@RogersHelps @gmarie55 I’ve tweeted at you, actually had to personally find out who the district manager of my local Rogers store was to resolve the issue…. Terrible customer service

@Biernac1966 @RogersHelps Wentworth and Rymal still down at 10pm, makes it 23 hrs. They show us a dangling overhead wire and expect that they can't get it straight. Rogers is a national company yet this is how they are run. More Canadian shame.

@RogersHelps I’m literally trying to buy a iPhone yet ROGERS makes it so difficult. Website maintenance links are broken. Always have to reset password. Not to mention outages poor customer service and my services not working on Friday.

@RogersHelps Why is it so complex? Could we get some transparency please? Why are there no fall backs or emergency work around in place for these kinds of things? Was this arson? Should we be concerned for this happening again soon? Are you going to put precautions into place this time?

@RogersHelps Been with cogeco all my life and I can’t remember if I ever lost my services once but I moved to Hagersville 2 months ago and only could get Rogers out here but it’s been down twice for over 24 hrs each time and the internet out here is slow . I can’t wait for cogeco to get here

@RogersHelps Hour 23 of no internet or tv due to a fire for lines that need to be fixed above ground is absurd! This fix shouldn't be so long and shouldn't need 6 crews onsite. It's only a matter of replacing a cable. This is outrageous and Rogers is the only one accountable now!!
