    @RogersHelps @Rogers I'm at a loss when I help an elder couple in the 90s with Rogers bills. I do recall that CRTC mandated Internet as Unlimited Data. I'm surprised that they haven't got anything to update the Internet plan yet. Disgrace! Normal Ignite 60 $96.99 Data $333.00!

    Is this how you do business and treat loyal customers for over 20 years? Is it too much to ask a technician that should’ve done their job properly or will your “system” not let you do that either? @rogers is a pathetic company with no plan B, rude customer support and no answers

    @RogersHelps #Rogers Few days ago I spent 2.5 hours on the phone w Rogers to migrate my Rogers email account to another Rogers account. I am now unable to access my e-mail. Called Rogers tech support, 2 hours ago-still waiting for a return call!
