  • BobNeufer Bob Neufeld (he/him) (@BobNeufer) reported

Oh God, @RogersHelps, our TV signal is screwed up again. What’s going on with you today?

  • MrNeu_ Jozef Neu (@MrNeu_) reported

@RogersHelps Ignite TV is shutting down again. Get your **** together.

  • DavidBGrossman David Grossman (@DavidBGrossman) reported

@RogersHelps is far from solving last Friday’s disaster. How about the frequent television freezing and audio disappearance? Wonder if customers - and we could soon be a former customer - get another cheap reimbursement. Why not fix the problem!

  • rexbron Andrew Hunter (@rexbron) reported

The idea that @Rogers customers should have taken their SIM cards out to access 911 during an outage is ludicrous. Taking out a SIM card with a modern phone isn’t popping the back cover off and removing a battery to access. It requires a special tool.

  • SusanForAnimals Animal Lover (@SusanForAnimals) reported

@RogersHelps I'm in the Oak Ridges section of Richmond Hill, ON, and my Rogers Ignite TV service keeps cutting out. I assume this is a remnant of last Friday's disaster. Do you have an estimate of when will it be fixed?

  • DeadmanWalks53 This Doug Stands with Ukraine 🇺🇦 (@DeadmanWalks53) reported

Right about now, @Rogers Ignite TV is behaving more like Failure TV. Audio fails. Video fails. Video fails. Everything fails. @RogersHelps - don’t @ me. Just fix it!

  • runrickyrun420 joeyhighroller.eth (@runrickyrun420) reported

@RogersHelps when can I expect to watch anything without its continually cutting out and losing volume I understand there were complications but I haven’t been able to watch anything start to finish since Thursday, I pay a premium for these services and its terrible right now

  • TOTHEMAX22 Blue Star (@TOTHEMAX22) reported
