    It is shameful that during fire evacuations that the cell service providers cannot provide better service throughout the valley in the safe areas. From Enderby to Cherryville to Okanagan Falls, two bars is not sufficient let family know we are ok. Do better! @Telus @Bell @Rogers

  • Strigah_steph

    @Lidsville @Rogers This sounds like when I was being called by Telus for months about their security service. I kept asking to be taken off the list, they kept calling. Telecoms are evil

    @GunGnome @Rogers @Starlink I found you a customer...

    @RogersHelps @MichaelFGittins The outage page also states Southeast Calgary. I'm in Southwest Calgary like many of the folks who have tweeted you. Also why aren't I seeing a banner in the MyRogers (Shaw) app when I sign in?

    @Lidsville @Rogers 🚨 PSA:March 2026, Telus, Roger’s, and Freedom all had data leaks. As a result, bad actors are calling clients as if from a major provider and HAVE enough client details to make people believe it’s a legit call. Nobody in Canada should be providing anything on a cold call now. 🚨

  • plkampe
    Peter J. Kampe IV (@plkampe) reported

    Hey @Rogers, stop calling me to move my cellphone over to you, I am happy with my provider. I will say this again, remove me from your calling list as all the customer service calls still have not removed me.

    @RogersHelps @rogers as a client, it is unacceptable internet has been down for over 12 hours & Roger’s has unprotected critical internet infrastructure. Roger’s having no redundancy in case of outages is unacceptable & embarrassing for this company

    @cwiltzy @Rogers Lmao such a piece of **** conglomerate

  • Krommsan
    T (@Krommsan) reported

    @GunGnome @Rogers Drop your phone back down to LTE. Better data frequency rates at a distance vs 5G.
