@RogersHelps Obviously if I had spoken to someone I wouldn't be sending messages. Zero persons available to help - "we are experiencing an unusual high level of volume - please call back". Honestly its a joke!

Once i decide to end this frustrating relationship with @Rogers my number will suddenly become visible to me with all manner of offers to come back. I’m frustrated. I can’t keep giving my organization excuse that my home internet is not working.

@RogersHelps @towerguymatt And if you are unable to do so, leave this platform. You aren't even able to actually perform customer service here so what is the point of this page existing? its completely ******* useless.

@RogersHelps The technical support that I spoke with provided no support whatsoever. I performed a factory reset on my own to no avail. I was hoping support would be able to remote into the router and perform a more detailed diagnostic analysis.

@AngryPossum69 @Rogers Really the only way I’d financially support Rogers is by going to Jays games, but that’s more out of the love of the team not them. My family switched to Bell years ago, not even morally just cause their product sucks. Monopolies lead to bad products for everyone.

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps I have already contacted technical support multiple times. I waited for over 2 hours on the phone, and a ticket was created. Today I also waited over an hour in the Anna online chat queue. I started at around 95 people ahead of me, and when it was finally my turn, the system suddenly ended the chat without connecting me to an agent. That was extremely frustrating. My internet has now been down for 2 days, I had to take leave from work because I work from home, and the earliest technician appointment I was offered is Monday. I don’t think this level of service is acceptable. Please escalate my case and advise what Rogers will do regarding compensation for the service outage and the loss it has caused. @RogersHelps Thanks for replying. The issue isn't that cancellations have to be done by phone—it's that I've been on hold for well over an hour trying to reach someone. Sales answered immediately, but customer service hasn't.

@RogersHelps how so? If you have automated systems to detect interruptions, would those same systems not tell you exactly where the service interruption originated? if so, how would reports from customers be of anymore help than what your systems are already telling you?

@jodyvance @TELUS Seems like @Rogers or Shaw is just as bad. They both suck.
