    @RogersHelps Sadly I have been in contact with your support before, many times actually. And I can't say I was happily surprised. Half the time they read into your reports or questions what they want. Not actually listening or reading.

    So @Rogers is down and we have @Rogers home phone. My kids are homeschooling alone and can't call us if there's an emergency! Quite a security issue and not very comforting, especially when @Rogers always states that they're the #1 mobile network in Canada! #rogers #outage 🤔😠

    @Rogers Could we get some info re: when you think the service issues in the GTA will be resolved? Today? Tomorrow? Never? A little transparency (maybe an Estimated Time to Resolution on your website?) would go a long way to easing the frustrations out here. 😕
