If you want to have the worse telecom experience go with @Rogers. They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. Go with @Bell or @TELUS

@RogersHelps my internet is down again. This has been everyday since Tuesday. Good thing a “ticket” was created a couple days ago but NOTHING is getting resolved. VERY frustrating!!!!! 😤. And I really don’t have time to keep DMing and trying to sort this out!!!!

@Rogers Now I know they have better plans on the top shelf. I've been their customer for decades and "pay more" is the best they can do. So I guess I'm asking any mutuals in toronto, whats your plan? who are you with? Bell? Telus? Fido? Koodo? etc?

Seriously thinking of leaving @Rogers after spending more than two hours on hold. They say use Anna to get to a live agent but that's no use. I'm even wondering if they have any LIVE AGENTS. Paying double for my phone service is not a good deal and I need a new phone as well.
