And you choose what channels you want. Basic TV is $20, sports Pack (5 TSN/5Sportsnet plus others) $20 and a pick 10 pack is $20. Never an issue

    @RogersHelps Thanks for getting back! I was told earlier in the day that I could not cancel since Roger is experiencing issues with it's internal systems and to come back in a couple of hours. Chatting with the customer agents later on, I am now being told to come back tomorrow.

  • academyjunkie1 Jim Hanley (@academyjunkie1) reported

    @Rogers Yes - provided that the surly service person who installed the service would explain how to work It - instead of basically leaving while I wasn’t looking!

  • leftbutton Brian Chick (@leftbutton) reported

    @curlinggeek @RogersHelps I don't recall... did Fonzie have to fix the jukebox EVERY week? Or even better, every few days?

  • Sojeles Tara Jeles (@Sojeles) reported

    My address is considered rural even though i am 8 minutes from a city with 98,000 population. Try getting internet.... @Bell 👎🏻 @Rogers @Xplornet 👎🏻. Yet a borrowed Ipad from school with Rogers data can hotspot Netflix like crazy. No help from any of those companies though!

  • bbcxlegacy LULㅤㅤ (@bbcxlegacy) reported

    @RogersHelps you guys make how many BILLIONS and you can’t fix the internet after 3 days? Come on now

  • TrishyLiz74 Tracy Kay (@TrishyLiz74) reported

    Looking for some tech help. Apparently there is a known issue for @Shawhelp emails not being compatible with the iOS mail app past 14.0. Just got a new phone through @RogersHelps and email won’t work. Have spent hours with Shaw trying to fix. Has anyone overcome this? #winnipeg

  • MikeyOrlan Michael Orlan (@MikeyOrlan) reported

    @RogersHelps The new residence bas been equipped with Rogers digital TV in the past - everything is all there. It would simply be activation of an already existing service that I am signed up for. I know with certainty that it CAN be done, but Rogers seems to simply want more money from me.

  • Senturion Spencer Callaghan (@Senturion) reported

    .@rogers for the last two years: oh ****, you didn’t use any data. Sorry brah, I guess you should leave your house more. Too bad it doesn’t roll over. @RogersHelps now: Oh snap. So sorry you ran out of data. Sucks to be you bro. Wanna buy more?

  • jfedor Jeff Fedor (@jfedor) reported

    Another day, another @rogers outage in my neighborhood. It's been weeks since we've had stable service. Surprised there's no viable 5g offerings in Kdubs

  • kurt_eh Kurt (@kurt_eh) reported

    @traceylindeman @RogersMediaPR Yet *another* reason I refuse to be a @Rogers customer.
