Someone needs to come out and check the main boxes as this isn’t ideal when paying hundreds a month. L4R neighbourhood. Have already DM. No chg.

I guess they don’t see the severity in #infrastructure #blackout <not 100% but substantial> The cause is a mystery & more importantly backup processes failed!

Toddy (@kjackso3) reported@alancross @Rogers Rogers customer service used to be half decent. No idea what’s happened but you can never get through to anyone and when you do they have no idea how to fix the issue. I spent weeks trying to get in touch with someone. It’s pathetic.

susan🌴🇨🇦🇬🇧 (@feb0219) reported@RogersHelps I jus know if tried again, this time I pushed the number to cancel my service!!! Low and behold, my call was answered immediately!!! I was able to talk to a very nice CSR, who was able to take care of my moving services request. It seems the moving option is not a high priority
