@GowshiganS @Rogers @RogersHelps Don't wait. Bell has never gone down for us.

@JimJohannsson @UnbarredMoose @RogersHelps So you just like to spend your days responding to our customers to turn them against us? That awfully kind of you to do that out of your free time. You’re right, we need to take care of credits since we’re the provider but hope one day incumbents take ownership of their problems.

@AndreCleroux @UnbarredMoose @RogersHelps You’re intentionally confusing your customer’s about who is responsible for their service and pricing. You know the CRTC held wholesale rates at 2016 levels yet launched a campaign to scare folks into thinking their prices are going up. That’s just a bit dishonest, no?

@JimJohannsson @AndreCleroux @RogersHelps hahahaha retired. Former director of media relations of telus is tone-deaf to the market place. Well the rest of Canada who didn't make 6 figures and up, are paying stupid high prices. Why? What pr spin are you going to try? 1/2

@JimJohannsson @UnbarredMoose @RogersHelps This statement is especially true when we reach out or to remedy specific issues or to improve upon the entire process of dealing with incumbents as a wholesaler. CDN Telecom pricing is on a rise at the hand of the incumbents, IISPs are the only thing acting as a check. 2/2

@RogersHelps That community forums area is terrible. It only lists a post from 2019. Why do you make it so difficult? Just list the service interruptions here. Is there a service interruption in the Scarlett Road/Eglinton area? That is all I need to know. Rogers Ignite not working for the TV.

@JimJohannsson @UnbarredMoose @RogersHelps Why yes we have. The problem is receiving the information from the incumbent, not relaying it ;)

@RogersHelps three days in a row of service interruption and no explanation as to why? Is it too much to ask for a consistent service

@RogersHelps Bathurst and Jefferson might be one of the worst places for a good wifi signal. #why #signalsucks
