    @RogersHelps Sadly I have been in contact with your support before, many times actually. And I can't say I was happily surprised. Half the time they read into your reports or questions what they want. Not actually listening or reading.

    @RogersHelps It’s been more than 7 hours of outage! Not just wireless interruptions, there’s no reception at all! Apologizing isn’t enough, you have to offer proper compensation to your customers, many missing important work phone calls & being affected financially by your sheer incompentece!

    @RogersHelps I am still offline. I had to cancel my business meetings. This is absurd. Over 15 hours and yet no solution. Remind me why do we pay sooo much $$$ monthly when you can’t even offer basic service.

    @RogersHelps To translate Rogers and set the record straight - I guess 'intermittent' means all day, and 'some' means all customers. Hey Rogers, how about some details about what's going on..? I'm glad I got a work phone that uses Bell network.

    @RogersHelps My home internet has been down for 24 hours how can you say residential wireline internet services aren’t impacted. I had to take a sick day from work today. Tomorrow I would like to work plus I have three kids doing online school, what is that going to look like with no service

    @PeelPolice @Rogers If you are really desperate to call someone. Go on wifi and use WhatsApp. Signal. facetime. Google meet. Zoom. Or any other video/audio chat app you have. It's 2021 get with it. Stop calling 911 because your service on your phone is not working. #getagrip
