    @Rogers if you really understood how critical connectivity is, you’d have the redundancy and response plans in place to avoid this total collapse. YOU JUST CREATED BELL’S BEST MARKETING CAMPAIGN EVER, TOO BAD I CAN’T CALL THEM TO SWITCH! 😡

    @RogersHelps Intermittent? I haven't had service all day! I don't think it's 'some people', i think its many. Can you please communicate what is going on and the ETA on fixing? I think you are already 12 hours into this.
