@RogersHelps my wife and I were rogers customers for 10+ years and we moved to bell and got a way better plan for way less money. Sad that such a massive company don't care to help long time customers

@RogersHelps After 12 hours with various reps over the last month. Plus a 1 hour 40 minute call today. PLUS waiting online in the Google support queue for 3 hours... It's getting resolved. I hope. It has been the definition of frustrating. So unless I'm getting a credit, a DM is useless.

Scam calls are getting out of hand. Over the past couple of days, I've had 5 calls for missing packages from DHL, CRA is sending someone to arrest me three times over and as of 5 minutes ago, my fourth covid emergency and I need to call back ASAP... Hey @TELUS and @Rogers , I bet

@RogersHelps I recently moved and I have no cell service in my condo unit. Other people have service with different companies. No service for Rogers in unit or in the lobby of the building.
