Definitely checking out other cell providers after @Rogers performative gesture of promising Atlantic Canadians extra data to help with the power outage due to Fiona but not actually giving it to anyone I know on their network.

@Rogers WTF Rogers?! We had a hurricane, Bell works, Telus works. In emergency situations, Rogers Communications fails every time. You gave us an extra 50GB that we can't even access?! I'm so done with this pathetic company. Coming your way @telus @nsgov needs to be on this.

@RogersHelps That’s no good if they have no service (and not what I asked). I asked you to publicly announce that there are Rogers outages in areas affected by the hurricane so friends and family are aware they may not be able to reach loved ones.

@Rogers you are grossly irresponsible. Using @eastlink hotspot bc your entire system is down. I cannot reach my mother, cannot call 911 if needed bc you prioritize profits over critical services. Over 17 years w you, both personal & business. We are leaving. #fiona

@RogersHelps how about an update on the service outage in Atlantic Canada? Why is there no place online where I can check the status of the internet in my area?

Still no service @RogersHelps … in Moncton, where we didn’t lose power but somehow lost @Rogers connection. Might be time to talk to #Bell…
