@RogersHelps still waiting on all my credits. Rogers still owes@me a week of service from the Ottawa blackout back in June when all my services went out including cell. And I haven’t received my credit for the national outage - Rogers stated it would be on the next bill. Its not.

@RogersHelps I'm moving this week and the only provider is Bell so I'm switching and with rogers down again it's a blessing. 8 couldn't stand them as my cell phone provider and went with Virgin that has been flawless in the 7 years I've been with them. Bye Rogers won't miss you
