    @Sandymctyre @Rogers @RogersHelps Rogers is ridiculous- I am in Whitby and the it virtual assistant said there isn’t any outages even though it’s been down all day and I see complaints online from Whitby residents. Nice to be w/out internet the whole day

    @RogersHelps @Rogers so it looks like I pay the thieves almost $400/month and I got a whole $26.00 credit for the outage. Not good enough. Take it and stuff it.

    @RogersHelps I’m having a bit of an issue; I exchanged a flex channel last night, but the channel I replaced it with is not showing in my guide (under free to me) and the channel that got replaced is still showing. If I go to the channel directly, it’s authorized
