    @RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

    @RogersHelps I'm always reaching out! And Rogers is not doing anything to fix the problem. @RogersHelps keep sending me around and around like am a fool! I'm tired of this now. Please remove the $549 off my account because I sent back your smart home Monitor already!

    @RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

    @RogersHelps on call waiting for tech for 2 hours and then he puts me on hold for again saying 3 minutes. Its been 30 minutes and still on hold. If I had options of others I would go with that. Worst customer service experience award should be a thing
