Long story short, someone incorrectly killed my MIL's service (why would 77 y.o. who lives alone need reliable phone access?). Told we had to go to store to buy something to fix, they could do nothing. Lie.

At this point I feel I am paying high end prices for a low end product. Time to start shopping around.

Trying to add @TvCrave and @rogers website is not able so Rogers Live Chat. Something should take 5 minutes TOOK waaaayyyy too long. She’s gone again…..
