When I pick up the phone to dial Rogers, at that point it should be a human ready to help for issues that can’t be solved through the app or online.

I have been trying to call for weeks now for something your FAQs and AI can't help with, yet everytime you're experiencing "extremely high call volume" and hang up on me. If you're that busy why don't you HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!!
