@RogersHelps Care to tell me why my ignite Tv, home phone, Wifi and Internet has gone down for entire neighborhood 2 weeks in a row at Buroak /16th Avenue in Markham? Ridiculous. Please fix. They can’t even tell us when it started or give estimate for restoration.

@Rogers They said they’re working on it and it will come back on its own like last weekend. The whole Bur Oak/16th Avenue Markham, ON are us out AGAIN. Sure makes me want to switch to Bell. Please escalate Neighborhood issue and make Rogers fully aware of how big.

@jasdeep_notay @RogersHelps R always has to commit a full day and a lot of patience to calling Rogers any time there’s an issue. 💯 that there has to be a better way to provide customer service.
