    @chrisferg4 @RogersHelps Right? Yet SO on brand. Bonus - I waited online for 20 minutes for that answer, and their solution is for me to pre-authorize all future payments. #Ha #AsIf

  • Jenn_Ferdinands Jennifer Ferdinands (@Jenn_Ferdinands) reported

    @Rogers it's bad enough that poor internet connectivity prevents me from effectively running events for my day job, I ALWAYS have to have a back-up person present. Been trying to address this since BEFORE July 2020. Now doing this AGAIN on a day off. What am I paying for?

  • OJusepi JusepiO (@OJusepi) reported

    @RogersHelps outage Hamilton mountain for since 12:20 pm. Service unresponsive. Is there an outage??

  • MellieLangie Melanie (@MellieLangie) reported

    Hi @RogersHelps. I've been having some issues with my internet service. Can we DM about it?

  • worlds_away_lon Worlds Away (@worlds_away_lon) reported

    Understand that without internet, my store can not function currently. @Rogers is not the company you want to work with during this. My internet at my business goes down daily, sometimes for hours at a time. Garbage service. Time to deal with a company that is actually reliable.

  • Ryley322 Ryley (@Ryley322) reported

    @RogersHelps FIX… THE… INTERNET!!!!!!!!

  • M3L0C C M M (@M3L0C) reported

    So, last month @Rogers had a service outage impacting cell clients. I was one; noticed today the credit given was off an activation fee (recently made changes to my acct) and not the actual mthly charges resulting in savings 4 Rogers. WOW...How many more clients saw this?

  • ZackAshby31 Zack Ashby (@ZackAshby31) reported

    @Rogers tells me to call their credit operations center, i call, they tell me they’ll call me back within 1 business day, but they’re gonna cut off my service tomorrow, so how am i suppose to answer the call w cut services lol.

  • FrenziedGear Jay Karimandari (@FrenziedGear) reported

    So the @Rogers credit for a full day of ZERO cell service during the April 19th outage is $0.50? That's all I got. You're going to tell me that an entire day of lost communication is worth the same amount as a single local call from a payphone? Gahhbage I say, GAHHBAGE
