@RogersHelps All the options provide poor coverage and speeds. Rogers has increased the Roam like home fees and eliminated the monthly cap for poor partner service. In some areas it works out to a 600% price increase.

@RogersHelps so I take a fancy new internet connection after changing from my awesome @Bell_Support - now I see some one time charges of 150 dollars which was clearly waived off when speaking to sales rep and again confirmed with Customer rep.. really regret this now - how to ?

@RogersHelps Massive harassment underway from Amazon robocalls. About 9-10 calls an hour. Rogers Help line says its seems to be originating from one number and numerous complaints It spoofs the first 6 digits of home no. Please stop these Amazon calls from coming in, Rogers

Dear @RogersHelps Your Customer Service wait times - even for someone who is ready to make a payment, but needs to speak with a live human or even chat with a live human - are RIDICULOUS. Considering the lagging internet we have had for the past wk, I'm done. Must get to my work!

@RogersHelps Well it's something that #RogersBank supports. #Fraud dept agreed the charge is suspicious but stuck to their script. I'm going to pay this garbage charge and saying goodbye to @Rogers. NO ONE should be using this bank. Won't ever consider other @Rogers services because of this.
