@brittlestar I’ve been a @Rogers customer since the late 80s. They’ve pulled the plug on my subscription to Fox Racing twice & got it back then pulled it for good with no discount. Asked them to include @revtvcanada and they tell me to take a hike. Maybe I should! 🚶

@brittlestar I tell my friends to use Twitter to get support often! It’s SO much easier than online chat & much more convenient than multiple, unclear phone systems. Dear Service Providers: try excelling at service instead of being the best of the worst. @Rogers

No, baseball is not the best game, u stupid *****. Especially, audio. @BlueJays paid for nobody last season, to describe what he saw from his computer. @Sportsnet cheap audio OMG, I wanna say what happened, but I can't, from what @rogers paid me to do, from a call-centre desk.

@Rogers U put a temp cable up last August. My neighbor ordered Rogers & U immediately buried his temp cable. I have been a loyal customer for decades but my temp cable is still dangling over my other neighbor’s tree & my roof! Not impressed. #failcustomersupport #poorservice
