@RogersHelps After 12 hours with various reps over the last month. Plus a 1 hour 40 minute call today. PLUS waiting online in the Google support queue for 3 hours... It's getting resolved. I hope. It has been the definition of frustrating. So unless I'm getting a credit, a DM is useless.

  • EricaWa47476968 Erica Ward (@EricaWa47476968) reported

@RogersHelps Oh that sucks. I was told by three different representatives that my channel lineup wouldn’t change when I upgraded. Now I have to pay for something that I previously had for free.

  • CircularLogic89 CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

@TheJ3di @RogersHelps That's a restriction imposed by Apple. They never intended the device to be used as a standalone device.

  • alwaysbeforever LadyBetty (foreveryoung) 🇨🇦 (@alwaysbeforever) reported

@RogersHelps I’m moving and trying to cancel your services. Why is it so difficult? Why can’t it be done online like other service providers? I’m going with @Bell and already they have provided seamless service. You really need to offer services outside the #gta

Since NOV 30, 2021, I've literally had a @Rogers @RogersHelps home internet or #ignitetv outage every day...every-freakin'-day...and they just don't seem to care. I get the same "we are working on, we appreciate your $400 every month" BS feedback from them

@RogersHelps A three hour wait to speak with Customer Service and no call back option? Are you encouraging your customers to go elsewhere for service? Please do better. #rogerscommunications
