@RogersHelps is there a service interruption in Brampton? My internet keeps dropping repeatedly for the last 30 mins

  • TanyaMacLeod Tanya MacLeod (@TanyaMacLeod) reported

@RogersHelps please check the Oshawa area for an outage. The wifi keeps dropping every 15-20 minutes. It’s very annoying. Been happening all day!!!

  • ohayoodesu 🄴🄶🄶🅄 (@ohayoodesu) reported

@RogersHelps is there still an outage in Markham? I use Ring and my app says all my stuff is still offline.

@RogersHelps Commercials seem to be fine. Live hockey does exacerbate framerate issues because you notice the lack of smoothness more. The constant camera motion too.

  • MarcWatson8 Marc Waston (@MarcWatson8) reported

@RogersHelps What will be done to compensate customers in the area that haven't had service the entire day?

  • DblWavedYellow Double Waved Yellow 🏁 (@DblWavedYellow) reported

@RogersHelps You're not listening. If it was a problem with the device im streaming on the commercials wouldn't be fine, the rangers and jays game would have issues too. It's just the feed on the game on 360 is weird.

@Rogers They have stated what they wanted to I don't see how they will resolve it they are trying to tell me to contact the CCTS when it's out of their mandate. I called CCTS and it's just terrible.

  • 905Jatin Jatin.905 (@905Jatin) reported

@Rogers To contact when the issue is with rogers CCTS said it's out of the mandate and I would have to resolve it with the provider

  • DblWavedYellow Double Waved Yellow 🏁 (@DblWavedYellow) reported

@RogersHelps Again. It streams fine on any device. It's a picture quality issue with the feed/broadcast. Compare it to the rangers pens game. The frame rate is garbage and glitchy. This is not an issue with any streaming device. It's the broadcast that's trash.
