@Rogers hey rogers when are you going to start hiring agents who speak English as their first language so us Canadians can have good customer service again?! The service I received today is horrid. The amount I pay every month should warrant training CANADIANS. About to cancel!

@RogersHelps "We are currently experiencing longer than usual wait times".... Translation: I'm gonna be on hold for a long *** time. I have better things to be doing than waiting on hold for your service reps. #CRTC

Who needs a boyfriend when you have a perfectly good @Rogers line willing to go down on you all the time? I thought switching to Rogers would help with my problems, but apparently, I was wrong! #CRTC

@RogersHelps @MannySforza If customer support is important to Rogers they would have more support personnel and lower wait times for customers. Do better Rogers.

@RogersHelps The call center doesnt know anything!!! I have been bounced around to 5 agents on a 30 minute call with some being rude some being kind BUT WITH NO SOLUTION! I NEED TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR AND NO ONE WILL HELP ME

@Rogers Trying to remove a “Unison-add on” as I have no need for it & no idea why it’s on my bills. Try it online and get a “sorry something went wrong and we’re working as quickly as we can” message, so try online chat to wait 2 hrs in queue only to be dropped. Brutal “service”
