@dont_b_crazy @RogersHelps It’s brutal that @RogersHelps has switched to full on ‘Send us DM’s so social media outrage gets muted’ mode. I finally got through hours of hold time to cancel my service - they hung up on me instantly as soon as I said I wanted to cancel #rogersoutage

@RogersHelps So, you guys have just given up on answering people on here and on your support site? Five days now with barely usable internet and patently unusable Ignite cable with no updates in sight and an insistence that things should be working.

After the @Rogers outage on Friday, a lot of businesses are laying the blame on #Rogers for their internet going down. While it is an inconvenience, for sure, if your business relies on internet to function, you should have a backup ISP to ensure continuity.

@RogersHelps Wish you would fix the tv, ignite tv keeps stuttering constantly, not watchable at all. Plus texts are taking ages if not days to come thru still.
