@RogersHelps I had issues after the first tech visit last week got upset because the modem took too long to reset..I kid you not. The maturity is outstanding. He wasn't polite or kind either. He was supposed to come back yesterday and I'll waste more hours waiting for him to come back today.

Another #unhappy @rogers #customer ,Cont. I have not received any email or call saying the phone is ready to be pickedup. At least send an email that your order will be cancelled if not picked up. Seriously thinking to switch to another company
