@RogersHelps Sadly I have been in contact with your support before, many times actually. And I can't say I was happily surprised. Half the time they read into your reports or questions what they want. Not actually listening or reading.

@Rogers #Rogers 😠Asked for a new cable box, they cut our service remotely before the new box arrived. We get told we'll have to wait for the new one and it might not arrive today and they can't restore our old box in the meantime. You couldn't organize a piss up in a brewery.

I get up early to watch the #AusOpen and the for the second time this week, @Rogers Ignite cable is out. This product is so unreliable that I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Totally frustrating and useless service. @RogersHelps
