@RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

@RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

@RogersHelps Someone should put 2 and 2 together and alert the media/government about the lost opportunities to help protect our community with vaccination. Can’t book an appointment without a phone. Seems like the best reason to stop giving Rogers our hard earned money.

@AboutRogers @Rogers It wasn’t a tech problem, rogers was probably hacked. Tech issues dont take this long. Make sure you compensate EVERYONE for this and i will be leaving rogers for this. 13 years gone~

@Rogers my uncle passed away this morning people have been trying to get ahold of family and my numbers coming up its out of service people are having a hard time trying to contact me and others. When well serviced be back up and running please and thank you.
