    @RogersHelps Just switched over to Shaw today. When I called Monday inquiring about a credit, the customer service rep said no. 18 years down the toilet after that treatment.

    @Rogers Yeah that's not really satisfactory to me. You caused a serious inconvenience for everyone. Couldn't make calls for work or get in touch with family. One days service reimbursement is the least you should do.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps The issue is resolved however, much money has been lost in this!! What about this? This phone is supposed to be a business phone and not a personal!

    @RogersHelps Thanks but no thanks. Decision was made Monday after the customer service treatment. Customer appreciation and loyalty is reason enough to stay or go.
