@RogersHelps Ignite TV not working again tonight in London. Can’t get more than a few seconds of video or audio and then the screen goes black. Pathetic is what it is becoming. Happening on most channels. Time to look at the competition after decades of being a Rogers customer.

@rogers @RogersHelps 4 days and my tv quality is still unacceptable. I’ll be paying you 13% less on my next bill and it’ll increase until you fix the problem. I don’t want a two day credit when some of my services have been useless for 4 days.

@RogersHelps 3 days after the @Rogers outage, and our Ignite TV is still extremely glitchy and cuts out or freezes constantly. No ETA for full restoration, and all I get from customer service is a generic, copy and paste, empty response. Do better Rogers! @CCTS_CPRST
