Cheryl Cottrill (@cottrillc) reported@RogersHelps Follow up. Through this tweet a service rep was sent to my house at no cost and fixed our internet problem on Thursday. Too bad that couldn’t have been accomplished without calling out Rogers on Twitter, but we are all good now and I appreciate the great service from the tech.
