@RogersHelps This doesn’t answer my question, the question is WHY. I can’t currently go to a bar to watch the game. Cable is a complete ripoff so I stream legally. And can’t watch what I want to watch... this isn’t new. Blackout restrictions have never made sense for the consumer.

Took this afternoon to change my name on various utilities. Toronto Hydro, Enbridge, Bell, were all great. Then we came to @Rogers First they told me I'd have to go to a store; too bad they're all closed in Toronto due to lockdown. Then they came back with a fax number! In 2021😤

@RogersBiz Lol. Yes My internet service DOES need to keep up with my usage. That's why I left Roger's and found a service that was more reliable, faster, and half the price. Thanks for the laugh. Hope you didn't pay too much for this gaslighting Twitter ad.

@RogersHelps I finally got hold of an ignite person. What I would like you to do is send a memo to whomever does your website to adjust it. If an ignite customer asks to chat, it should be an ignite rep they get first... why on earth would I need to speak to a legacy rep first?

@RogersHelps Fair enough... but let them know this as well. If this is a common thing, I will be requesting a full refund for the NHL Live service.

@RogersHelps I don't want to come across as rude but, are you kidding me? This is ridiculous... why am I paying for this service if games will be blacked out?

@RogersHelps you should hear the cursing in this house from the @MapleLeafs fan in this house who is shut out of watching the game AGAIN. The poor guy suffers enough being a Leafs fan, why are you torturing him this way?

@RogersHelps I really don't appreciate you raising my internet price despite being told by your agent last year that I could keep my current price if I continue to use your services. interesting way to treat customers that have been loyal for years...

@RogersHelps once again having issues with NHL Live. It's really disheartening that you continue to produce such a mediocre experience.
