    @RogersHelps hey, list night my home services were canceled out of nowhere without my permission. I have been on the phone with at least 6 different people and have received no help. This isn’t how I was expecting to spend my Saturday.

    @bnicholsonsmith Sounds like @rogers cares heavily about the guaranteed 2 home postseason games and all the revenue that comes with it. From a business point of view it’s not the worst idea ever. They have lost a significant amount of money over the past two pandemic affected seasons.

    @RogersHelps So Shanice from Toronto on live chat is so rude, she closed the chat after my partner asked for Manager due to her rudeness. What is going on? This is unacceptable!! We want to be contacted immediately

    @Rogers @RogersHelps >1 hour spent on the phone, 75% of it hold time. 3 reps and none willing to help other than opening a ticket. This equipment was returned and I informed Rogers of that over a month ago, told not to worry, yet now I’m sitting here with a much higher bill!
