I guess they donโt see the severity in #infrastructure #blackout <not 100% but substantial> The cause is a mystery & more importantly backup processes failed!

This is unacceptable for a huge company like Rogers. It tells me everyone is having problems and also not enough people to answer calls.

John Tucci (@john_tucci) reported@RogersHelps Iโve been on hold with technical support for over an hour. How is this acceptable? For the last three days, we would call and the system would tell us that they were too busy and just hang up. Your billing should be based on responsiveness to issues.
