of dealing with this? Wtf. My concerns go well beyond just my new phone if this is considered acceptable service.

@RogersHelps why is rogers support so bad?! For over a year now your wait times are an hour! Hire more people! That is completely unacceptable. Yet if one calls the sales line they pick up right away.

@rogers internet service is a ******* joke. Can't even go a few hours without disruption. Then they charge these horrendous fees each month for services not received. Talk about capitalism at its best. Making Billion$ off of people they deem too stupid to complain.

@Rogers hire people to pick up the phone! Tech support is an hour wait all the time. For two years now! Unacceptable. Only your sales line they pick up right away.

@RogersHelps is this correct I was credited $2.17 for a whole day without cellular service, is this a joke?Two dollars and seventeen cents...for a mistake you guys made...not even a significant amount. What a slap in the face to loyal customers!
