    Honestly, the amount of incompetence required to go two tickets and six days without any resolution is staggering. I'm pretty much impotently tweeting at @RogersHelps at this point because it makes me feel better, but my roommates are livid and one is planning to "go full karen".

  • Mcquells JPS McClelland (@Mcquells) reported

    @RogersHelps I ask that you spend the money required to update your infrastructure in Brampton and give people what they pay for. Stop the delays and excuses, fix it! You have been aware of this for 6 months, is that not enough time to address it?

  • myhoope Jeannette (@myhoope) reported

    @RogersHelps Alright, I've DM'd my problem.

  • Ward3Toronto KeepThemHonest (@Ward3Toronto) reported

    Holy ****, it’s 2021 and @Rogers wants $65 for a prepaid SIM that comes with just one gig of data and only 150 daytime talk minutes? Are you ******* kidding me?

  • gojetsgo85 Nicky (@gojetsgo85) reported

    @RogersHelps getting really sick and tired of spam from Rogers numbers. 204-295 numbers are not calling from Service Canada.

  • sickofstupid12 🤘SickofStupid 🤘 (@sickofstupid12) reported

    @Ward3Toronto @Rogers It’s criminal what they charge for cell phone service and internet. I watch all the US commercials for cell phone plans and get all kinds of jealous…sigh…

  • JeffreyLuscombe Jeffrey Luscombe (@JeffreyLuscombe) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    @RogersHelps They seem to have a script. Fill out a form. What the serial number. Let me zap it. Hmmm isn’t working. I’ll send a new box. New box not working? Doors? It’s not connecting. Let me zap it. Hmmmm we need to send a technician.

  • csboucher78 Carrie Longbottom (@csboucher78) reported

    @Rogers is your network set up to have cellular service on the Samsung watches yet???

  • JeffreyLuscombe Jeffrey Luscombe (@JeffreyLuscombe) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    So @RogersHelps can I get some help with this bum replacement box you sent me?

  • Mcquells JPS McClelland (@Mcquells) reported

    @Rogers Hi, can someone please explain to me why I have spent well over 10 hours on calls to your company and had multiple reps come to our house to “fix” our Gigabit internet connection. We lag/cut out multiple times each day and we can’t use the internet for normal things
