Hello @RogersHelps I would really like to know why unlike all other businesses and the rules of marketing, you treat your loyal customers much worse than new customers? Do you believe you have already made a benefit so let them go?!?

@RogersHelps Thanks It is a couple of days that I talk with Rogers. Usually they wait until I cancel it and ask another provider to set up, and one week later they get back with the same price and plan I had. I am happy with the quality but it is not fair to he treaten this way :(

@rogers has the worst internet and customer service. I pay over $100 per month for internet that never works. The most unreliable company. All the techs do the same thing and never provide a real solution. So pissed

What's going on with @Rogers ?? All audio, no picture. They could at least tweet something out if they're having a problem. Useless.

@RogersHelps just wanted to thank you for such a LOW quality service during this long weekend. The services are down since noon, that’s 12 hours, and have chatted twice with the tech. No resolution yet. Not sure why you bump the price annually to invest in the infrastructure.

Considering @Rogers @RogersHelps has screwed me around long enough, and refused to get with the times to help me out. I’m likely going to change providers after over 10 years of being a customer. Hey @TELUS, how you doin?

@RogersBiz @EdmontonChamber @RogersPlace Read the book Powerplay by Linda Sloan... In the end taxpayers are subsidizing a privately owned NHL hockey team. Good for Oilers, bad for Edmonton Taxpayer.
