@Bell_Support your rep sold me the fibre internet saying I will get 1.5GBPS speed, it hasn't gone even 350MBPS, my existing @Rogers non-fibre internet is 500MBPS. Then your tech support said they will call me in 24 hrs, no one called, and when I called them, they talk rude.

@Rogers customer retention department offered me plan competing to @TELUS. They sent me an email finalizing my order. The wait time is more than 4 weeks, a representative is saying I cannot get the offer given by customer retention team. @CRTCeng what are my options.
