So Mino (@storytellrwendy) reported@Rogers you are a horrible service. We’re trying to cancel our account and we’ve been on hold 3 hours, re-directed by 4 different reps, and have been told it’s not possible to cancel. You’re now stealing from us. Awful customer service. Awful company.

Sabih Abbasi (@Sabeezy2011) reported@CanadasLeafs @Rogers I've been on the phone with Bell several times for a week trying to get a new tv receiver to replace the one that's not working....they sent me cables by mistake. No receiver. Just cables.

Realtor® Paul 🏠🔑 (@PaulLiberatore) reported@RogersHelps absolutely terrible “service”. Last 3 days on hold for 3 hours each time just to get the call drop when being transferred for the 3rd time. No service provider should have this as their daily standard. People should find alternatives with a solid CS dept asap.

Lynn Without an E (@Moon_River05) reported@blu_kryptonian It's hard wired into the cable box. @Rogers does everything in their power to make sure their customers are unhappy. It's really quite incredible. They actually have an automated message that says "We are too busy to take your call, goodbye" when you call customer service. Goodbye is right!!!
-
JT. (@JRTabula) reported@RogersHelps Which doesn’t have the self service on the website unfortunately.
-
Ronnie Turner (@TookARonTurn) reported@RealDonBradshaw @BlueJays @Rogers Hahahaha wtf is this post. It’s a cool photoshop that’s been done by all teams, in all sports, for years now. Clearly any fan knows he hasn’t pitched yet. This is mind boggling just delete it now.

🐻❄️ Dave Sandford 🦌 (@Dave_Sandford) reported@RogersHelps how is it that I can't get through to Roger's wireless on the phone? Just ai crap and each time it says "we'll transfer you to a specialist" I'm told "we are experiencing higher calls than usual and we can't take your call" and then disconnects. Customer service 0/10

Vivere sine timore (Live Fearlessly) (@Joseph2653) reported@RogersHelps Over an hour late for a technician and when I call I’m on hold & forced to listen to the torture of bad music-that sounds like you recorded it on to tape from a bad AM station and you wonder why customers are upset when the agent comes on line!!

D Crocker (@denncrocker) reported@Rogers Can you please cancel the crave subscription that has been added to my account. It was supposed to be a free feature with my virgin mobile account but I've been charged $22.00 for it.
