    @RogersHelps @Rogers Ongoing internet dropping issues in @MidlandON Checked with multiple neighbours and similar issues. Someone needs to come out and check the main boxes as this isn’t ideal when paying hundreds a month. L4R neighbourhood. Have already DM. No chg.

    🤔 Social Media making fun of @Rogers issue leaving millions <people & businesses> without cell, internet and 911 access. I guess they don’t see the severity in #infrastructure #blackout <not 100% but substantial> The cause is a mystery & more importantly backup processes failed!

    @RogersHelps Really frustrated with Rogers as a new customer. 14/11 Opened accnt, 15/11 rcvd SIM but accnt was already closed by then. Contacted Rogers, advised of Fraud and that no payment required. Rcvd bill for full pymnt. No comms from Rogers, no response after several calls

    @DianeD0118 @RogersHelps I used that option yesterday. The callback was 3 hrs later and the rep then passed me onto another dept where I was on hold for another 2hrs. Never did get through to someone and I gave up at 10:30pm. Their wait times and customer service is not great.

    @Rogers is the worst provider I have ever experienced. Ignite is a terrible product. They gave me a box that hasn't been working for the past 3 weeks. With 3 different technicians and hours of waiting rogers can't fix their own product! @Rogers contact me. This is not acceptable

    I think @Rogershelps is a scam that should be banned from twitter. If you need help, phone your local Rogers store. My experience was dramatically different.
