I just realized that @Rogers got rid of their data day pass (needed it ‘cause I was lost downtown); that means infrequent users, like me & my kid, have to pay a lot more for wireless service. We already pay our of our nose for home internet. Seriously, so disappointed 😞

@rawatrocks2008 @Videotron @Rogers Videotron is having a major outage at the moment. Their DNS servers are DOWN. If you are tech savy enough, change your DNS servers in your router to Google. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

@Rogers such pathetic service. I am a new customer and my first bill is way off than the promised corporate + additional discounts which was setup while placing my order. Customer support just transfers from one agent to another. No outcome.

So has anybody switched away from using @bell services due to their BS cuts after taking a 100m+ federal bailout? They don’t give a **** about anyone!! We have switched all of our businesses and home service to @shaw and cell phones to @rogers #BellLetsCut
