Couldn't send or receive calls today while I was onsite getting my COVID test. Staff were seen and heard making calls to patients on their own personal cell phones. Now I'm waiting for my test results; which are supposed to be texted, without cell service. Nice one @rogers

Y'all do realize that the people behind the @RogersHelps account did not cause the issue nor are directly responsible for correcting it right? Cut them some slack, its been a bad day for them with many irrational people being outraged like its Armageddon around here.
