@RogersBiz since Dec 30th having issues with my internet. Honestly, we can’t work properly, watch or download anything. After 4 agents coming in and out ans internet going down every 2min and when it’s back on it’s super slow. Absolutely disappointed with Rogers once again.

@Rogers won't even put me in sequence to wait for live chat. Telling me to try again. Terrible service. Given that they have raised their rates again, we expect better service.

@RogersHelps Three times a day, for three days, I have called just to be left on hold for an hour and a half, and still no answer - I'm moving out of the country and I need to cancel my service, really not sure what to do since I can only cancel through calling

Is it too much to ask @Rogers to deliver a stable and reliable connection? Every few weeks my connection gets unstable, they fix it, and a few weeks later, I have the same problem again and again. This is really getting old #CRTC

@Rogers thanks for wasting my time on the phone for hours to cancel a contract I cancelled 2 YEARS ago. Rep guaranteed full refund of amount owed and “late fees” (LMAO). Bill shows I owe $1.03. Not about the dollar. Your company is a bunch of bloodsuckers. **** YOU. Never again.

@RogersHelps I have been put on an est 2.5-3.5 hr hold after a 75 minute wait. Reason is your customer service isn’t empowered to help me with more than a 15% cost inc. and no reason why. Do better. I have been with 5 yrs and never received credit for loyalty
