@RogersHelps The sad truth to all this is @Rogers @RogersHelps helps will only compensate $2 for the day & not take care about all the lost wages of their CUSTOMERS who couldn’t work because of the outage!

@RogersHelps No internet, called Sunday and the soonest appointment is Thursday? A world with online learning and working remotely, you have effectively handcuffed us. This has nothing to do with the phone outage today that took away my phone on top of it. Unacceptable @Rogers

But the way I see it is that there’s really not much I can do about it but let them work and fix it. Still think a months credit for one day of no service is a little much, no?

@RogersHelps Thanks for your hard work to restore services !!! For one year during pandemic the service never went down, people didn’t appreciate that. And today the service went down, look at the people venting🙄
