    @RogersHelps At our wits end with Rogers. After each manager and CSR we have spoken to told us a different story why our internet cuts out, we tried to cancel our services. We have been hung up on, placed on hold for hours on end, we have had enough. We tried to cancel, and….

    @RogersHelps @Rogers And if the videos were key, why weren’t they provided at cutover? So much has changed, with no instruction it’s overwhelming for her, and she’s been in tears more than once. A very poor experience.

    I wish I could stream the update but because @Rogers has some of the least consistent internet stability it keeps shooting my ping from 60 to 500 and ends the stream 😐

    @RogersHelps my condo building is on a group plan for Rogers ignite Wi-Fi and it isn’t working. Tried rebooting the modem, nothing is working. Tons of people are having this issue. Please help
