Shoutout to Amanda @RogersHelps in Toronto for finally pulling me out of this system hellhole I've been stuck in since my move mid-May. 🎉 And a reminder to all that when you're pissed at services/companies, it's a ****** move to take it out on customer service reps.

@RogersHelps It’s not just this time. I’ve been a customer since 2007. Rogers doesn’t care for customers as in old days. We need to know as much as your call center folks to not be taken advantage of. So many hrs of my life lost on hold or being transferred 5 times.
