@Rogers @RogersHelps currently sitting at 1:21 hrs & still holding to get resolution on an issue that was supposed to be resolved weeks ago. Zero accountability- zero commitment to a solution just getting passed around. As a customer of 25+ years - disappointing to say the least.

@RogersHelps is beyond pathetic :( I've been trying to close my account for several days now and have been trying to get the outage credits applied to my existing bill but no!!! They ask if they can close my account in xyz street where I've never lived!

@leeroydo @alpinetechguy @RogersHelps SO you want perfect service then. I support a 99%+ up time isn't good enough for you. They make contracts specifically for customers like you.

I'm now getting #phishing e-mails with subject "@Rogers Outage Information for @RBC Clients" with actions for me to take. I know it's fake because it was sent to an e-mail address I don't use with @RBC. Also had a PDF attached, which I didn't open. #InTheBin

@Rogers same experience as everyone else who has noted spotty or no service, and little CS aside from a request to DM for a auto response. Deeply regret leaving @TekSavvyNetwork.

@RogersHelps I'm not a riggers customer but i am an interac user, and i needed to make 3 different etransfers. What is Rogers gonna compensate me??? I rely on Telus, i have never had this experience with them, but they also don't make guarantees that they have the "most reliable service"

@RogersHelps - I am on call with your customer service to convert my corporate wireless connection to my personal wireless connection. It is more than an hour on call, nothing moves, and it is still on hold for just converting. How long should the wait be?
