    @RogersHelps very unimpressed that I ordered an iPhone 12 Pro Max and waited for almost 2 weeks for it to be shipped to the store, and it ends up being the wrong phone. Now I need to wait until the new year. So much for being a loyal 15 year customer.

    @RogersHelps It's happening to 2 wifi connections (kids laptops for school) and 2 pc's my wife and mine. It happens at the exact same time and unusable for all at the exact same time. Contact support after tweet and was told it could take all weekend to fix as its issues in my area.

    @Rogers I have received a ridiculously high home internet bill and have been trying to reach someone from customer care since the past 2 days to explain! However after waiting for an hour and still not being able to get anyone to talk to I am honestly extremely frustrated!!

    @FreedomMobile Promises are broken even if they give you a case ID. I found being with @Rogers they commitment is much better dealing with their loyalty team. I say if you do talk to them, record the call and then bring it to the #CRTC

    @RogersHelps I am in brampton ontario (Torrance woods / forester area) and have been having on and off internet issues for 2 1/2 months. It's so bad this weekend i've had about 20 minutes of internet today. When are issues in my area going to be fixed?
