@InTheMeatrix @Rogers There's a law firm in Québec who started a class action lawsuit against Rogers. We'll see if it gets approved by the court. Giving 5 days worth of service for inconveniencing the whole country is ridiculous.

@AboutRogers @Rogers The “credit” I see on my next statement will 100% determine whether I stay with your company or not. I’ve paid Rogers roughly $3k/year for well over a decade. It’ll be interesting to see what your value of me as a customer is.

@AboutRogers @Rogers Im refusing the credit and signing up for the class action. They wanna buy out Shaw and can't even manage their current network. **** telecom monopoly. We need more service providers not less.

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Who cares?!! I had an email for a job interview which I was very likely to get it. I couldn't see the email because of the Rogers outage and my response in the following days seemed too late! I simply lost a job!

@RogersHelps - Nice apology email from the CEO, but our service is STILL not back to normal. Ignite TV freezes, drops audio etc. Reset router, Ignite boxes etc and still not working properly.

@TarekFatah @Rogers @TheTorontoSun Today I saw Passport office placard ...stating more than 55 Days wait for Passport. They were closed at 4:15pm..Why not Keep Working late? Why Not? Why Not? After all it is govt's duty to provide required help. Why Govt, institutions have more excuses than public sector??
