    @SylviaBury @Scott_Gilmore @RogersHelps I use e-sims when i travel abroad. I keep the Roger's phone active in case of an emergency and you can receive unlimited text for free. The data is from the second sim card. With cheap data and free wifi it's pretty useless using roam like home.

    @RogersHelps Five days is really not sufficient for the impact this outage had. That being said, when is the credit supposed to appear in our account? It isn’t there yet.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps has the shittiest service I have ever experienced! Our new modem shuts off and cuts out all the time. We pay a fortune and get complete garbage we call almost weekly now to trouble shoot for no resolution. We are moving to new provider

    @divergentTea @1StarAtaTyme And the worst thing is that even if they do decide to cancel, they still likely need to pay off the balance or risk having their credit history destroyed. My parents have been vigilant with money their whole lives, and all of that is in danger now because @RogersHelps messed up.

    @RogersHelps Your credits aren't worth anything. Your pathetic service is responsible for the loss of thousands of dollars over the course of the last year. Your company should be nailed to the wall when services go down. New flash Rogers! The internet isn't just for music anymore.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers Tuesday evening and they still can’t figure it out. They couldn’t even cancel my service. Won’t cancel until it’s fixed. That makes perfect sense. Men have landed on the moon but Rogers can’t even activate a modem. They can’t even contact the dept responsible for fixing it.

    My wife just spent 2 hours trying to re-cancel Telus accounts for an Alzheimer’s father, adding to so much mental and financial stress- including a workaround that they set up to manage this. I’d rather a day-long outage from @Rogers. Do better @TELUSsupport #MentalHealthMatters
