    @RogersHelps Yes, and I finally got some help yesterday. After an hour and a half. That is 6.5hrs over 2mths waiting for help. This is NOT acceptable! I'm pretty sure the only reason my call got picked up is because I started swearing on hold.

    Does anyone real even work at @RogersHelps @Rogers anymore? Guess what, I'm not paying my bill until you ******** FIX THE PROBLEM I've been dealing with for two months. If you don't want me showing up to your TO office, you'll get someone on the phone. 🤬

    @dhewlett @Rogers "Moving" Internet service is such a scam. It's much easier to disco and set up new! I hope you have him an earful. You know he blew up a solar system right?!

    @aangelic491 @Rogers Nope. The only solution is to call them and go through the whole ordeal. They don't have a simple call back solution to prevent their customers from staying on hold (you cannot attend any other calls for hours if you are on hold) and then get 'disconnected' automatically.

    @RogersHelps The issue is getting through and landing with the right person. The only time you guys are interested in putting an outbound call to a customer is when they leave. I got three of them last week after I left, one of them promised that I would not be getting a bill for anything.

    @RogersHelps No. It took me four callbacks to finally get to a live agent to resolve a complicated issue, this after I tried the above and was met with dead air from your AI Assistant. Considering all the money we pay you, this is all completely unacceptable!

    @wheelgirl77 @RogersHelps @RogersHelps is an unverified AI chatbot account with no verification checkmark. It will keep sending scripted replies, but no one is actually going to call you back to help. If you want a real human response and actual accountability, file a complaint with the CCTS instead.

    @daysofyore67 @Rogers I Have The Same Problem,My Internet Goes Down Daily. I am Not Getting The Service I Paid For. Thinking Of Returning My Modem
