@shonna_74 @RogersHelps So far, there isn't one. This has been an intermittent 2+ year issue. They cleared some stuff on their end which usually fixes things for a bit at least.

@RogersHelps wow 40 min in to Handmaids Tale and my pvr started to reboot. Too bad nobody thinks to schedule these updates for the middle of the night. Now when I go to watch it on demand I can't fast forward the first 40 min because you don't allow that #nocommonsense
@RogersHelps Sigh still waiting for @Rogers to address issue. @RogersHelps Doubt you'd be able to help other than provide pre-scripted responses. To reiterate @Rogers should be doing quality service systems testing regularly & when u see an outage address it instead of waiting for a complaint
@RogersHelps I was on the phone with one of your reps for over 30mins & was told he couldn’t help me. Complete run around & waste of time. Not for the 1st time I have the worst experience with your “service” reps. I will find service & help somewhere else. It’s exhausting dealing with y’all

@RogersHelps Already called ur customer service line cuz internet connection cut out repeatedly making DM help, an epic fail. Clearly y'all just respond with scripted responses or you would've picked up on that info. @Rogers knew of area outage. Fix it. Don't need a day 6 of this.
now that i no longer work for @rogers, and am not violating their social media policy,,, lets talk abt how trash of a company they are! these ******* backwards af and most reps are incapable! if ur calling in b prepared to be transferred a minimum of 5 times b4 solving ur problem
@RogersHelps I have a good rule to never report feedback that won’t be constructive. I always appreciate the position of the folks at the call center of store so I do want to give good and useful feedback
