    @RogersHelps so thankful for ur overpriced glitchy often blacked out NHL Live experience. I live in rural Alberta with no cable but spend money on a pass every year, only to be blocked 1/2 the time. And I pay more than any other streaming service for 2 hrs of content a night 👎

    @RogersHelps Im trying to change my login username, but when I try to, it kicks me out to the main sign in page. My username is a old email that has been hacked. Need this changed asap!

    @RogersHelps Which worked fine last year, but the app won't open. And by checking Twitter it seems that is a problem across other devices like Playstation too

    I am a @Rogers business internet customer. Every month for the last 4 months I have had to call about the SAME problem on my bill. Todays bill same thing. I've been "disconnected" from customer service 3 times in the last hour. What the hell is wrong with you @RogersHelps

    @RogersBiz I did the live chat, that's what the problem was. 3 people gave me 3 different answers. one even transferred me from Business to Retail chat. I was told Live Chat and Phone support can't send certain models, and some are backordered 4 weeks.

    @RogersHelps That response isn't much help to be honest. I had already looked at that and have used it for 4 years already - living in Alberta that info suggests not one jets game is blacked out. But game 1- blacked out - NHl live may be useless this year!

    @RogersHelps It's also completely unwatchable on Chromecast due to huge buffering issues. Currently tried watching it and ended up 20 minutes behind actual game time.

    hey @RogersBiz - Trying to add line w/device to business account, spent 1 hour yesterday going in circles with multiple agents for what should be a simple process that i've done in the past. Service has been BRUTAL, need some Actual Help.
