@RogersHelps Not restored in my neighbourhood in London, ON. Internet is slow and iffy. Ignite tv is completely off, can't get any channels at all and says this channel is not available on ALL channels.

@kahnkidz @AboutRogers @Rogers They said it was caused by maintenance work. This should have been anticipated by the tens implementing the changes. They should be telling customers what they are doing to ensure this never happens again…as there is always maintenance work required.

@vote4robgill @merry123459 @Rogers That is a paltry sum to refund to customers for all the inconvenience, anxiety and possible disasters Rogers outage has caused. Many will flee to Bell. I hope they do. Rogers tech at house today said law suits are underway, thousands of customers leaving Rogers.

@carollou72 @RogersHelps @Rogers Same. Can’t stream, can’t pull up recordings and when they do, it goes right to delete. Regular TV I’m getting 2-3 seconds clear then it freezes and mutes, and that’s on channels it will actually turn to. So service is not restored.
