@RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

@RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

@Rogers never trust on representative on call because they called yesterday and as per call appointment was 10-12 and guy came at 8:30 and cancel appointment. Now I have to wait 5 more days because my plan is under promotion, if I pay more than it can be installed in 2 days

@RogersHelps Actually I can’t. I just spent the last 2 days getting the run around from instore and online customer service staff. I’ve literally been told you have nothing in the warehouse & my only option is maybe check back in a few weeks or I can purchase it directly from Apple

@RogersHelps It has been over a month and issue still not has been fixed. Opened numerous ticket and calling every week to get an update but I am being told rogers is working on the issue since early May and yet I am paying full cost of non functioning internet.
