    @RogersHelps Bell fiber will be available here very soon and rogers will be gone. My 2 internet accounts and 5 cell phones. That's what happens when your network goes to crap

    @RogersHelps 6th day this month of no Rogers home phone, internet or tv service. Called tech support with number on file to follow-up on tickets. Why does tech support ask for my date of birth as an authentication question? No other provider asks for it. Even my Bank doesn't ask.

    @RogersHelps Cable box works fine. Noticed issue 1st on my home computer so tried mobile app on my phone. Both connected to home WiFi. Both have the “Watch” button greyed out. We can watch all the Canadian channels.
