@Rogers Getting the run around from the win back team. I talked to the lady for 15 minutes and she told me about an offer and said will give me a call back. Never heard from them again. Called Rogers customer service they said we have no way of checking or getting you to them 😒

@RogersHelps Well that’s very unfortunate. I know that Bell Canada still has the BET channel. Maybe after 20+ years of being a loyal customer, it might be time to make the switch 🤐 A lot of my family members were upset with the news and are thinking of switching to Bell 😬 @BET fix this!
