@RogersHelps We don't mind receiving the calls, but when we say "no, I'm not interested" we shouldn't then be harassed by your employees or your contractors. I literally had a Telus agent try to get me to sign up and after I said I work for Shaw they laughed and said no problem

Have escalated the ticket for repairs. Have to have another tech come friday. Im sick of paying @rogers a monthly fee for a service that has never once lived up to the terms of the contract. Intermittent internet connections for 8 years are unacceptable. I refuse to accept this.

@MissyRose84 @RogersHelps Down in Kitchener at 10am, and 11am and 1130 am. Had intermittent outages Monday and Tuesday as well. (Tech visited and said maintenance would be done on the main line in the backyard, which I think was done as it worked great yesterday).

@Rogers don’t switch to #rogersignite we have had it for two weeks and it is down for a third time. Just got home to do some work and waiting because can’t do anything when internet is down. Tech support says system wide, get your crap together.. #rogerssucks #poorcustomerservice
