@RogersHelps Sadly I have been in contact with your support before, many times actually. And I can't say I was happily surprised. Half the time they read into your reports or questions what they want. Not actually listening or reading.

@RogersHelps you guys are having TERRIBLE mobile data and phone service issues in Picton, ON on two of your towers. Service is completed downed due to network congestion frequently and is a safety issue! You need to improve your network in the area ASAP.

Anyone else in #yyt experiencing issues with @Rogers internet? Has been down since ~10 AM in A1C. Chatted w/ @RogersHelps who blamed "equipment failure" and that it would be back around 3 PM - but why no official communication/public acknowledgement?

@glott77 @Rogers @RogersHelps Or the simple thing of viewing your real time mobile data usage, not a 12 hour delay, unless you're on a specific type of plan. Even paying 80$ didn't qualify for me to view my real time data. Give yourself all the gold stars and accolades you want, your service is subpar

@Rogers This can’t be right. I switched from Telus to Rogers this year and Telus is far better. I can’t even get a hold of anyone to help me.
