My #Rogers bill came today and the credit, for the nationwide cell phone outage, isn't on there. Anyone else missing theirs? @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps SCAM ALERT: Rogers customer service suggested an upgrade of our service to improve the network stability at a cost which is supposed to be lower than what we were paying / month. The new agreement came in the mail today and it's $40 more expensive.

@RogersHelps Update: DM'd @RogersHelps ...they are unable to help me as winback offered the deal. They submitted a ticket to winback - praying I'll hear back. This is the fifth time submitting this ticket. Havent had anyone call me back yet. Think twice before switching to Rogers!

@RogersHelps if I get the 45gig Canada + US plan, will I be able to use my phone in Florida for 6 continuous months (Nov to Apr) without issue (billing, overage etc not coverage)? Also, if I have 2 lines is the data shareable even in the USA ?

What is it about Canadian companies that makes them treat existing customers like ****. Canadians are so accustomed to buckling under they assume their customers will rather than complain about poor treatment. @TD_Insurance @rogers

  • JonRobs Jon Roberts (@JonRobs) reported

@RogersHelps our internet and phone lines are down! Please help

  • taitai_sg Christina Giang (@taitai_sg) reported

@RogersHelps I now need to spend time with customer service again to look for the recording to prove that the agent was the one quoted the lower price. Rogers, we are so done with you. Not only can you not provide a stable network, you mislead / cheat on your customer.

@stingraymusic @Rogers Perhaps one day Rogers will allow our condo building to have Ignite. Wish they would tell us why it's taking so long to get their act together on this issue.
