    @RogersHelps Your technicians have been "fixing" my Internet for weeks, we've have frequent disconnects for years now and only thing Rogers has done is continuing to put band aids on the problem. I am losing SO MUCH revenue and Rogers has failed to compensate even after they said they would

    @Rogers has the worst customer service, fifth phone call to fix what they said they would already correct, and every time we call it’s over an hour+ wait time to talk to someone, totally unacceptable

    I’m not the first and last to say that every time I have to deal with @RogersHelps customer service, it’s trash. They don’t value your loyalty anymore. The only reason I use their services is for my dad.

    @RogersHelps @J_Dhanoa_ An hour lost. And Tech support says they were doing a maintenance in the area. But no warning. No notice. Guess true promise Rogers made for being transparent after their screw ups was false?

    @RogersHelps your techs have run temp cables across the street *twice* and in less than 48 hours they’ve been snapped *twice* by passing traffic. Now there are dangling cables hanging from trees and laying across the road. This is a safety issue, no just a convenience issue.

    ...after being on the phone for almost an hour (and speaking to a tier 2 person in retention) I was to get my old rate back 74.99 plus tax for 500 down unlimited.... something has to change internet providers are almost as bad as car dealerships! @Rogers
