@RogersHelps Sadly I have been in contact with your support before, many times actually. And I can't say I was happily surprised. Half the time they read into your reports or questions what they want. Not actually listening or reading.

@RogersHelps you guys have been messing with my internet since the day I got you, you're customer service agents refuse to call me back since April, you cut my internet every single day at 9pm est every single night, explain why I'm paying for ignite services and you can't fix it

@Rogers I am very upset with your Live chat customer service. My home internet was down during midnight to 3 am, and my international meeting was interrupted. But Rogers refused to compensate me "I can credit only if you conacted during an outage..." How ridiculous!

@GowshiganS @Rogers @RogersHelps If you're leaning on staying I suggest buying a decent router from best buy and trying it out. Imo Rogers biggest issue is the piece of **** they call their "top end" modem. I planned to do this but the guy got me so pissed I cancelled.
