Are you kidding me @rogers - i wait on hold to only get disconnected when finally reaching an agent. I don’t like getting lectured on how to fix a very unstable internet connection by IVR. Someone should have called me immediately back. They did not!!!!’

@RogersHelps We'll be watching something like CNN and the visual will start stuttering, then the audio will begin to cut out and then will just completely stop, but the video keeps going, happens with both tv's. I do believe we've got someone coming tomorrow or Tuesday to figure it out. 👌

@RogersHelps I am having one of the worst customer service interactions ever. Your representative can't determine when a 2 month trialservice started which I want to cancel and I can't log on to your website to access my account

So my @Bell goes down and won’t reconnect with 4 minutes left. Switched to @Rogers on my laptop thank goodness.

@RogersHelps @sooperjr_ That's pretty slow. When it was mentioned that data would be throttled after the plan maximum had been reached, I didn't imagine that it would be that slow. 😰

@POSS65 @DoraWinifred92 @timandsid @Sportsnet @City_tv @OMNITelevision @Rogers Exactly. Masai Ujiri is also almost guaranteed to be gone to Washington unless he’s absolutely nuts and turns down their offer.

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps @chatrmobile don't tell me to call or email customer service I've already sent in a request , 68 years old & seniors should know what's it like at your companies, don't pick up sticks at me for your 48 hours & zero balance bs

@Rogers Everyone should drop Roger's (and Bell for that matter) and RUN to the nearest @FreedomMobile store. Rogers bragging about these absurd prices is really bad comedy. I left Roger's after renewing for three years. I had to buy my way out. It was WELL WORTH IT. #FreedomMobile

@RogersHelps Thanks - no service interruptions but down to E in south part of Winnipeg. I’ve noticed this before - a few hours of E/3G before working back up to LTE.
