@RogersHelps I already called for my prestige Ignite service and according to the automated message there is a service interruption in my area code. Evidently I have to wait for the service call and will be notified whenever it happens. A timeline would be appreciated at least.

@Rogers, beginning of a long weekend in lock down. Playoffs going on and of course no internet or TV. After over an hour in chat couldn't find a problem except weak signal. Thank goodness I changed to ignite so this could happen.
