    @RogersHelps This was extremely poor timing. My mother had a stroke on Monday and I wasn't able to contact anyone. What will be done as a sign of good faith on your part? What credits will be applied to my account?

    @Rogers Yeah that's not really satisfactory to me. You caused a serious inconvenience for everyone. Couldn't make calls for work or get in touch with family. One days service reimbursement is the least you should do.
