@RogersHelps please sort this out soon, I can't even access my bank account or order groceries cause the service is down :( How am I meant to stay at home when my phone isn't working???

  • doveisms Dove (@doveisms) reported

@Rogers you could really attempt to let your your clients know whats going on.. you know via email/text... ESPECIALLY if people are not able to call emergency personnel

  • leslaurent Lesley (@leslaurent) reported

@Rogers what the bell is happening with the #cellular network. No service across May parts of Canada since early this morning. How are you going to compensate customers fir this major failure? #poorservice #cellular

@rogers, please rethink your choice of CTO. Bad leadership. This will hurt your market share, zero doubt. Fix it, apologize, and invest in your exisiting infrastructure, instead of buying competition. I will switch to Telus tomorrow morning. Along with my business and employees

  • Doggmatic71 Doggmatic 71 (@Doggmatic71) reported

@Rogers better compensate everyone for this down time. A full day without being able to use your phone for work or pleasure but take in billions of our hard earned dollars. #rogersdown

  • PNM_79 Nick (@PNM_79) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@yegventures @Rogers @fluenthome If power is cut your WiFi won't work so there must be a eSIM in your security system that is on the Rogers network. U have WiFi so you'll be good. If both were to go out you'd have a problem but that highly unlikely.

  • richardeholt Rich (@richardeholt) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers I'm early awaiting my next bill to see how much they're going to raise their rates to compensate for having more staff work on this 'issue'

  • mj_vaessen MJ Vaessen (@mj_vaessen) reported

@lindseymhodgson @AboutRogers @Rogers That's what I'm saying. These mobsters are trying to underplay their impact on people's lives. Like saying sleep with the fish. $20 says this "unexceptional" device issue will hardly have any outcome other then an oopsie Daisy from Rogers.

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps I’m not disturbed by the blackout. Things happen. What disturbs me is the lack of transparency and your lack of loyalty to your customers. I’ve been with Rogers for 29 years and asking for a discount is like pulling teeth. Time has come to find alternatives.
