    @RogersHelps Internet was down for hours today. Waterloo Region 9-11:30am. Your customer service told my three condo neighbours they had no knowledge of it, despite tweets HERE and DownDetector reporting it. Will you be compensating those of us who work from home every time this happens?

    @RogersHelps, are you experiencing an Internet service outage in Elmvale, ON? Went off about 5min ago and after a re-start hasn't come back
