    Been trying to get a new modem from @RogersHelps since about 10:30 this morning. Been passed around several times and had the transfer timed out. Brutal, just brutal. Worst company to deal with ever! All I want is to upgrade my modem because the one I have doesn’t work properly.

    @RogersHelps Suggestion... It would be awesome if the emails that say your bill is ready included the bill as a PDF attachment. It's a pain to login every month just to download the PDF, and then email it to accounting, instead of just forwarding the email.

    @Rogers @CDCofBC when I call 811 I get my Rogers voice messaging service rather than PHO. This is probably not supposed to be happening? How am I supposed to reach you when the numbers you provide don’t work? Please advise

    @RogersHelps @Rogers we're into the second week of my entire neighbourhood's home internet turning on and off at random times. Please fix this. I work from home and soon my child will have virtual school. This needs to get fixed and permanently. Thank you.
