@LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers TekSavvy....get their internet and then they have their own internet TV...no cable...TV is about $60 a month and internet is the same. And you choose what channels you want. Basic TV is $20, sports Pack (5 TSN/5Sportsnet plus others) $20 and a pick 10 pack is $20. Never an issue

@faintsignal @RogersHelps It's almost funny, that the WiFi app, doesn't work without the WiFi (when else are you most likely to troubleshoot your network, other than when it's down!?!?!)

@RogersHelps @deepdiamonds First our home internet, which affected our tv on Monday. Now mobile internet?? Should we not pay our upcoming bill for the horrible service and customer service? Pathetic

@RogersHelps Why is it that your customers can find out more about service outages on a third party site than when logged into the Rogers site? (And no I'm not interested in DMing you on Twitter)

@celeryjacket @Rogers THANK YOU! I called twice cause the first guy was so unprofessional and I couldn’t understand his English. Second person is switching me to tech support and says service isn’t down. She also didn’t speak proper English. Sounds like they’re offshore employees @RogersHelps
