    All I want for Christmas is more than one bar (at best) of cel service in Royal Bay. Get it together, @TELUS /@Bell. I’ll switch to @rogers if they’ll do something about this. 2.5 years of this is ridiculous!

    I seriously can't cancel one of my @rogerstv @rogers @RogersHelps tv theme packs online? why can't I just confirm online? why is it saying"great! call us" when I hit confirm removal? What's the point of self-service online? I'm seeing people on hold for 1+ hours.
