Seriously though @RogersHelps why send me to a store to pick a watch and no one has the right info you post on your website $29 per month and $0 on monthly network fee but this guys have no clues what I was talking about but it’s on site 😒😜

@RogersHelps I watched ET on Global today and Described Video was off. If Big Brother is in Global at 7 p.m. and ET is only aired on NBC it's off. When ET is on Global and NBC Described Video is on. Fix it.

@RogersHelps I spoke with Anna (Nicole in Moncton) who also had the problem on her personal cell phone and she suggested we use the 1-866-408-5465 line. A Kodo/Telus customer was not having the issue.
