    @LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers TekSavvy....get their internet and then they have their own internet TV...no cable...TV is about $60 a month and internet is the same. And you choose what channels you want. Basic TV is $20, sports Pack (5 TSN/5Sportsnet plus others) $20 and a pick 10 pack is $20. Never an issue

    @LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers I got rid of Rogers YEARS ago for internet and TV.....way too expensive.....same service with other companies for a fraction of the cost

    The minimum wage in Canada is a real joke when you look at each province. It is nowhere near keeping up with livability. So many children live in poverty because of it. I earned minimum wage from @Rogers . Yes, that is what they pay thier customer service workers, and the best you can get is a 10-cent raise.

    @RogersHelps @everyone be aware of @Rogers customer care fraud plans, they will commit something but no deliveries. Take everything in written or consider as fraud. Itโ€™s not trust worthy anymore.

    @RogersHelps does anyone answer the Rogers business support line? 2 days in a row I'm waiting for over 40 min and no one answers....my family member is without data on their phone for 2 days this is unacceptable.

    Why on earth did @RogersHelps make my life so difficult when I was attempting to report a payment. Between their website not working, their joke of a phone system, and then reporting it via my phone browser but being told I was authorized to do that. I had words.

    @RogersHelps Rogers Xfinity Streaming App (RXSA) doesn't stream live TV nor plays back saved programs from the cloud PVR on Android 16 (cell phone & tablet). My old S8 phone running Android 9 has no problems with the RXSA. This problem was fixed, now it's an issue again?

    @RogersHelps Yes I did after almost 3 hours. They mentioned it was network related issue and it got fixed after 12 hours! Surprisingly my wife and neighbors who are all on Rogers have no issues at all! Its my business phone and I lost 12 hours of work without satisfactory explanation. Thanks

    @Rogers Iโ€™m glad you understand but that doesnโ€™t really help anything. I will be spending my time avoiding as many โ€œsmartโ€ products as possible. There is a big difference between incentives and force. 95% of the people would never turn off the standby feature.
