    @RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

    @RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers Use of the term "intermittent" is not a good description of the service I had today. I had NO service ALL DAY.

We've lost significant amount of money today because of a big remotely hosted training session and cell phone was the main tool some people were supposed to use for the demonstration. That's a lot.     @Rogers Its wired that rogers wireless network totally down. Working from home and can't take any client calls. Impacting work. feeling frustrated with Rogers..
