    @RogersHelps Sadly I have been in contact with your support before, many times actually. And I can't say I was happily surprised. Half the time they read into your reports or questions what they want. Not actually listening or reading.

    @RogersHelps I’ve Had nothing but problems and contradictions dealing with Roger’s. I’m done being told to call here call there print my own label … you do your jobs and serve us, the customers. And if my deceased dads account has a balance with equipment not returned that’s YOUR PROBLEM

    @RogersHelps I've done this already. They last told me that I would have to update to a more expensive plan ( a business router) in order for my service to work consistently. Sounds like u guys are trying to scam

    @ChemicalHolly @Rogers Oh a hundred percent. We were ****** around for 4 days on an issue they told us could be resolved if we did abc. Do abc and call back. Start all over again being told issue couldn’t be resolved unless we do efg. Call back, start over sorry we can’t help you.
