@Rogers so glad I canceled services with this company. I’m reminded again when I called today to try and obtain my credit balance: “the wait time will be approx 40 to 59 mins” . Right there, you know this is a poorly managed company. Top down.

My @Rogers internet bill just went up $35... that's no way to keep a customer returning. Maybe I should check out @Bell and see if they know how to treat loyal customers

Yeah so there is a cable line down at my place. Right on the ground on a public access area to the beach. Cable could be covered by snow tomorrow - dangerous for walkers, @RogersHelps is reading but ignoring my messages about it.

@RogersHelps Please do not write this off as a "customer's issue" - it ain't. Don't think other engineers don't know what's going on. Upgrade your internal processes to be more transparent. Customers pay many hundreds of dollars for service, they have the right to know planned outages.

@RogersHelps I need VOICEMAIL that works!!! I thought 72 hours was a ridiculous time frame, and now it’s just going to take some indeterminate length of time beyond that? If they can’t fix it, they need to cancel the whole deal, put my phone number back where it was, and be done with it.

@RogersHelps I already contacted @Rogers customer care but couldn’t get proper reply from the agent in advance he wrote wrong info. Against me. I already wasted my 3 hours with customer care as well as in-store help but I couldn’t get the help. I think there is no meaning to be loyal customer
