Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • DonnaInch dinchie (@DonnaInch) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Erasmones @CanadaSoccerEN @RogersHelps Try going live (down on centre square then right - worked for me)

  • wzaatar Wadih Zaatar (@wzaatar) reported from Montréal, Québec

@RogersHelps 7 hours over two days with a dozen people from your support team only to be told that the plan I had for a year was actually not supposed to be available. Ended up canceling two lines. Very disappointed.

  • CoachDarcyH Tragically, I’m Coach Darcy too (@CoachDarcyH) reported from Revelstoke, British Columbia

@TimMcClure23 @TheSocialCTV @CTVToronto @Sportsnet @FOXSports @jessieraeallen @Rogers @hockeynight @CoachsCornerDC @strazsr I played hockey with rich white kids. Bullying was a major problem within the hockey community when I grew up. I imagine it still is. Our country is broken and Canada needs Hockey to help unite this country. Hockey should be for everyone, rich and poor. Period.

  • rhabayeb Rabih Habayeb (@rhabayeb) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support your billing support rep just hung up on me while discussing some issues. I'd like to cancel my service today and will be moving to @Rogers , your service is absolutely ludicrous and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

  • David_Lische 🇨🇦David D. Plorable®🇺🇸 (@David_Lische) reported from Simard, Ontario

Hey @Rogers, I might tell you to shove your cellular service up your arse. I gave #YouPeople my business continuously since 1988. #DonCherryIsRight while @Sportsnet & @RonMacLeanHTH are the demise of what was #Canada.

  • NKossovan Nick Kossovan 🙏❤️🌎 (@NKossovan) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@braydonstachel RE: “Rogers has spent literally decades absolutely ******* Canadians on internet/cellphone/TV prices” Last time I checked signing up with @Rogers was voluntary, therefore those who signed up, and stay, **** themselves.

  • JohnFaniDou John&Fani Douldouras (@JohnFaniDou) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps @Rogers @BTtoronto @DinaPugliese thought it was just us, but then Twitter shows more experiencing this issue...hope all is ok

  • FOHPhoto Bobby Singh (@FOHPhoto) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps But i like knowing when 5g is down so i can call and get it fixed. Just seems to be dumbing down the process and keeping performance issues hidden. Anyways we’ve opted out. Do a better job proactively sharing this change

  • KevinVuongTO Kevin Vuong 🇨🇦⚓ (@KevinVuongTO) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@markrmcqueen @RogersBiz @MapleLeafs @BuffaloSabres It isn’t outage free, but @Bell #FibeTV is good and always up during a game. I find if it’s down it’s usually in the afternoon or at end of day before game time, happens quarterly.

  • karynhynes Karyn Hynes (@karynhynes) reported from Waterloo, Ontario

I try my best to be super nice to customer service reps because I’ve been there and the job can be awful.... but @RogersHelps CSR’s from the call centres turn me into that ******* everyone hates.
