@RogersHelps Finally got through to agent. Remorse team works until 2100ET. It was 1955ET when they answered. Rhonda claims she’s too busy to help me despite having 1 hr remaining in shift. This was a spectacular fail.

@Rogers it’s a beautiful plus 20 day outside and I’m on hold with your damn customer service because you sent me the wrong phone. 1 hr and waiting...doesn’t count the time picking up and discovering it was the wrong one. 👎

@RogersHelps Why do you force customers to switch to Ignite if you don't allow your customer service people to support it? Had an issue was told it would be resolved in 5-7 business days, its been 8 and problem hasn't been fixed.
