@RogersHelps What’s disappointing was two hang ups and they couldn’t answer a billing question. They just shrugged it off. At that moment I decided to cancel my service which I’ve had for close to 15 years. Your loss.

@RogersHelps Sorry I didn't respond, twitter didn't notify me. I pulled the power on the boxes. Also very slow to respond to button presses on the remote at the time. I think the box reset itself about 2 or 3 hours later and things were working again.
