    Wow. @Rogers is really trying to out-@Rogers themselves today. Up for 5 minutes then down 20-60 minutes. And no issues during the actual storm yesterday. But merging with Shaw was going to makes things betterโ€ฆ

    @RogersHelps @Uncle_Jed_1 Shaw was already behind the curve (was a Shaw customer for like 20 some odd years) and since that acquisition nothing has really changed customer service has gotten worse and over all rogers service hasn't gotten any better

    @Rogers I opted for a temporary suspension of service for a month as Iโ€™m not in the country and now youโ€™re charging me for the suspension AND MY whole bill? Why is there even a temporary suspension option if that is the case. Your chatbots are useless. You canโ€™t be reached.

    @bruce_barrett @MikeHumanIntel Holy **** youโ€™re a moron. @rogers has owned the rights to NHL hockey in Canada since 2013 and they did not renew CBC airing the games going forward. The CBC didnโ€™t cancel anything. Youโ€™re just another ******* moronic #MapleMAGAT (probably a KKKonvoy supporter too).

    I've just been told by @Rogers that their customer care people can't assist me after I was transferred to them by their Tech Support people who I reported a problem to. Customer service does not exist for Rogers' customers. This is disgraceful.
