    @RogersHelps Sadly I have been in contact with your support before, many times actually. And I can't say I was happily surprised. Half the time they read into your reports or questions what they want. Not actually listening or reading.

    @Rogers @FidoSolutions 10hrs and continuing - No mobile network. What exactly is happening? Where are your technical teams? If you say they are working from last 10hrs I gotta say I have doubts you are having a right team by your side. Don't you have any SLAs to meet?

    @RogersHelps your online support keeps telling my to turn on wifi calling yet when I try it keeps telling me to call you which I can’t do. How can we fix this???
