    @RogersHelps Port forwarding is broken on ignite boxes. This should have been fixed a LONG time ago. It is unacceptable. I would like to open a ticket for this issue and I would like it escalated.

    After being a customer of @Rogers for over 16yrs, they signed me up for a loyalty customer tablet plan that I did NOT agree to. This shady business practice will have me moving my wireless service to @telus. Scamming loyal customers shows what they think about them.

    @RogersHelps been on the phone waiting for 1.5 hours, online support transfered me to ignite services to no reply for 30 minutes. Wifi connects but "no internet/limited connectivity" for FIVE hours wth...

    @rogers The joys of switching to Ignite TV. Unable to order it on your crap site. Wanted to take advantage of $30 savings on the "free set up" charge. Was told that I would have to call after the first bill to get those savings. Did call and I still have not seen those savings.

    @rogers Jeez. I've had colonoscopies that have taken less time than trying to fix an error with your company. "Rogers. Colonoscopies." Not a good slogan but I think it is fair to associate your company with colons, rectums, lube, internal pain, etc.

    @RogersHelps @Bell Bad service from ROGERS continues. TX signal is above the 33 to 49 window which causes poor quality of service and loss of . This has been going on for over a month now. They’ve sent out a total of three techs

    @RogersHelps The thing is, I don’t need help with port forwarding, I need you to fix the broken ignite firmware so that I can port forward. This is not a me problem, this is a Rogers problem. You can’t help me, the forum can’t help me, open a ticket please.

    @lindsayeanthony @RogersHelps @PrimusHelps I was also told by Primus today that there’s an outage in my area since last night, and that Rogers is working on it, yet Rogers is telling you there’s no outage? 🤔

    I truly do not recommend this new Ignite Wifi. Previously had the Gigabit modem without issues. This new modem resets on its own at random intervals. Have not had proper internet since I switched. @Rogers @RogersHelps
