    @LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers I got rid of Rogers YEARS ago for internet and TV.....way too expensive.....same service with other companies for a fraction of the cost

    @Rogers I’ve been a mobile customer of yours four about six years now. Today I went to a Rogers store to get a new phone and was turned away at the door because I did not have a mask, although I did have a mask exemption card. Please explain why my health isn’t as important

    @RogersHelps Hello! How does one fix the voice control on a remote? I’ve tried re-pairing the remote to the tv but no luck 😔 The beep doesn’t come anymore when I press the mic button. The tv does say “Listening” and then it says “Press and hold to try again”....? Please help!

    @Rogers charging me $20 for going over my data limit by 17MB is awful. Your models likely say I’m a valuable customer, with several products for over a decade. You wouldn’t even work with me to cut the charge in half. See ya

    @RogersHelps I'm still a customer but won't be for long and will encourage as many people as I know to switch from @Rogers and #RogersDoesntHelp. 20 years as @Rogers cell customer just ended last month and 13 years as Rogers Digital Cable customer about to end. #ByeByeRogers

    @RogersHelps I will send you a DM, Janice was awesome, but please don't skip over the fact that your other rep. was horrible. If you work customer service and tell someone "that's your problem" then you need to do some reflecting

    @Rogers thanks Rogers for your excellent customer support... 😕 After your website didn't allow me to purchase a cyber Monday deal, and your 24/7 online support did nothing to assist in real time, your phone support the next day also did nothing since "the deal has now passed".

    @RogersHelps How about being professional and provide service which you promise for. Internet down from yesterday. You guys should be held accountable for compensation for lost time and productivity.

    @Rogers I don't recommend Rogers for anyone. If you have plane with them you'll stack with pad customer service. This company only value new customers with good offers.
