@ellybabesxo @matt0126matt @RogersHelps I had the same problem with Bell, when it was all done through phone lines, my neighbor was one of the last neighborhoods in Scarborough to have the lines updated so anytime my bandwidth was being utilized the modem dropped signal and reset. Hope it all works out for ya!

@RogersHelps we get a service credit only for the equivalent time service was done. But we missed work calls, virtual doctors appointments, meetings, and no data

@Rogers The strange thing is that when my device shows full connection (all bars) there is 0 data. When it's down to low connection (1-2 bars) the data works.

@wesbos @RogersHelps It was apparently shut off yesterday because people were overloading the Bell towers. The support guy said it will be either 8 tonight or some time tomorrow.

@Rogers is there an outage map for your wireless service? Getting very spotty service in Langley where a recent fire has taken down many other services such as phone lines and internet.

@THEbroggy @AboutRogers @RogersHelps Let me clear this up 4 u. If u rely on a telephone for your business the responsible adult thing to do is make sure you have a back up just in case something like this happens. **** happens. They make this large complexed system run 24/7 everyday and 1 hickup & ur whining.

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps The compensation that Rogers is providing doesn’t acknowledge the seriousness of this outage. I strongly encourage Rogers to reconsider the offer of compensation and provide at least 14 days of free service (better yet, a month).
