    @TakeoffFox @RogersHelps Middle of the ocean and you are using satellite service from the cruise ship to get those texts and yes they are very steep charges as I have made the same mistake in the past. Hoping Rogers will cut you some slack.

    @rogers How is it possible that there has been no image for cable TV for the majority of the day? I’ve had the “Oops … Unfortunately this feature is not working.” message since early this afternoon. What gives?!

    @kevynocallaghan @TakeoffFox @RogersHelps Guess you never read the fine print. You are paying a lower rate to rent the phone for 2 years and then you have to return them.

    @TakeoffFox @RogersHelps Yup we have 2 Rogers phones $230 a month and when the cotract was up they wanted $600 per phone to keep them. 1200 plus 230 never knew we had to pay more!
