@RogersHelps Well as I’ve said I called and chatted with dozens of your rep my address is at 2005-1960 Scott street account 926564113 they said there’s outage in our area but our lounge room have internet at the same building? So is it few suites only ? Yesterday it was working late evening

Dropped and broke the back of my Samsung Galaxy s21 plus today. I pay $18 plus tax per month for "full protection" on my phone. Went into @Rogers to get it repaired and was told it was going to cost me $129.99 plus tax for a "processing fee". Wtf? #WTF #GettingScrewed

@Michelle801Ape @Rogers Same thing happens to me last year bought at Staples paid upfront for the protection plan to replace phone if broken. They told me they would give me a $400 gift card not even enough to buy a new phone. Extra coverage is just another way for them to gouge us

@rogers is the least reliable network😐 Think it’s about time to switch with all these outages. This is absolutely ridiculous. We can’t even go one month without interruption. I live with one, if i’m lucky, two bars of service. I get switched to rogers extended constantly.

more rogers service provider issues. you have got to be joking. i pay too much for this service for it to not work. @rogers what is going on.
