@RogersHelps Rogers what a joke you are! You disturbed the life of millions and you expect a refund of some dollars will solve it? You lost my trust in your network. Why wouldn't you say what exactly happened and how come you dont have any backup plans! People were not able to call emergency!

@RogersHelps Rogers conned my 80 yo mom into getting ignite & lied to me when I asked about home phone usage if the Internet went down when I explained that my parents need 911 access for health reasons. They are safe but I will be demanding you give them back their hard wired landline.
