@RogersHelps @Rogers Ongoing internet dropping issues in @MidlandON Checked with multiple neighbours and similar issues. Someone needs to come out and check the main boxes as this isn’t ideal when paying hundreds a month. L4R neighbourhood. Have already DM. No chg.

My wife just spent 2 hours trying to re-cancel Telus accounts for an Alzheimer’s father, adding to so much mental and financial stress- including a workaround that they set up to manage this. I’d rather a day-long outage from @Rogers. Do better @TELUSsupport #MentalHealthMatters

Any of my fellow friends help me, I'm moving to Toronto this week and I wanted to know what internet to get. Currently I'm using @Virgin but do I get @Bell or @Rogers ? Main priority for no packet loss and stream in peace!

@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers We switched from Rogers to Shaw last year. Service has been excellent. I have had ALL of my questions answered, in person AND BY PHONE. The cost at Shaw is MUCH LESS. 6 months after we left, Rogers called: Would you please come back? We said NO, NO, NO and they didn't believe us.
