    @RogersHelps @gmarie55 I’ve tweeted at you, actually had to personally find out who the district manager of my local Rogers store was to resolve the issue…. Terrible customer service

    @Bell_Support Any chance you guys have a road map of upcoming Fibre expansions? Or is there a way to request Fibre for an area? My @Rogers internet has been too awful for too long, just can't justify switching from a heavily discounted bill without Fibre available.

    @heavenxapart I remember they had a deal for first 3 months bill free with a two year contract, they sent me a bill the first month and gave me the runaround when I called them @rogers I will be filing a 6 figure lawsuit and taking your crooked corporation down

    @Rogers Are you gonna do something about your internet service? 3 days in a row now I've been struggling with connectivity issues due to outages in my area. Either you pay my phone bill for having to work off my hotspot or come take your modem back. This is redic.

    @AidanCrawford @RogersHelps @CRTCeng 1 hour and 45 minutes on hold to buy another phone and line to add to my account.. I gave up.. Systyem said 20 to 30 minutes or hit "1" to have them call me back. The call backs system is broken and would not accept my call back request

    Another hour spent with @Rogers customer service (chat; can't afford 3 hours to sit on the phone). Recently upgraded but lost channels (Fox, NBC, PBS) even though the package has them listed. Probably the worst customer service on the planet

    Cancelled my order from @Rogers for a new sim card after I discovered they only support Apple Smartwatch not the Galaxy watch I already own. Why they would restrict their user base and consumer hardware choices to just Apple is beyond me. They lost my business right there.

    I swear @RogersHelps had the worst website. Twice trying to fix my mother in laws plan on the phone,wrong both times. Twice trying on the website, just "technical error". Really shouldn't be this hard for a senior to get TV service set up properly.
