@RogersHelps Yes I have. This problem has been going on since the last baseball season. It is NOT an app issue. I’ve seen other people mentioning it on other platforms. It is extremely frustrating that the Rogers response is always to reinstall. It changes nothing.

@Rogers VERY disappointed in your customer service. I have been disconnected after waiting on hold TWICE. The second time, waiting to speak with a supervisor. Having to explain my unfortunately crappy story 3 times over SUCKS! Just trying to pay my bill.. DO BETTER!!!

@RogersHelps Okay but what good is the page if it hasn't been updated in 3 hours and still says TBD for timing? I appreciate technicians are working as fast as they can but how can we get a realistic update for when service will be restored?
