@RogersHelps Sadly I have been in contact with your support before, many times actually. And I can't say I was happily surprised. Half the time they read into your reports or questions what they want. Not actually listening or reading.

Remarkably unsatisfactory dm with @Rogers cable. Snarky service, going in circles. I just dont want to pay for sports when I'm not seeing any. Limited income (need to keep very sick dh busy and happy)

Then he tells me a technician will need to be sent. In a ******* week. How is it I've fought with @Rogers for years. It's probably been close to 10 years. And they always screw up something. I call them more than my wife! That's an issue

@andrewmartonik Got a @SamsungCanada Galaxy A70 from @Rogers . Set it all up with apps etc BEFORE putting in the sim card. After I put in the Rogers sim it wiped the phone and installed a bunch of Rogers unwanted bloatware. Rogers sucks.
