    @RogersHelps So I can jump through the hoops again for it to not get resolved? Can you guarantee me that this fault will get fixed and the multiple disconnections that happen to my service at a Modem level won't happen anymore by Friday this week? Probably not.

    @RogersHelps Youve attempted and failed to resolve the problem for the past 2.5 years. I've had a Senior Technician PERSONALLY TELL ME THE FAULT IS BETWEEN NODES ON SUNSET ROAD, ST THOMAS, ONTARIO. FIX YOUR INFRASTRUCTURE THAT YOUR BUSINESS RELIES ON TO GENERATE REVENUE.
