    @RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

    @RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

    2/2: In other news, I have been dealing w/ frustrating customer service experiences w/@bell_support 📞 for the last 3 months. 😭 It was enough that I changed providers & went over to @rogers. I loved Bell’s services but there is a really low chance I’ll be a customer again. 👎🏽😔

    @RogersHelps how long for this "congestion" issue to be resolved on internet in Ajax? Pretty much can't do anything. No tv, no work. Just look at the rain out the window. It has been since noon
