@REWoman @matdech @Rogers I was overhearing her conversation and yes, she had to repeat the issue 4x times to 4 different people, it was a simple billing error and no-one could see it on her account/bill. was absolutely ridiculous.

@REWoman @Rogers I spent 4.5 hours on hold Friday night trying to cancel. Three separate people in customer care, none could actually do the cancellation. Had to go on to their Chat at 7 am and got it cancelled in about 45 mons. Brutal company
