What does a customer need to appeal cellphone provider to boost signal in your area. My wife an I are on @Rogers and we both get 1 bar and people can hardly hear us unless we go up to 1st floor. #PoorReception

@RogersHelps Like I said - I already did. No one can or wants to change a battery. I don't have the special battery. Again, a useless Rogers service I am expected to pay for.

@Rogers just bought a new small business plan at Costco and have been waiting on phone for more than 1 hour to get hold of someone to fix issues. This after waiting 2 hrs for chat to respond. Disappointed

@RogersHelps Of course I am still having issues. I did call and was met with another customer service agent who took no accountability - Rogers has a culture problem and I am tired of having to deal with it

Hey, @Rogers. I've been begging ALL DAY to get help from you, over your price hike for basic TV/Phone for my mom, in a nursing home. You talk Human Connections but in few months jacked up from $77, to $96.50 to $108.22. In 2 weeks to $142.69. CSR/Loyalty say tough. What gives!
