    @RogersHelps Thx. Fixed by 6 p.m. Apparently someone else on my street also had internet issues. Definitely a hyperlocal outage.

    Searched "rogers customer service" to comfort myself that I am not alone - so many others condemned to the @rogers customer "service" never-ending waiting room. Thank you, @RogersHelps @RogersBiz for helping me to develop my capacity for patience. Now at 60 minutes on hold.

    @Rogers Except having to wait over 4+ weeks for a phone supposed to be my daughters Christmas present and then asked to call and have to wait on hold for over 3 hours!! Been a customer over 15 years, this is the worst service I have received yet!!
