@RogersHelps I got connected and all the agent said he can’t help it. What should I do now, use consumer form or CCTS?

@RogersHelps why do you close technical support cases without resolving them?

@Rogers sat on hold for nearly an hour, then talked to a customer service rep on the phone for another hour… only for my internet to still be down…. and the soonest you can send some out is Tuesday?! We need to work from home Monday. Do you care or nah? #rogersalberta #shaw

@RogersHelps I was lucky enough that my data turned back on a min after then hung up on me. But the support team did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

@RogersHelps No, the support tech indicated that it was his first day on the job and had difficulties with the scripted support talking points.

@Rogers @Bell dear telecommunications Giants, as somebody who drives between Peterborough Ontario and York region every single day, I just wanted to ask how it is conceivable in 2026 that I cannot maintain a phone call along Highway 115 without signal death !?!? Fix your towers!

@RogersHelps Of course. And I know there is an outage… both from your website and inside my house! But your support folks have zero information to offer. There have been no emails or texts from you to update affected customers. This is very, very poor customer service.

@RogersHelps @MactelecomN Isn’t technical support your department? even if this is not a technical problem you should follow up internally. This garbage customer service and attitude is why i left rogers over a decade ago and will never be a customer again.
