@RogersHelps Time for update on your issues. We know the service is down country wide but you’ve yet to tell us why! Give us some details and what you’re doing to resolve the issue.

  • gregglatz Greg Glatz 🇨🇦 (@gregglatz) reported from Calgary, Alberta

Best part of my day? Eight calls to @TELUSsupport because my Telus tech showed up this morning to do an install and left without getting in the building. Apparently, he’s the only person in the world unaware that the @rogers network is down and you can’t reach people by phone.

  • JP53782096 JP (@JP53782096) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers This is beyond absurd. No service since I woke up here in AB. Glad I have landline from a different company, and I can still call in to meetings. How are you compensating us? This is unacceptable. Can you imagine if there was an emergency? No back up plan!

@Rogers whoever heads up the Communications and/or Public Relations Department for Rogers needs to be fired immediately!! Zero communication or explanation from Rogers after 16 hours of a total network failure. #RogersFailedAgain
