    @RogersHelps I think focusing on a credit is not the right thing. Rogers needs to explain how there was a full day outage that they are blaming Ericsson on. These upgrades go through many layers of testing and should always have a back-out procedure. I am not buying this!

    @AboutRogers @RogersHelps I’ve been a customer of @rogers for almost 20 years, their service is one of the most expensive in the world and their customer service is appalling. Now this?! Unacceptable!
