@LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers I got rid of Rogers YEARS ago for internet and TV.....way too expensive.....same service with other companies for a fraction of the cost

@LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers TekSavvy....get their internet and then they have their own internet TV...no cable...TV is about $60 a month and internet is the same. And you choose what channels you want. Basic TV is $20, sports Pack (5 TSN/5Sportsnet plus others) $20 and a pick 10 pack is $20. Never an issue

You don't really listen to your Deaf and hard of hearing customers eh. @Rogers After nearly a decade of experiencing audism, I guess it's time to change providers. Their customer service doesn't give a **** abut you especially when you're deaf.

Been on hold with @Rogers Ignite now for 30 mins and all is playing is MUSIC in my ears "thanks for holding, an associate will be with you soon" bet that associate isn't doing nothing but looking at the phone on hold... ROGERS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLY @ROGERS @RogersHelps

.@RogersHelps I’ve been on hold for over 1 hour. I was supposed to get installation done today between 4-6pm and still waiting. No phone call, no confirmation, nothing. What type of service is this. We have 3 people working from home. How is that even possible? Tony
