  So I was part of internet outage that affected parts of Ottawa. @Rogers claimed the outage was due to vandalism. I called the Rogers 800 number and was greeted by an AI chatbot. Rogers has laid off 900-1000 employees and are now using AI. Not cool.

  @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Telus is just as bad plus most of their technicians are from India, completely useless and no troubleshooting skills

  @Rogers phone AI is just plain hanging up on me. What's going on over there guys? Fraud on my account I can't get anyone to deal with so I'm trying to cancel. Agent says, "Too busy, call back later." Comical actually.

  @RogersHelps Just recieved a call from Rogers regarding my formal complaint with CCTS in which they offered a vague apology and did not fix the charge against my credit. Filed another complaint with TransUnion

  Dealing with you is soo frustrating! Got new packages that are all mixed up creating errors in billing. Phone lines or chat takes hours! How is this considered customer service. Not all things can be self serve!!! Hire up! @Rogers

  @Rogers And now I'm being told to call a different phone number. Ridiculous the amount of time that I'm wasting on these issues. I always had to be called to be transferred to a different customer service number to fix the address issue that I've been trying to resolve for over a year. Guess what, I'm on hold, again.

  @RogersHelps @celinalex_ru @Rogers, how can we consumers help to track these scammers down and expose them? The numbers they call from are either ghost numbers or cloned. I've called several actual people to inform them their numbers were being used for these scams.

  @RogersHelps Well I had no internet ALL day yesterday. Had to tether to my cellphone all day for work. Pretty obvious there was an outage. Still haven't had a call. Please resend the purolator labels and issue a refund for charging the 2 phones to my account

  @treverleblond @RealDonBradshaw @Rogers Isn’t it wild? Terrible takes and constant negativity. You know how the adage, “It’s like a car crash — it’s awful, but you can’t look away.” That’s how I feel with bozo here. I couldn’t imagine having to have a dinner or spend some time in-person with him.
