    @RogersHelps I’ve turned parental controls off in the ignite wifi app, as well as advanced security. Rebooted the router, and that doesn’t help. What is going on?

    @Rogers something is wrong with your cancelation line. I was getting told by a machine due to a technical issue they cannot send my call through. I am on hold for over 1 hour now with another rep trying to help but it's a really long time now. Two days of this issue.

    @DaniAfrica @Rogers So I pay my last bill of 146.00 after paying bill I noticed I still owe .77cents and so Rogers decided to charge me me a late fee over .77cents then I get this month bill for a 20$ credit over almost 24 hours without out service what a joke phone paid for soon bye Rogers @rogers

    Hope this reaches people here in Canada. If you are a @Rogers mobility user be aware that their premium protection plan is arguably a scam. I can’t get my phone repaired and they are refusing to help. Plus it doesn’t come with Applecare even though they advertise it.

    Dear @RogersHelps, thank you for the $9 credit for missing a day of service However, please keep it and invest it so I can actually make a call between Listowel and Elmira. Not sure where the service credit is for every other day of the month when I can’t use my phone…

    @Rogers what I’m seven hells is going on man !!!! Yesterday it was cell phone issues and now today my home internet is not working period which means I have no tv either smh 🤦🏿 @bell pls enter this room !!

    @RogersHelps Forced off perfectly working "legacy" internet that barely had any issues over the last ten years to Ignite. Outages every other day. Tonight my internet dropped at 6pm, went back up just before 10pm for an hour and *poof*, it's down again. I'm switching to Bell.
