Wondering how @Rogers can have customer service agents who delete clients account, if they are not sure how to help the customer. This is absolutely ******* pathetic, forced to wait over an hour on hold with little updates. It was confirmed that a CS rep deleted the account.

@mistermattnash @RogersHelps So I'm in Mississauga. I contacted them today because I was also having similar issues, with lots of ping and jitter. They told me that apparently there are multiple devices in our area that are not working and there's severe node congestion...

@Rogers I hate you. My internet has been dropping out everyday for weeks. 4 techs all telling me it’s in the street. I can’t work, watch sports/TV or listen to music. I get crap service but you continue to expect me to pay my bill. 7 times it dropped out this evening. 7 TIMES!
