@RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

@RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

Trying to book healthcare appointments during Covid is difficult enough. Not being able to use my very expensive cell phone plan = worse.
