    @wifis @Rogers It has been down since midnight. Literally the clock struck twelve and down went my cellular service and has been ever since. Coming up on 18 hours. And the company has STILL not put out any press release or updates via official channels & are ignoring media requests for comment.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers For all the fees we pay, you would think you’d have an i#IT team that could fix this problem more efficiently!! This is ridiculous! I want a break in my overpriced bill! #rogersReimbursemenow lol

    I activated a prepaid account from a different provider. That was my solution to #rogersdown Hopefully @Rogers will reimburse me the $100 hassle.

    @RogersHelps is it possible to forward your Rogers # to another destination temporarily? Normal call forwarding functions not working without a service connection from the handset, but is there another way?

    @RogersHelps This is a network wide outage. It’s not an interruption. We’re at nearly 17 hours of no service now.

    I wonder how many customers @Rogers loses today due to the system being down,especially during a pandemic when we rely on their services!!
