@RogersHelps I'm using Google Chrome. It always seems to cut out at the most opportune moments, say the channel isn't available or ask you to refresh your browser. If I switch to another browser I get error 30101 "Sorry, we are having trouble signing you in. Please try again".

@RogersHelps Well the cable doesn’t fit and I don’t think as a customer paying 450$ a month I should be having to use pliers to unscrew cable and then find out it doesn’t even fit despite the agent advice and now I’m paying for internet and cable I can’t access

@Rogers no internet near Logan and Queen all night and on hold listening to same music for an hour. If you can't fix issue give people option to turn off that torture hold music. That sound haunts my dreams! Also, please fix my internet so I don't have to call every other week!

@erincandy @RogersHelps Shaw would send me someone same day all I'd say is it's a hardware issue. But yes my years in Freddy NB instilled a healthy hatred of Roger's horrific customer service.

@Rogers Ive called, again! For constant issues in our area. This time a "random" outage in Brampton at 2:30 am! So I'll keep tagging @CRTCeng as this issue keeps happening. & if it keeps happening, & nothing done, then I I'll just have to shine a light on that in social media & media,etc
