    @Rogers Trying to remove a “Unison-add on” as I have no need for it & no idea why it’s on my bills. Try it online and get a “sorry something went wrong and we’re working as quickly as we can” message, so try online chat to wait 2 hrs in queue only to be dropped. Brutal “service”

    @RogersHelps my elderly mother's landline doesn't work nor does her TV. Her phone is literally her lifeline. We called and said a technician would come by Tuesday. This is not acceptable. Please help us.

    @Rogers I would think the Accessibility Canada Act would supersede the Energy Efficiency Act. I will be contacting my MP. I will never purchase @Rogers for my own home for sure!

    @RogersHelps Spent almost two hours between your chat and call center because I thought that my account had been compromised. Everything seems okay but a lot of damage can be done in two hours. I miss Shaw so much.
