    @LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers I got rid of Rogers YEARS ago for internet and TV.....way too expensive.....same service with other companies for a fraction of the cost

    @RogersHelps Received apology email. Not feeling valued customer vibe. Hoping this one time automatic credit is not just for one day as some of your so called valued customers (me) are in day 3 of suspect service. Please do better Rogers as my monthly bills say I deserve it and then some.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Getting pretty frustrated here. Still no internet or TV or landline. How is this even possible? When I think of all the money we pay and this is the service we get. Or don’t get, as it were.

    @vote4robgill @Rogers They should also pay penalties (at least $50 for each subscriber) for the lost of service.

    @RogersHelps Follow up. Through this tweet a service rep was sent to my house at no cost and fixed our internet problem on Thursday. Too bad that couldn’t have been accomplished without calling out Rogers on Twitter, but we are all good now and I appreciate the great service from the tech.

    @BenRothenberg Can't stand either of them so in a way I'm glad @Rogers is down and my tv won't work. I wish they would both get defaulted.

    Literally can’t connect to any servers or stream because of this terrible internet. Thanks @Rogers @RogersHelps for having the worst service I’ve ever seen.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers everything is not fine and dandy i am not able to go to or see some sites and loading is taking forever when watching streaming on Roku programs /movies cut out. Please stop lying!!

    @RogersHelps @NickleJohn Stop with the corporate BS response. Internet still down in Oshawa & you telling me service has been restored to most is what?...supposed to make me feel better? And why do I need to send you a DM? Don't you know where service is out? Tell us when OUR service will be fixed!
