    @RogersHelps How do I get someone from customer retention to contact me directly? You’re about to lose a 21 year customer that pays for 2 phones, cable and internet. I don’t want a low level CSR, had enough dealings with those.

    @RogersHelps I phoned that # and spoke to two Customer service reps, both said that isn't something they offer nor even knew about. Seems no one is equally trained.. idk why every phone call their is a different answer for the same question. Very confusing 😕

    @RogersHelps I phoned that number and they thought I was crazy talking about it! I have a tech coming now to add a new business line to hopefully help with the max upload of 30mb..

    @RogersHelps @rogers still abysmal constant disconnects in the downtown Toronto region. Was told there was an upstream issue that would be resolved, yet here it still is. How can your service be so atrocious when you own so much of the market?
