@LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers TekSavvy....get their internet and then they have their own internet TV...no cable...TV is about $60 a month and internet is the same. And you choose what channels you want. Basic TV is $20, sports Pack (5 TSN/5Sportsnet plus others) $20 and a pick 10 pack is $20. Never an issue

@PaulaJR34 @RogersHelps Don't hold your breath. They continue to toe the line that everything is restored, obviously not true. This is the most disastrous PR/customer service response I've ever seen

@RogersHelps we are now entering day 3 with no internet, tv or home phone here in Markham Ontario. Please give the vast majority of customers who still don't have service an update on what the hell is going on and when it will be restored.

@RogersHelps still having issues with Ignite TV. Day 3. Any idea when this will be fixed or should I just call to cancel? A response would be nice.

@lsedd @Rogers 💯 they are focused on the businesses they’d owe more money to. Rural Canadians will likely be the last fully restored. Still intermittent service here.

@Rogers how can you say most internet service has been restored, the bulk of our Neighbourhood is still down and those that have it, it’s spotty or boots them out. Completely unacceptable from should a large provider, that charges ridiculous $$$ for your service

@SamHersh01 @RogersHelps @VassyKapelos And rightly so. He is an engineer leading a team struggling to get a network restarted. Her question given who he is was totally inappropriate.
