@RogersHelps I'm always reaching out! And Rogers is not doing anything to fix the problem. @RogersHelps keep sending me around and around like am a fool! I'm tired of this now. Please remove the $549 off my account because I sent back your smart home Monitor already!

@RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

@RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

@Zach_Fleisher @SamsungCanada @RogersHelps Phones are effectively the same globally. Usable lifetime also depends in large part of the individual and the use of the phone. For example my wife has used phones for 3-4 years without issue

@Stevepeel63 Shocked I pay a fortune & get extremely lousy service,poor network & downloading speeds for almost 4 years now @RogersHelps haven’t fixed and can seem bothered. The only isp provider in my building. Temped to move to get away from them but been here 30 yrs & my rent is low
