After this treatment, I can't imagine why ANYONE would choose to be a @Rogers customer. Don't even get me started on what they were charging her monthly...

Hey @Bell I pre-ordered my iPhone over a week ago. Do you think I can have it or should I wait until Santa is coming down my chimney to get it. What was the point of the pre-order? I wonder if @Rogers has a new one I can have? 🤔

@Buunshin @RiggedJasn @Rogers You have no idea, and on top of that they have super shady ways to make u add up gigs and if you don't cancel it stays for the next months. I ended up paying +400 bucks for a few months without knowing

@Rogers then when you call they say they can't help you great way to treat your customers over over 15 years. Even your rep on the phone said she could help if I changed my plan

Having another terrible experience with @Rogers. Sitting on hold for the third time for a simple question.

Hey @RogersHelps can you let us know what the easiest way to cancel services is? I’ve talked to two people today and got totally different billing amounts. My bill has gone up almost $80 since August. I don’t have time to call a third time.

@RogersHelps its unfortunate I'm not able to get the same plan as a new customer even though I've been a customer for many years. I don't want to pay more for the same plan offered.

@Rogers After being passed around for over 3 hours today, the call was dropped (not on my side). This is funny-not-funny, as it was to dispute my 85-year-old grandma's $1000 bill, because while she was trying to cancel her service (you claim) the call was dropped. Unreal.
