Yaya Icy O ❄️❄️ (@YaYa_Icy) reported@RogersHelps No it doesn’t help. It was marketed as an employee discount with a code. When you put in code till you checkout, it doesn’t state there will be a charge. Till I got my bill, I didn’t know and the program provides no discounts!
-
Colleen de Papp (@colleendepapp) reported@alancross @Rogers I agree! When trying to find out if there is an internet outage in my area it's like pulling teeth trying to get an answer. #shameful
-
Dan L (@DanFromTheSkies) reported@RogersHelps I cancelled my service.
-
Paul R (@doonboy) reported@RogersHelps @ChrisKnightfilm Just stupid canned AI slop.
-
Shawna R (@shawna_r80) reported@AdemirCosta8 @RogersHelps @Rogers I’m really disappointed that they think it’s okay to treat their clients this way. Not a company I want to do business with.
-
paul i (@whoispi) reported@RogersHelps How does someone get technical support for mobile? Your automated system said “we’re busy” and hung up on me.
-
magenta72 (@valleylily56) reported@Rogers This is an ongoing issue. Rogers keeps raising their costs to customers but these harmful scam calls continue unabated!!! CRTC is not requiring more intervention by media companies on this issue. They should be!!!
-
Irene-Irka😺🇺🇦🇨🇦 (@Irene_NoKillTO) reported@alancross @Rogers The call center was moved to India. Calls are dropped. There is interference on the line and with the quiet tone and thick accents the reps are not understandable. It has never been like this in the last 20 years. Make sure you fill out the survey. Rogers needs to know.
-
comm eng (@CommEng) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps It "fixed itself" at 20:20 PDT because upstream rerouted to Cogent. Rogers did nothing. Second occurrence in one day means it's a pattern not a blip. Are you monitoring your PCCW peering at all, or is your outage detection just waiting for customers to tweet?

tru'dat (@trudat2020) reported@alancross @Rogers Not to mention Rogers had an unacknowledged service outage in the GTA. Lots of calls dropping or data simply not working. All on Monday afternoon... but "no outage in your area". BS.
