A bundle of hanging Fiber along the street was damaged due to a fire ~11:30pm Friday. As a result of no redundancy and compounded by poor communication. Right now, 41hours late I have my services restored. @RogersHelps people should be fired for how poorly this event was handled

@Priceman1975 @RogersHelps I think it's all the same....until Canada gets more competition we will have to deal with the monopoly of Rogers, bell etc. I welcome U.S. competition. We pay so much for subpar service here compared to other countries. Doesn't seem right

@RogersHelps Hello I am a very frustrated customer! I spent two hours communicating with rogers between live chat and phone, where I was passed around from person to person. My service was interrupted from September 9th to September 11th. A very frustrated customer!
