@RogersHelps @Rogers Ongoing internet dropping issues in @MidlandON Checked with multiple neighbours and similar issues. Someone needs to come out and check the main boxes as this isn’t ideal when paying hundreds a month. L4R neighbourhood. Have already DM. No chg.

.@Rogers I just called customer service to troubleshoot my home internet service and the tech tried to upsell me for more $/month than I spend now. What?! Also, was great sitting on the phone doing the "unplug it and wait 20 secs" even after I said I've done this already. Thx.

I wonder how much @Rogers having a monopoly on the @WWENetwork in Canada has cost it. I would happily pay at least $20 a month for the proper American version. As opposed to ****, watered-down Canadians are forced to be stuck with thanks to @Rogers F the fans right?

@RogersHelps No it's been bad for weeks. We moved back to the area and the wireless network is atrocious. It constantly fluctuates between LTE, 4G, even saw E/3G! Occasionally, when we see the 5G icon on top of the phone, we still get ridiculously slow speed of 2 Mbps!

@Rogers said they fixed issue. Well its still happening. This will be the 7th or 8th time this month I've had to call technical support and start the story from scratch. They still won't send a technician. Please fix your **** Rogers. FFS! At this point we expect refund or credit

@NHLTVSupport @RogersHelps Is there a plan to fix the @NHL Live Chromecast issues that everyone is experiencing? Every game freezes/buffers to the point of being unwatchable. I don’t experience this with any other app. Can’t justify spending money on this if it doesn’t work!
