And you choose what channels you want. Basic TV is $20, sports Pack (5 TSN/5Sportsnet plus others) $20 and a pick 10 pack is $20. Never an issue

Iโm requesting that the overpaid amount be refunded back to me, not kept as account credit. Iโve also filed a complaint with the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS)

What Iโm asking is that itโs not fair for me to pay the kind of charges levied to me when the service was barely used due to these issues. I raised a ticket and no one seems to care about that.
