@RogersHelps Sadly I have been in contact with your support before, many times actually. And I can't say I was happily surprised. Half the time they read into your reports or questions what they want. Not actually listening or reading.

@RogersHelps I guess it makes it harder to cancel your services if they won't let you speak with anyone.

@Rogers @RogersHelps Right now: 20% packet loss, RTT swinging 150ms→527ms on the same 5 pings. Not an outage you can point at somebody else, this is your transit flapping. Third occurrence in ~12 hours. Windows, PDT: 10:00-10:42, 19:23-20:20, 22:04-ongoing

@dogfishent @RogersHelps Bell is the worst for creeping rate hikes. Wasted 1 1/2 hours on a loyalty & retention call. Tactic is to stall with ridiculous hold times only to then dangle a $15 discount for which they need approval & put you on hold again. They never came back & now I am leaving after 20 yrs

@AdemirCosta8 @RogersHelps @Rogers I’m really disappointed that they think it’s okay to treat their clients this way. Not a company I want to do business with.

@Talon_Jenkins94 @Rogers @NHL I’m probably going to need it I usually have Virgin tv it most of the TSN and SN channels not all but it’s $40 bucks a month if it stays the same I’ll restart my subscription but if it goes up I won’t bother this is why I never liked Rogers acquiring the majority ownership

@Rogers for a company that claims to be the best in country, the constant broadcast issues on a clear day for the baseball game is ridiculous. Be better #overpriced #ridculous

  • Stu10171017
    AF (@Stu10171017) reported

@RogersHelps After spending so much time with me and then putting me on hold multiple times and then after getting disconnected I don’t know why they would not call me back. They knew the issue wasn’t resolved.

@Boddy604 @Sportsnet @Rogers Once they had the monopoly you knew this would happen. From 249 a year (with blackouts) to 349? **** you sports net. I honestly think they’re driving ppl back to cable then the same thing will happen

  • CommEng
    comm eng (@CommEng) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps It "fixed itself" at 20:20 PDT because upstream rerouted to Cogent. Rogers did nothing. Second occurrence in one day means it's a pattern not a blip. Are you monitoring your PCCW peering at all, or is your outage detection just waiting for customers to tweet?

@alancross @Rogers You mean the offshoring of customer service jobs isn't helping you? Rogers said it would.
