@RogersHelps Customer for 12 years, some smart *** women on the other end has zero retention skills and helps your company lose $7000 in revenue per year, even giving attitude back. Y’all be begging for my service when the depression hits. #COVID__19 #badservice #fraud

@gregobr @tower_Guy @Bryson_M @shruti_shekar @Bell @RogersHelps @NavdeepSBains Problem is that if you don't get a new 5G phone, you would still be paying for someone else who does. Maybe less so with the current financing model, but that is one of the problems with having meaningful competition only at the top end of the market.

Ok @RogersHelps It’s been 9 hours now without internet, cable and very slow LTE. We are paying a small fortune to have these services. The least you can do is provide them.

@RogersHelps Internet is down yet again. Too many times over the last few weeks. :/ I know you always try to help on here, but really, we just want some consistent service, and not to have to keep asking for help. :(

@RogersHelps new modem arrived today after some hiccups. Can’t get the 5G wifi working properly. Can only connect on 2.4. Just got kicked off a zoom meeting twice. Very unstable Internet. Help! Please! I’ve missed an entire day of work trying to get this sorted out

So my @Rogers Ignite is down. Used my @Bell service to contact you. Got a COVID questionnaire even though your tech people won’t come inside anyway. Internet is essential in these times. I work from home and have to pay double as neither is reliable.

@RogersHelps Never got a follow up email confirmation for my appointment. Stuck sitting waiting wondering if it will happen or I have to start all over again. 😡
