    @RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

    Oh my @Rogers mobile seems to have returned service to mobile customers, at least in #Toronto I expect to see an increase in fees for this exceptional service.... #deadass

    @RogersHelps What do we get? Any compensation ? If we donot pay our bill due to our personal service interruption, do we just apology and pay after 24 hour? No right? Huge fine or service discontinue ..You better provide us compensation ..Rogers, fido and chatrs all affected..

    Let’s be clear @Rogers Today’s outage was not intermittent, but rather it was a full business day. There was no heads-up to customers whatsoever about the Ericsson software update.
