    I’ve sent @RogersHelps several messages and no response. Still no service 24+ hrs and I’m in a major city. Great customer service 🙄😡

    @Rogers home wifi isn't working now? Fix one thing break another? Any idea when this will be fixed. Very hard to work from home with shotty service like this. How will you be crediting your customers for the lack of quality?

    Spoke with @Rogers @RogersHelps this morning and I was advised they have not yet decided what to do for compensation for the nearly 24 hour blackout yesterday. If you were thinking of reaching out to ask them, don't.
