Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reportedWhy is it that I had to call @Rogers THREE times before they would admit that there is a problem in my area and they need to open a ticket? This is NOT a good first impression to make with a customer! #CRTC #CCTS

Onesiphorus πͺβ¬οΈπ© π¬π§π¨π¦ (@Caro_WiserNow) reported@RogersHelps Too late. I'm cancelling. It's been going on for two weeks and the "help" techies tell me they've fixed it. No use for this anymore with my current deal ending in three weeks.
-
C Wagner (@colingwagner) reported@RogersHelps I've been with Rogers for a long time but they couldn't waive that to keep me a customer. So I walked across the street and signed up on Freedom. I did pay a fee to do that but it was half of the Rogers fee. So you lost a customer. Because you can't provide customer service.
