    @Rogers I’ve been following up since a week and the only thing I hear from the support team is someone looking into the issue. Even after returning the Router device I have been charged 199$ for it unnecessarily. Please look into it on priority.

    @RogersHelps it’s been about 4 hours and Internet service has not been restored for M1J. Like what the heck are you guys even doing?. For the money we pay for this service I don’t think it’s unreasonable for a few hours; however, now we are at 5+ hours and people wfh now.

    @RogersHelps I’m beyond frustrated with #RogersInternet Called support for disconnection request on my account, had $0 balance. Ending the call after 3 hrs with $796 balance and absolutely no resolution. Interaction ID - I1843612179 | Is this the kind of support we expect?

    Gotta love @Rogers @RogersHelps crew outside this morning at 6:45 to bury our neighbours temp line 2 doors down, digging up our front lawn and now we have zero signal coming in and no one is coming till tomorrow. Great job and customer service once again 😡🤬😡

    @RogersHelps Internet is down. Customer service said it would take 1-2 hours or up to 6 hours to fix. We work from home and need this to be fixed asap. Check DM for account details. Please help!

    I can’t believe my service from Rogers- all anyone wants is affordable and reliable internet and Rogers DOES NOT supply that. They don’t respect their customers and continuously make promises they can’t keep. Very disappointed as I unplug my router nightly. Fix this @Rogers
