@RogersHelps I would also like to point out that I spoke to a customer rep the day I put the equipment in the mail and she assured me that I would not be charged. I have a transcript of our message if you need proof @RogersHelps

Had to switch @RogersHelps accounts when I moved to a new place. Sent equipment from old place back on time, still got charged $424. A customer rep told me today I won't be seeing that money again until mid- to late December. Merry Christmas to me!

@RogersHelps The incompetence displayed by your reps is astounding. After months and numerous interactions dealing with people to fix YOUR company's mistakes, you're charging me interest on charges that should've never existed. I PAID WHAT I REALLY OWED #badcustomerservice

@RogersHelps Thanks, your rep confirmed it's an infrastructure issue that was identified in October... Some notice with an estimated time of outage would have been nice.

Dammit...@Rogers internet crapped out in the middle of me updating my Xbox One X apps this afternoon. That may mean I have to reinstall them now when service resumes as interrupted updates usually force a complete reinstall. 😡🤬👎

@citynewscalgary We moved from Rogers to Shaw early this year for our mobile service because of mobile cost savings offered by Shaw. Now I'm potentially back with @RogersHelps and we are suppose to accept that this will enhance competition. Have to assume a rate increase shortly after approval.

@RogersHelps Hi there - I ordered a new phone as my current one was dying & received an email a day later saying that there is a backlog and I won't receive one for a month. I totally understand the supply issue. The only problem is the UI on my current phone died today.
