    @Rogers my aunt has spent over 15 hours trying to get something resolved with you but has not once been in contact with someone who can help her. not impressed with your lack of service.

    On hold for over an hour waiting for someone @Rogers to take my call. I have called everyday and was told my issue has been resolved but it hasn’t. Maybe time to switch providers.

    @RogersHelps I understand but Seriously 45 minutes waiting and to make it even more sad and more mad 😡 for people website is not working ok but ok I will try tomorrow again I pay over $450 on bills but can’t even get to talk to anyone not good very 😡😡😡😡😡
