What Iβm asking is that itβs not fair for me to pay the kind of charges levied to me when the service was barely used due to these issues. I raised a ticket and no one seems to care about that.

Matt DeLuco (@MattDeLuco) reported@Rogers $80 to add an Apple Watch to my plan is beyond unreasonable. Do you incur some cost to add the watch, like some kind of technical licensing to add devices to the network, or are you just gouging customers?
