Hey @Rogers who is tracking the downtime for credits as we have lost service once again

  • DeboraT60329636 Debora Thornton Chronic Pain Warrior 🇨🇦♿BLM🇺🇦 (@DeboraT60329636) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers My rogers internet is still not working 100%.

  • stitchlady Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported

@RogersHelps has finally acknowledged the problems with ignite tv but their recorded message doesn't say when the picture/sound freezing will be resolved. Its worse today than Saturday! Its going on 4 days now! Can't wait to see what my credit will be!

  • OnThatMatter On That Matter (@OnThatMatter) reported

Seems to me that if you're doing core switch maintenance, correlating that to an outage should take about 60 or 90 seconds. Are all your eggs in one basket? Is there no redundancy or fault tolerance in your system? This is not the "Best" Ted wanted. @AboutRogers @Rogers

  • Sgfor43 Sean Forrester (@Sgfor43) reported

@levinepmc @Rogers The network maintenance update error doesn't sound right. Even in the core there has to be some segmentation. Everything went down.

  • xcbsmith Christopher Smith (@xcbsmith) reported

@gabsmashh I guess we know where @Rogers got their network equipment... ;-)

  • reallycass_ Call me Cass (@reallycass_) reported

The fact that @FidoSolutions didn't hesitate to withdraw my $67.80 in the midst of a @Rogers internet outage is ridiculous to me. I have had the most issues with @FidoSolutions more than previous internet service providers.

  • KaMak719 Ka Mak (@KaMak719) reported

@Rogers @Fidomobile crediting us for just Friday when it was limited service for 3, is blatantly ignoring fault and the disruption it caused for many businesses and individuals. Late communication and still drop the ball, irony for a telecommunication company.

  • reallycass_ Call me Cass (@reallycass_) reported

@Rogers should be finding a way to compensate it's customers because they're services have been inconsistent. This outage was just on a larger scale. Lower your fees! Monthly internet service shouldn't cost what it does.

  • jedpc jedpc (@jedpc) reported

@tsc_sjt @Rogers There are no excuses for "media" empires - they own the production of TV shows, the channels they go out on, the cable infrastructure those channels ride on, etc. Then we have web properties, cell network, landline phones etc. Should all be separate, as in majority of EU!
