    @RogersHelps The Rogers Xfinity boxes are JUNK! Even the service tech said they aren't reliable. There was a service disruption yesterday. No shows recorded. While trying to watch a program, a network error appeared. Sound kept cutting out. Rebooted but this is terrible service.

    @RogersHelps Why can't your customer service staff provide that information. I specifically asked their manager for an alternative contact.

    @RogersHelps we have had no ignite tv service for a few days. It’s been reported and we have not received any update on when the service will resume

    @LoveMy7Wood @Rogers I have had both Bell and Rogers. Altho Rogers was a pain to get setup the service is 100 times better and 1/3 of the price.

    Dear @Rogers, Your Ignite service has dropped five times today already. How many more re-starts am I going to have to put up with?? And why am I paying for this??

    @JayJanower @Rogers And they'll add another $10-15 dollars to your monthly bill to help provide the "best customer service" The telecommunications monopoly is the worst part for this country.

    @Rogers engages in harassment in their solicitations, and that, combined with abysmal service, is why we said we wanted nothing to do with them when they came to our door earlier today. Lo and behold, they rang the doorbell again two hours later.
