@pozpiggy86 @Rogers Most companies tell you that 60% of what you pay for is fine because of other people using the network or some other excuse. I have 3 items on the wifi and they say it’s why they can’t even come close to my speed that I pay for.

Anyone who thinks the private sector is inherently efficient or customer-oriented should try upgrading internet through @RogersHelps. Five days, five calls, a combined six hours on the phone, and a Byzantine bureaucracy that Kafka would love to write about.

I find it sad that a company like @Rogers can shut your phone down in a second if you don't pay a bill but I've received over 60 spam calls from the same number over the course of 2 months and they can't put two brains cells together to block spam callers on their own network.
