    @Rogers I am very disappointed with Rogers Service. Purchased a new phone given a data Sim free. Charged 2 $50.00 setup fees Customer service can't rectify. Time to switch companies.

    @RogersHelps While I understand that this is not Rogers fault, what I don't understand is why you don't have redundancy built into your systems to allow you to fail over to.

    @RogersHelps Still not working considering everyone had power at 5am.. 8 freckin hrs...yep they are on it...my friend has Bell across the street he asked me if I want to watch TV.. Internet phone suxs too

    Hi @RogersBiz - I bought a brand new iPhone from you on Friday. Was able to connect to network for a few hours then dead. Called tech support - they have no clue. Went back to store - phone doesn’t work with any SIM. It’s the phone that’s faulty but they won’t replace it…

    @RogersBiz …they said “go to Apple it’s their problem”. Apple say we we can do diagnostics on Thursday, but it’s really Rogers problem, they sold the phone. . So YOU sold ME a defective phone but it’s now my problem to get this fixed? Two solid days of this mess? Is this cool with you?

    Oh look here we go again with @Rogers terrible internet service. This has been going on the whole damn weekend. Couldnt even do my work properly on Friday night. Smh.
