@RogersHelps how do I file a complaint against a live chat rep? and how do I actually get support for my issue? Both yesterday and today after waiting a half an hour for a rep to come to my live chat Kamalpreet has disconnected my chat after I have stated my issue.

Just checked my @Rogers bill today and found out about the refund for the service interruption on April 19th. I’d like to express my appreciation for the honest business conduct — you failed to deliver and you gave a refund, instead of finding excuses and shifting blame. Bravo.
